Sofia, Bulgaria – November 5, 2025 – Kipi Interactive is thrilled to announce the launch of the public playtest for SunderBound, a co-op top-down shooter with roguelite progression, coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2026. Starting today, players can join the playtest by requesting access directly on Steam.

Players participating in the playtest are encouraged to share their feedback with the development team on the official SunderBound Discord server, helping shape the game’s final experience ahead of launch. The development team plans to update the playtest over the coming months, adding new content and improvements based on player feedback.

SunderBound throws players into a desperate climb through a decaying, dystopian spire. Built from the ground up as a two-player cooperative experience, the game challenges duos to navigate procedurally generated combat missions and tactical encounters. Whether playing couch co-op, online, or braving the ascent with a responsive AI companion, players will need to work together to overcome overwhelming odds.
