Meet Farmatic – a multiplayer cozy farming RPG with robots and automation

Frozen Way, a Krakow-based development studio, is proud to officially announce Farmatic – a farming life simulator with automation and RPG elements, set in a world inspired by the 1970s and 1990s.

June 9th, Cracow, Poland. The game will launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X with full cross-platform co-op support for up to four players.

Add the game to your Steam wishlist (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2573060/Farmatic/) and follow developers on Discord (https://discord.gg/frozenwayofficial).

Farmatic has been carefully cultivated to blend the charm of classic farming games with elements of automation and light RPG mechanics. Designed as a relaxing yet engaging experience, the game allows players to expand his own farm with the help of friendly bots, and a variety of crops – including mutated plants with special properties. But farming is just one side of the experience.

Players will also venture into mysterious underground mines, filled with valuable resources and hostile creatures guarding them. Between growing crops, crafting equipment, building farm hubs, and fighting for rare ores, Farmatic offers a diverse and rewarding gameplay loop. Combined with a cast of unique NPCs, village life full of quests, it’s an ambitious entry in the cozy farming sim genre.

More information about the game’s mechanics, systems, and supported platforms can be found below or on the official Steam page.

About Farmatic

Farmatic is a farming life simulator that combines cozy farming, light automation, crafting, and combat elements. Set in a retro-futuristic world inspired by the 1970s and 1990s, the game allows players to create and expand their own farm using advanced technology to make everyday farm work more efficient and enjoyable. Whether playing alone or in co-op, players will gradually transform their farm while uncovering new mechanics, completing story-driven quests, and navigating both the charm and the strangeness of village life.

At its core, Farmatic offers players the tools to run their own farm – from planting and harvesting crops to raising animals and using light automation to support everyday tasks. As players progress, they can expand their farm with bots and simple machines that make work easier without replacing the cozy pace of farm life.

Far beneath the peaceful fields lies a dangerous and irradiated zone – the underground mines, home to Rhemidium, a mysterious and highly unstable radioactive metal. As players descend deeper, they must face mutated subterranean lifeforms and survive increasing levels of radiation. Without a protective suit, exposure can quickly take its toll, making every expedition a strategic challenge. Yet the reward is worth it – Rhemidium is key to unlocking some of the game’s most advanced features.

Once prepared by the town’s chemist, Remidium-based soil allows players to grow mutated crops – unique plants with specific, well-defined effects. Each type offers a different utility: some may be processed into uncommon tools or functional upgrades, such as fiery chili plants turned into ammunition with fire damage properties. Others may also be required to complete certain quests, adding a narrative touch to their otherwise practical role on the farm.

Farmatic also features a small-town community full of memorable characters, quests, and interactions. From the eccentric local scientist to the friendly shopkeepers, the town offers many opportunities to get involved in village life and learn more about its curious world. Helping others isn’t just rewarding – it also unlocks new tools, resources, and gameplay features.

One of the standout features of Farmatic is its cooperative gameplay. Up to four players can join forces thanks to full crossplay support across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X. Friends can divide tasks, explore the mines together, and build a shared farm in their own style – no matter the platform.

Farmatic focuses on calm, satisfying progression, blending traditional farming with light automation and exploration. It reimagines rural life through a retro-futuristic lens – in a setting that feels both familiar and refreshingly different.

Farmatic is being developed by Frozen Way. The game will launch on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The exact launch date will be revealed in the near future.

A Troubled Samurai’s Journey Through Memory

Set in a mythically inspired feudal Japan, this story follows Atsushi as he embarks on a quest to save his ill father. RETRO ANIME THRILLER ‘KUMITANTEI: OLD SCHOOL SLAUGHTER’ REVEALS VOICE CAST AND DEMO AHEAD OF STEAM NEXT FEST

Actress and vocalist Elsie Lovelock joins a stacked lineup to bring the characters of Kumitantei to life.

Bandung, Indonesia, June 9, 2025  | Mango Factory, the team behind the Danganronpa-inspired murder-mystery card battler Kumitantei: Old School Slaughter, is thrilled to announce that their latest demo is available now on Steam. Following its successful Kickstarter campaign last year, the game now also welcomes eighteen voice actors to the lineup for its Early Access launch this fall.

Introducing the Cast

Kumitantei: Old School Slaughter is an ode to retro anime and pop culture stylings of 1980s Japan. Featuring a class of sixteen eccentric Absolute Students, intricate hand-drawn details, and a twisted horror narrative, players can expect a thrilling introduction to the dystopian alternate 20th century of Kumitantei.. The Empire of Japan, 1986: Awoken in a decaying nuclear bunker, sixteen students are trapped in a kill-or-be-killed Apathy Experiment hosted by a sadistic two-faced cat. Will they band together to uncover secrets of the past, or lose their humanity and lives in the present? Playing as the sheepish Absolute Barista Himari Sanada, it’s your job to uncover the bunker’s many secrets, earn the trust of your strange fellow captives, investigate their grisly murders at the hands of a fellow classmate, and battle it out to discover whodunnit in the high-stakes Clinical Trial!

