First-Ever Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts Gameplay Unveiled On-Stage at E3 2019

First-Ever Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts Gameplay Unveiled On-Stage at E3 2019

Recalibrate your scope – it’s time to see what’s new in Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts!

WARSAW, Poland (June 10, 2019) — Today, CI Games hosted the world-exclusive debut of in-engine gameplay for Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts on-stage as part of IGN’s E3 live show. Showing off an array of brand new features and further innovation on the series’ trademark sniping, CI Games is kicking things into high gear as they set their sights on a launch later this year across PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

As the latest game in the acclaimed tactical shooter series, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts drops players into the middle of the unforgiving Siberian wilderness, forcing them to contend with their toughest challenges yet – both natural and contractual. In addition to getting a first look at its contract-based mission structure, a wide range of locales and the flexibility with which players can approach mission engagements, the debut gameplay shines a spotlight on the brand new Rivals system.

Put simply, players will never truly be alone as they take on contracts, as they encounter rival contract killers. While players will need to carefully plan out and execute the perfect kill and exfiltration from a given encounter, they must also contend with the tension of an AI-controlled taking on the same contract in tandem. Whether this involved removing a rival from the equation or being quick enough to beat them to the punch, players will have more variables to consider than ever before, ensuring that no two missions go down the same, all the while ratcheting up the tension.

From its in-depth single-player campaign and range of multiplayer options, to its return-to-form, intense mission-based contracts system, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts seeks to perfect the feeling of staring down a scope and planning your approach. Get ready to tackle the Siberian wilderness and all the unique environmental obstacles it brings with it, because Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts is taking aim.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts will launch in 2019 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. For more information about the Sniper Ghost Warrior series, head to SGWContracts.com, follow the team on Facebook, or join the conversation on Twitter.

CastleStorm II Evolves Zen Studios’ Hit Fortress-Felling Franchise

CastleStorm II Evolves Zen Studios’ Hit Fortress-Felling Franchise

Zen Amps Up the Castle-Bashing Destruction – and the Tactical Strategy and Story – for the Newly Announced Next Installment of Its Secretly Huge Intellectual Property

Los Angeles, CA – June 10, 2019 Zen Studios continues its biggest year in company history with the announcement of CastleStorm II, the sequel to gaming’s most charming mix of ballista-based castle-bashing, tower defense, and hack-n-slash ferocity. CastleStorm II doesn’t just enhance this lauded gameplay formula – its new randomly generated world map adds a considerable new focus on strategic conquest. Players can experience this ultimate multigenre mashup when it arrives to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®4, Xbox One and the Epic Games store in late 2019.

With an elevated emphasis on storytelling, CastleStorm II returns us to a classic fantasy land of medieval madness, rife with heroic knights, enchanting sorceresses, glorious griffins and more. But a new threat rises – literally…as in, from the grave. Killer zombies. Headless horsemen. All-around nasty necromancy. You get the picture.

Each of six distinct campaign modes are represented by delightfully memorable heroic characters, as players strive to conquer an overworld map through a mix of turn-based strategy and skill in an upgraded take on traditional CastleStorm combat. They’ll build castles and fortresses – and eventually an entire empire – through gameplay structured to engage hardcore strategy fans while also proving accessible to a wide player base. And as the castles get bigger, they fall much, much harder – the destruction powered by the Unreal 4 engine enhances the visceral action.

“It would have been enough to just make more of the same – something over 2 million people have enjoyed playing over the past six years – but we just felt we had to do way more for CastleStorm II,” says Mel Kirk, Vice President of Publishing. “The ‘4X’ strategy element adds a whole new layer, and it could be a full game on its own, all while being every bit as accessible as the more traditional CastleStorm gameplay. And when you do add in that awesome genre-mashing gameplay that defined the first game – itself leveled up, and complemented by an even greater emphasis on story and character – CastleStorm II really becomes something unique and special. We can’t wait for everyone to start commanding and clobbering later this year.”

Much more information about CastleStorm II will be revealed as the game nears release. Please visit www.CastleStorm.com and @CastleStorm2 through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for more information as it is made available. Play the original CastleStorm today on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®VR, Xbox One, Steam, PlayStation®Vita, Nintendo Wii U, PlayStation®3, Xbox 360, iOS and Android.

The Outer Worlds Launching October 25, 2019 for Xbox One, PlayStation®4, and PC

The Outer Worlds Launching October 25, 2019 for Xbox One, PlayStation®4, and PC

Hero? Villain? Lunatic? Your decisions drive the outcome in this immersive single-player sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division

Private Division and Obsidian Entertainment today announced The Outer Worlds is now available for preorder and will launch on October 25, 2019 across the Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X, on the PlayStation®4 system, and on Windows PC*.

From the renowned RPG developer, Obsidian Entertainment, comes The Outer Worlds, a dark and witty player-driven story set in a colony at the farthest reaches of the galaxy. As the cold, firm grasp of corporate bureaucracy starts to unravel due to one unknown visitor – you – the character that you decide to become – will determine how the story unfolds. Your choices will affect the way the story develops, as well as your character progression, companion stories, and endgame scenarios.

“When I found myself contractually obligated to work with Leonard, we decided to make the game we always wanted,” said Tim Cain, Co-Game Director at Obsidian. “A game where player agency matters, and allows you to approach any situation however you’d like. Because it’s your story. And, because we haven’t figured out how to contractually oblige you to play how we want you to. Yet.”

The Outer Worlds presents you with a variety of options to play through the game. With an array of ranged and melee sci-fi weaponry at your disposal, you can also solve issues with good, old-fashioned spoken diplomacy, or even leadership-driven delegation to your companions.

“All kidding aside,” said Leonard Boyarsky, Co-Game Director at Obsidian, “Tim is truly honored to be working with me again on a game that focuses not only on a player-driven story, but also on establishing a new universe that is fun for players to explore with depth, humor, and corporate approved action.”

“Obsidian has such a great history when it comes to creating exceptional single-player RPGs,” said Allen Murray, Vice President of Production. “The Outer Worlds is unmistakably an Obsidian game, delivering an experience rich with dark humor, interesting characters, and plenty of player agency.”
