It looks like players will be able to play as everyone’s favorite skeleton knight in time for Halloween as Sony has announced that the MediEvil remake will be releasing physically and digitally for the PlayStation 4 on October 25th. To accompany this announcement the publisher has released a new trailer focusing on the story for the game and you can check it out below. Sir Dan has his work cut out for him as he will need to be busy avoiding the boulder-spitting gargoyles of the Hilltop Mausoleum, outrunning the menacing farmers of the Scarecrow Fields, and fending off giant worker ants in the Ant Caves.
Although the journey will bring you face to face with hordes of unspeakable enemies, a whole host of heroes will be there to help guide you on your way and provide Sir Dan with an ever-expanding repertoire of weapons and shields to aid him in his quest. Everything from enchanted swords to gigantic hammers, crossbows, throwing knives and axes are at your disposal, but you’ll need to use them wisely, lest you lose your head.
After waiting quite a while we now have a bit of new footage for Square Enix‘s Final Fantasy VII Remake. Coming out of today’s PlayStation State of Play this minute long trailer gives us a brief look at gameplay, where the revised combat is shown, as well as a look at how a few of the characters will look and sound in the game, though sadly Tifa is not shown this time around we do get a solid look at Aerith.
Currently Final Fantasy VII Remake is set to be released for the PlayStation 4 though Tetsuya Nomura has stated that more information will be coming next month.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne™ Expansion for Capcom’s Best-Selling Title of All Time Coming September 6th
Expansion’s Enormous Ice Locale Sets the Stage for New Storyline, Monsters, Gameplay Options and More; Monster Hunter: World™ Gets Free Trial and New Content Update for Consoles in May
Sydney, AU – May 9, 2019 – Today in a
special Monster Hunter World: Iceborne™ Spring Update broadcast,
Capcom announced new details for the highly anticipated massive expansion to
Monster Hunter: World™, the best-selling Capcom title of all time with more
than 12 million units shipped worldwide adding to the series total of more than
53 million units to date. This gargantuan follow-up rivals the gameplay volume
from the original release, and will be available for PlayStation®4 computer
entertainment system and the Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X,
globally on September 6, 2019. Several details were revealed during the
broadcast including the first look at Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
with information on the new icy setting, monsters, gameplay options, purchase,
and the latest updates for Monster Hunter: World.
The Iceborne expansion builds on every aspect of Monster
Hunter: World, starting with an all-new story that picks up after the main game
and whisks hunters away to a newly discovered chilly locale called Hoarfrost
Reach. The snow-covered terrain offers an ecosystem that contrasts areas in the
main game and progressively expands with the story. Iceborne is
set to offer the largest region in the game so far, presenting hunters a wealth
of new content with even more quests to face than in the original release.
Iceborne also introduces the
new higher difficulty Master Rank, a brand-new quest tier that makes new and
existing monsters more ferocious than ever. The extreme cold is also the
setting for brand new frigid climate foes such as the horned brute wyvern
Banbaro and the snow-buried Beotodus. These interweave with returning fan
favorites such as the swift-attacking Nargacuga who adds some dangerous new
tricks to his trademark move set as he joins the Monster Hunter: World line-up.
Leading the pack in Iceborne is the mysterious new flagship
monster Velkhana, an elder dragon with powerful ice attacks that is a pervasive
threat in the new story.
To ready players to face the expansion’s fierce hunts, several new
gameplay options have been added to broaden the player’s combat repertoire,
creating opportunities for exciting new hunting strategies. The Slinger can now
be used while the main weapon is drawn, regardless of weapon type. New features
have also been added for the Slinger such as the Clutch Claw used to grapple
onto monsters with more direct control and the Flinch Shot which unloads
Slinger ammo to stun monsters. Each of the 14 weapon types will also get new
combos and new elements, offering additional depth to master in combat.
The Monster Hunter: World base game is required and while Iceborne
players will be able to enjoy some of the gameplay options such as the Slinger
and weapon updates right away, they must have completed the main story through
Hunter Rank 16 in order to access the new Iceborne story and
quests.
For players who have not yet tried Monster Hunter: World, now is the
perfect time to dive into the game ahead of the Iceborne
expansion. A free trial is available on PS4™ from today through May 20, 2019.
This will provide plenty of opportunities to try out a variety of quests, craft
and upgrade equipment, and join in on the game’s trademark cooperative
multiplayer action with existing owners of the game. Any saved progress
transfers over to the main game, so new players are encouraged to start their
hunting journey before the expansion’s release.
In the meantime, for existing Monster Hunter: World players on console,
the last new content update for the base game will celebrate the aggressive
flagship monster Nergigante who will finally appear in the formidable
Arch-Tempered form for a limited time from May 11 UTC. Defeating this ultimate
challenge will yield the powerful Nergigante γ (gamma) armour.
Capcom will have additional information about Monster Hunter
World: Iceborne at E3 this June so stay tuned. And as always, happy
hunting!

Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a military shooter set in a diverse and

unleashes a hilarious narrative adventure on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4,

Set on the world of

coated the Moon in chocolate, and caused an army of horrifying vegetables to
rise up and wreak havoc.
Hack and slash through a
salad with up to four players and help rebuild WOTF in a 20-plus hour campaign
featuring a mélange of handcrafted and procedurally-generated dungeons teeming
with places to explore and gear to loot. Save the six powerful wizards to
unlock abilities across seven strange upgrade trees. Eat most of the items in
the world – but remember, just because you can eat whatever you want, doesn’t
mean you won’t have to deal with the side effects!
“Humor can be hard to
translate, but the wacky style of Sio is universal, and Super Cane Magic
ZERO continues to delight us,” said Sue Yim, Overseas Marketing Manager,
Intragames. “Combined with Studio Evil’s experience in making entertaining,

Masquerada is fully voiced by experienced talents including Jennifer Hale of Mass Effect, Mortal Kombat 11, and DuckTales; Matt Mercer of Kingdom Hearts III, Critical Role, and Attack on Titan fame; and Ashly Burch of Horizon Zero Dawn, Borderlands 2, and Stephen Universe.
Cicero Gavar searches
for a missing friend in Ombre, a fantastical city inspired by Renaissance-era
Venice and brought to life in a rich, vibrant hand-drawn art style. As Cicero
and his companions navigate a society steeped in class inequality, they must
wield the four elements in devastating combos and crush their foes together in
real-time combat with tactical pause.
Five years of civil war
have rocked this city-state and claimed more than human casualties. Numerous
Mascherines, mysterious masks that grant magical powers, have been lost to the
destruction. Cicero’s party will discover how their pasts are entwined with not
only the war, but with the history of those ancient masks and the ruins of
civilization on which their home is built.
“Masquerada’s heroes
and lore are riveting, engaging, and rife with complexity,” says Nicholas Chan,
writer for Masquerada: Songs and Shadows. “Their individual stories
weave together with the chronicles of the land in which they live and fight,
building a more personal narrative that doesn’t just focus on the conflict, but
on the people who carry the burden of that strife on their shoulders.”
Masquerada: Songs and
Shadows is available now on
Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows and Mac for $19.99. It is
fully voiced in English and has text support for French, German, Russian,