Card Battle Combat

Progress through Kumitantei’s gruesome story by forging bonds, battling other students, and unraveling twisted mysteries. In this kill-or-be-killed scenario, the game’s trust system can offer unique leverage opportunities in combat. Spending time with fellow classmates and offering them appropriate gifts unlocks new talent cards and advantages in future card battles. These 1-on-1 battles are a hectic tug-of-war for influence; deal attacks with Debate cards, finding weaknesses in your opponent’s argument to strengthen your own. As the battle progresses, present proper evidence against your opponent and strike with The Final Word to silence them. Additional Talent Cards are available to strengthen your gameplay, and high Trust levels with other students may present advantages in battle.

Demo Out Now, Episode 1 Coming Soon

Players can get a taste of the experience in Kumitantei’s demo, available now for Steam Next Fest. The demo features the game’s fully voiced story Prologue, a customizable Card Battle Debate with four distinct opponents, and the Donkey Kong-inspired retro minigame ‘Merlite.’ The game will launch on Steam Early Access later this year, featuring the first episode with eighteen voice-acted characters. Elsie Lovelock (Murder Drones, Hazbin Hotel) performs the game’s city pop-style vocals. Notable cast members include Mia Paige (Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves) as protagonist Himari, Joshua Waters (Honkai: Star Rail) as deuteragonist Moichiro, and Jordan Dash Cruz (Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End) as the two-faced cat Nyanus.

  • Encounter sixteen uniquely gifted Absolute Students brought to life with full voice acting!
  • Bond with fellow participants to earn their Trust, investigate gruesome crime scenes, and use your findings to uncover the truth.
  • Unlock special rewards as you increase your Trust Levels with classmates.
  • Purchase additional Talent Cards with in-game currency to strengthen your deck.
  • Leverage your relationships in Card Battle Debates and gain advantages against your opponent.
  • Experience a stylish and fast-paced Clinical Trial where the game’s card battles and other minigames come together in a dramatically tense debate to discover the truth, all presented in the game’s signature ‘80s anime look!

It’s a wild, unpredictable ride that doesn’t take itself too seriously—until the action kicks in. That contrast is what makes it so fun!”

PRE-ORDERS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR KOEI TECMO’S WILD HEARTS S ON NINTENDO SWITCH 2!

A new video introducing the four-player co-op gameplay has also been released!

Hertfordshire, 9th June 2025 – Today, KOEI TECMO Europe and developer Omega Force announced that digital pre-orders for their upcoming fantasy hunting game, WILD HEARTS S, are now available on Nintendo Switch™ 2. To celebrate, a new video introducing the four-player co-op gameplay with commentary from the producers has been released. Players can get a closer look at the “Karakuri”, one of the main features of WILD HEARTS S, ahead of its release on 25 July 2025.

In WILD HEARTS S, players must master an ancient technology called “Karakuri” (automaton) to hunt giant beasts across a fantasy world inspired by feudal Japan. Gameplay has been enhanced on Nintendo Switch™ 2 for players to enjoy a deeper experience by hunting in a pack of up to four players. In multiplayer mode, whether online* or local, players will be able to craft and combine a wide variety of “Karakuri” to support them in their hunt for giant, nature-infused beasts.

By weaving the threads of “Karakuri”, players can create a wide range of items, such as crates or a glider. These items can then be combined to create more powerful “Karakuri”, such as beast-piercing blades, shields, or traps. Players will also be able to transform the hunting ground by crafting specific “Karakuri” that will remain on the field, providing a unique experience unique for each player.

In addition to the “Karakuri” used for hunting, players will be able to craft and use a variety of equipment, each with its own characteristics. From common weapons, such as “Nodachi” and “Bow”, to the more unique “Karakuri Katana” and “Bladed Wagasa”, players will have a wide range of weapons at their disposal to hunt and slay the beasts roaming the lands of Azuma. Whether wielding blazing lava, raging blizzards or miasma, these giant, nature-infused beasts will pose serious challenges for players who will need to use the materials gathered from their hunts to craft new, more powerful weapons if they are to stand any chance of survival.

Players can now pre-order both the physical** and digital versions of WILD HEARTS S on Nintendo Switch™ 2 ahead of its release on 25th July 2025. The game will feature voices in Japanese, English, French, Italian, German and Spanish, with texts in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Polish.

Based on the beloved 1946 Polish fantasy novel The Academy of Mr. Kleks by Jan Brzechwa, Kleks Academy was recently adapted into a blockbuster film in Poland and, after debuting on Netflix, quickly became one of the top-non English movies on the platform. This game adaptation lets up to four players step into the magical world of Kleks Academy, where every student learns to harness the power of their imagination.

In Kleks Academy, players will create their own avatar and master magical abilities that allow them to create real objects in the game world. With a wave of your wand, you can experiment with spells to find your own unique solutions. Journey beyond the Academy as you embark on adventures in the worlds of famous fairy tales, reliving them from a fresh perspective as you assist beloved characters. But beware: danger looms over the Academy. Will you learn to control your imagination enough to protect it from the forces of evil?

Kleks Academy can be played solo or in up to 4-player online co-op, though co-op is not supported in the demo version available now. In the full release, you will also be able to gather materials and in-game currency to customize your character with new outfits, accessories, and tools.

“With Kleks Academy we wanted to appeal to both fans of the Polish series as well as newcomers who have never heard of it,” said Łukasz Skrzypkowski, Chairman of the Board for BeardedBrothers.Games. “Kleks Academy includes a multitude of fairy tale worlds people are familiar with globally, so we think fans of fantasy platforming adventures across the globe will find something to like here.”
