Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls Heading to PlayStation 4

It looks like the entire series of Danganronpa games will soon be available for the PlayStation 4 as NIS America has announced that they plan on releasing the 2015 PS Vita action game Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls for the PlayStation 4 and PC sometime in summer 2017. This announcement follows the reveal that Danganronpa 1•2 Reload will be released early next year on the PlayStation 4.

Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls is set between the events that take place during the first and second game in the main series and is seen as a spin-off title that places players in control of Kamaru Naegi, the little sister of Makoto Naegi who has been held prisoner by unknown forces for over a year. When she is rescued by Byakuya Togami of Future Foundation she finds herself assaulted by hundreds of Monokumas that have invaded the city and with the help of Toko Fukawa, the pair must survive the city and put a stop to the plans of the Monokuma Kids.

The Last Guardian CG Trailer Released

As The Last Guardian approaches release, Sony has released another new trailer for the title but this time around the video is entirely CG and focuses on showing how trusting the little boy in the game is of the creature Trico (who is described as a mixture of a cat, a dog, a bird, and the like by Fumito Ueda) as he runs from danger.

You can check out the video below and keep an eye out for the game itself when it finally releases on the PlayStation 4 on December 6th in North America and Japan, December 7th in Europe, and December 9th in the UK and Ireland.

Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy Heads West in Spring 2017

Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy, the sequel to Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy has been announced for Western release by NIS America. The company will be releasing the game physically and digitally for the PS Vita and on PC sometime in Spring 2017 for fans in North America and Europe. Upon release the game will not be given an English dub but will feature the original Japanese voice track with English subtitles.

The story for Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy continues the story where a mysterious object that humanity has started calling the “embryo” appears in the sky and the CPA and the Xth Squad are mobilized in order to face off against this new possible threat.

Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers Arrives in the West in Late January

Koei Tecmo has announced that they are planning on localizing Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden as Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers in the West and that they are expecting to release the title rather quickly. The game, which is a strategy RPG, will be released digitally for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on January 31st in North America and February 1st in Europe. Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers follows the story of the renowned warrior Zhao Yun and his close friend Lei Bin, who unwittingly liberate a young girl, Lixia, from a mystical prison.

The two friends and the mysterious Lixia then find themselves entangled in a pivotal struggle for the salvation of the world, wherein they must navigate the maelstrom that is Three Kingdoms era China, meet countless great warriors and take part in historic battles. In their efforts to unravel the mystery behind Lixia’s imprisonment, Zhao Yun and Lei Bin uncover a hidden, terrible fate, forcing them to make difficult decisions in a battle that will echo throughout history.

Digimon World: Next Order Western Released Dates Announced

Bandai Namco has announced that they are planning on releasing Digimon World: Next Order in North America on January 31st and January 27th in Europe. Those who pre-order the game in North America will be given the soundtrack for both the original game plus the Next Order soundtrack, a “Omnimon Ultimate Digivolution Core” DLC that allows players to digivolve one of their partners into Ominmon, and an “Adventure Aid Item Set” that will provide players with a number of starter items.

A new story trailer and a large set of screenshots for Digimon World: Next Order were released alongside this announcement and you can check them out below.

Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune Details Little Sisters

Previously we saw a bit of how Nepgear will look in Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune as well as what classes the rest of the little sisters in the game will be but now the official website has been updated by Compile Heart with a few extra details and a closer look at their character designs. As mentioned in the past, Nepgear will serve as a mage while Uni will be a thief, Rom a warrior, and Ram a ninja.

To go along with this information the company also released something of a teaser trailer that you can check out below. Currently Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune is set to be released on the PlayStation 4 in Japan on February 9th.

A Rose in the Twilight Announced for Western Release

NIS America has announced that they are planning on localizing Rose and the Old Castle of Twilight for release in North America and Europe. The title, which will be called A Rose in the Twilight, will be released physically and digitally for the PS Vita and for the PC sometime in Spring 2017.

The standard edition of the game will be priced at only $19.99 while a special limited edition, that includes a copy of the game, collector’s box, fifteen track soundtrack CD, a 36 page soft cover art book, a five-inch “Giant” stress ball, and a Rose rubber strap, will be priced at $39.99. Persona 5 Delayed to April 4, Japanese Voice Track to be Free DLC

Atlus USA held their special Persona 5 stream and while it was great for fans to get a look at some English gameplay the company also had a bit of bad news for these fans. The company has announced that the title will no longer be released on the previously announced date of February 14th and has now been pushed back to April 4th.

The delay came as the company wants to “put the utmost care into ensuring it winds up the best when it launches in the west.” Alongside this news the game will launch will completely free Japanese voice-over downloadable content, giving fans the option to choose between either the English voice overs or the Japanese voice overs with English subtitles if they so wish, something that was previously not planned.

Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity Released in Europe with New Trailer

Although Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity may have been released in North America a few weeks ago, XSEED Games has only just launched this PlayStation 4 action RPG in Europe and to help celebrate that release the company has revealed a new trailer for the title that you can check out below.

For those who haven’t followed the game, the story follows Remilia Scarlet, an immortal vampire who has grown extremely bored with her eternal life and seeks out a rumored monster only to return to a destroyed home. Eager to sate her desire for vengeance and simply to liven up her life, Remilia ventures after this creature to make it pay.

A spin-off mode of the main ARK title, ARK: Survival of the Fittest is a multiplayer online survival arena (M.O.S.A.) mod that pits as many as 72 combatants against one another in spontaneous Hunger Games-style competitions within a closed battlefield, where a continually shrinking “ring of death” will push survivors into an epic final showdown with only one “Tribe” making it out alive.

Players will start in the base forest environment introduced in the original ARK: Survival Evolved, where Survivors can form one- to six-person tribes with the option to choose Unofficial (PC-hosted) and Official (Ranked) servers, and a variety of game-lengths and sizes in which to play.

ARK: Survival Evolved is in development for Xbox One via the ID@Xbox program, PlayStation®4 with VR support, and Steam PC. The game is currently playable in Microsoft’s Game Preview on Xbox One and Steam’s Early Access program, which includes Oculus Rift VR support and an integration of Steam community features such as Steam Economy and Steam Workshop for custom maps and mods.
