NATAL-RN, BRAZIL (MARCH 7, 2018) – Brazil-based independent developer Massive Work Studio is thrilled to announce today that its premier Sci-Fi Third-Person Action-RPG DOLMEN will make its North American debut at GDC 2018 in San Francisco this month! Steeped in Cosmic Horror and set in the mold of the RPG “SoulsBorne” subgenre, DOLMEN will engross players in an otherworldly mystery where they must adapt to survive against harsh elements and nightmarish creatures.

DOLMEN casts players onto a hostile alien world known as Revion Prime, the location of the greatest recorded massacre in galactic history. Little more can be said about the far-off planet since its coordinates were lost to war. As neighbors, it has four gas giants and a nearby star called Nynfield. The corpses of those who lived there long ago orbit the planet — like a mass grave suspended in time. As the sole survivor of a crew of human astronauts, pulled from charted space and abducted into a distant future, you awake below the planet’s surface with no supplies. Being alone on Revion Prime is like having been forgotten by life itself. With no answers as to how you got there, or what happened to your crew, your journey begins in the dark.

The key to survival in DOLMEN is adaptation and exploration. All gear must be harvested from the finite resources available on the planet. Craft armor, weapon upgrades and consumables as you try to survive, and power your space suit with Reactors to gain new attributes. The many kinds of eldritch horrors and abominable beings that populate the planet react dynamically and differently when attacked. By gaining experience, level up your character to fit your playstyle and improve your chances of survival. But don’t forget to stock your base or risk losing it all. Revion Prime is unforgiving; you’ll learn that the hard way.

BRUSSELS – 7 March – Hang onto your hats cowgirls and cowboys! Bombslinger, the action-maze game filled with more explosives than a whiskey-fueled Fourth of July, will come to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC on 11 April, 2018.

Our pals at Mode4 will keep the classic penny-arcadey four-player free-for-all game mode the bomb throwing genre is known for, but are reimagining the solo adventure with procedurally generated levels, character progression with skill upgrades, and a variety of offensive and defensive items, all while telling a tale of revenge that is right at home in the Wild West.

The story follows the Bombslinger, a ruthless bandit turned peaceful rancher on a quest to avenge the murder of his missus and destruction of his ranch at the hands of his brother, the Gunslinger.

Currently in something called “Steam Early Access”, which I can only imagine is some sort of locomotive ride, the full launch of Bombslinger will debut our hero’s final showdown with the Gunslinger and enough new items, environments and enemies to fill a general goods store.

“We’ve enjoyed working with players to make sure Bombslinger has enough content to create a highly replayable experience players can enjoy alone or with friends,” says Ferry Keesom, Co-Founder, Programmer and Designer, Mode4. “We look forward to sharing the fruits of our love of classic westerns and bomb-slinging games with new audiences.”

Outbreak’s four week co-op event, Operation Chimera’s two new operators, and updated game editions are now available

SYDNEY, Australia — March 7th 2018 – Ubisoft has announced that the limited-time co-op event “Outbreak” and Operation Chimera’s two new operators, the first major content for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Year 3, are now available for consoles and PC. This new content is also accompanied by select modifications to the game’s various editions, first announced at the Six Invitational.

Year 3 First Content:

This season’s two new operators are specialists in biohazard situations and, on top of being playable in adversarial multiplayer in Operation Chimera, they will have to face a major threat in the game’s first co-op event: Outbreak.

From France and Russia respectively, Lion and Finka, are veterans of numerous conflicts involving bio-chemical threats and Rainbow team’s best chance to help contain the mysterious parasite infection that hit Truth and Consequences, a small town in New Mexico…

A limited time three player co-op mode, Outbreak will force players to revisit their strategies and to rely on their teammates like never before, bringing the tension of close quarters combat to another level.

Additional Year 3 Updates:

Among the Year 3 changes announced at the Six Invitational, the development team revealed new adjustments for select Year 3 Game Editions, providing more accessibility and better progression for Siege newcomers.

From today, the Renown cost of the original 20 Operators and all attachments will be removed for all players who own the Standard Edition or the Advanced, Gold, and Complete editions.

In addition, players who purchase the Starter Edition after today will receive a total of six random Operators, up from 2 Operators in the previous version. Once activated, players will receive three random Attackers and three random Defenders from a selection of 10 operators.

AMID EVIL’s fast-paced and over-the-top action is a modern throwback to games like Heretic and Hexen. Yanking players back to a truly golden PC-age experience, AMID EVIL hosts savagely violent enemies and insane magical weaponry like tridents that shoot high voltage mystical electricity and katanas that expel enough force to mow down several enemies at once.

 

Brutal new footage released today introduces the endless mode gameplay, Hordes of Evil, which pits players against insane enemy AI. Hordes of Evil is included in the Early Access version of the game, which grants players three of the final seven campaign episodes. Each episode boasts different environments and enemies, as well as multitudes of in-game options and cheat codes.

Created with Unreal Engine and optimized to run on a toaster (a really nice toaster), the game sports a dynamic and remarkable soundtrack by Andrew Hulshult (Rise of the Triad, DUSK). AMID EVIL will unleash its full fury later this year.

Closers Event  Lets the Fans Decide, Starting Today!

En Masse Entertainment announced today that their upcoming community event, ‘Tina Versus Harpy’ is now live and will run from March 6 through March 20. Players can have a direct impact on the next character that joins the Closers team by taking place in this special event. Through crafting a special in-game Tina or Harpy token item, players will cast their vote for which unreleased Closers character they want to appear in-game next: the marksman-specialist Tina or the kinetic explosive cards of Harpy!

Who will win: gunslinger Tina or card shark Harpy? You decide!

To cast your vote during this community event, players can use Wolf Dog Cookies to craft either a Tina or a Harpy support box that is worth one vote. You can earn the materials to craft Tina or Harpy support boxes the following ways: through clearing stages, winning PvP matches, and through Daily Login Rewards.

In addition to vote tokens, players can also craft either an 8-Bit Tina or Harpy mask to show their support for their favorite character!

Voting is now open and closes on Wednesday, March 14, at midnight UTC. The results of the community event will be revealed on March 15 and and the chosen character will be available in-game on April 3!
