Offbeat Tactical RPG The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos Announced for PC

Felicia Day leads the VO cast in an unlikely adventure coming this summer

PARIS (February 20, 2020) – Developer Artefacts Studio and publisher Dear Villagers (ScourgeBringer, Recompile, Edge Of Eternity) today announced The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos, an offbeat tactical RPG, coming to PC this Summer.

The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos is a turn-based tactical RPG chock-full of charm, humor and chaos. Leading a ragtag company of unlikely heroes, players will embark on an epic adventure through the dreadful dungeon of Naheulbeuk, utilizing both “strength” and “smarts” to overcome the very worst that the evil lord Zangdar has to throw at them.

With a stellar voice cast lead by Felicia Day (The Guild, Geek & Sundry, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos combines the fun, creativity and chaos of an epic fantasy tabletop campaign with the challenge of the very best tactical RPG games, delivering an adventure unlike anything you’ve played before.

Felicia Day will also be part of a voice acting in video games panel at PAX East, discussing her involvement with the game alongside Bonfire Studios’ Morgan Webb, Co-founder of popular podcast What’s Good Games Andrea Rene, anime VO powerhouse Micah Solusod (Soul Eater, Dragon Ball Legends) and more special guests. The panel takes place Thursday, February 27th in the DragonFly Theater from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.

The Naheulbeuk universe is an original creation by French author John Lang. It started as a very popular audio comedy series parodying role-playing, table top games, and heroic fantasy tropes. Now the world of Naheulbeuk is available in English and as a video game for the very first time.

Game Features:

·       Explore a huge and surprising dungeon from the cave up to the luxury quarters of the evil lord Zangdar, passing through the goblin ice skating park and an extremely lively tavern!

·       Play with seven classic role-playing game characters complementing each other’s skills as you level them up: the Ranger, the Elf, the Dwarf, the Barbarian, the Magician, the Ogre and the Thief.

·       Exciting turn-based battles, with creative support mechanics between team members.

·       An expansive bestiary (more than 100 enemies!) pushing you to think more tactically with every fight.

·       Hidden and destructive objects (including beer kegs) with surprising status effects will turn the tide of battle for the better…or worse.

·       An adaptive difficulty system: from an accessible and fun story mode with simplified combat to the “nightmare mode” where the smallest tactical errors will doom you.

·       Bizarre conversations, absurd situations and unusual encounters await.

TURTLE BEACH CELEBRATES 10 YEARS AS THE TOP CONSOLE GAMING HEADSET MAKER

NPD Data from 2010-2019 Shows Turtle Beach Sold the Most Headsets in Terms of Both Revenue and Units

San Diego, CA – February 20, 2020 – Leading gaming audio and accessory brand Turtle Beach (NASDAQ: HEAR) today announced it has been the top console gaming headset maker for 10 years running. Final NPD revenue data from 2019, combined with NPD monthly revenue data since January 2010 shows Turtle Beach has now sold over 34 million console gaming headsets in the United States and Canada, placing it atop the lists for both the number of units sold and the total revenue generated over the decade. This historic milestone once again demonstrates the strength of the brand and shows that Turtle Beach is console gamers’ #1 headset choice on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo.

“We are truly honored to be the #1 headset choice of console gamers year after year,” said Juergen Stark, Chairman and CEO, Turtle Beach. “We are passionately focused on creating the best headsets and accessories for every level of gamer, and with ROCCAT now part of the team, we’re going to bring this same ethos to PC gamers as we continue to develop new products and grow the business.”

NPD revenue sales data for the decade shows that 3 of the 5 top headsets – including the #1 selling headset – were from Turtle Beach, making the brand a leader in console gaming headsets. NPD sales data for 2019 also shows Turtle Beach achieved a 40%+ revenue share for the 10th consecutive year. This consistently places Turtle Beach at a market share level higher than the next four competitors combined.

Turtle Beach has long been a pioneer in gaming audio, designing products with the key features gamers want and delivering them to the market first. Beyond creating the first-ever console gaming headset, as well as the first wireless and surround sound gaming headsets prior to 2010, the past decade has seen Turtle Beach’s constant drive for innovation yield more breakthroughs in gaming headset design and functionality. For example, Turtle Beach’sStealth 600 and Stealth 700 for Xbox One were the first gaming headsets to wirelessly connect directly to the console, easing Xbox gamers’ ability to simply sit down, connect, and start playing. Turtle Beach’s original Elite Pro headset was the first true esports headset built from the ground up for competitive gamers, and introduced a handful of new (at the time) features, including Turtle Beach’s patented ProSpecs™ glasses-friendly design to make gamers with glasses more comfortable, plus cooling gel-infused memory foam ear cushions to keep players’ ears cool when the action heats up. With new, more powerful consoles on the horizon and a resurgence in PC gaming, Turtle Beach is already developing the next wave of high-quality, innovative console and PC gaming headsets and other accessories sure to help gamers play their best.

Sci-Fi SRPG Element Space Mobilizes for March 24 PlayStation 4, Xbox One Launch

Sci-Fi SRPG Element Space Mobilizes for March 24 PlayStation 4, Xbox One Launch

Now Introducing Voice-Over

SYDNEY – 20 Feb. 2020 – Element Space, the sci-fi tactical RPG from Sixth Vowel and Sydney-based Blowfish Studios, deploys for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 24 March 2020. The console release boasts the addition of voice-over dialogue and a new narrative-friendly gameplay mode.

In 2199, the terrorist group Tempest unleashed a series of coordinated strikes across the solar system, ending an era of uneasy peace for humanity in its newfound home among the stars. Framed for the attack, Captain Christopher Pietham and his elite squad of troopers set out on a journey across the galaxy to clear their names and save humanity from a genocidal conspiracy.

Maneuver soldiers in strategic turn-based combat peppered with intense action sequences across 24 battlefields teeming with destructible cover and environmental hazards. Form a team, recruiting companions with distinct abilities, beliefs, and allegiances. Gear them up with an armory of more than 30 weapons. Then gain favor with a variety of factions to unlock new perks and powerful skills to lead the unit and take the fight to Tempest in a myriad of ways.

Make decisions that carry weight on and off the battlefield. Element Space’s ideological system tracks narrative choices and combat actions, impacting how Pietham is viewed by his allies and the world around them. Certain actions will attract recruitable characters to the cause, while others can trigger events and open entirely new branches of the story to explore.

Element Space may be set far in the future but its emphasis on making difficult decisions and camaraderie among friends resonates with us here and now,” said Javier Entelman, CEO, Sixth Vowel. “We’re delighted to partner with Blowfish Studios to bring the game to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and look forward to sharing it with a new audience on March 24.”

Element Space launches 24 March on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for $24.99 / €22.49 / £19.99 / $29.99 AUD and supports English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Simplified Chinese language options. Blowfish Studios will showcase the console versions of Element Space and other upcoming titles 27 Feb. – 1 March at PAX East in Boston at booth #29044.

Deliver Us The Moon Rockets Toward PlayStation®4 and Xbox One

Deliver Us The Moon Rockets Toward PlayStation®4 and Xbox One

Wired Productions Readies Sci-Fi Adventure Game for Global Release on April 24; Nintendo Switch Edition Confirmed for Summer Release

Watford, UK – February 19, 2020 – Award-winning publisher, Wired Productions and pioneering Dutch game studio, KeokeN Interactive, are delighted to confirm that acclaimed Sci-Fi epic, Deliver Us The Moon, is set to touch down worldwide on April 24 for PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X. Fans of the Nintendo Switch™ system can expect this to launch later in summer 2020. Available now to pre-order, and arriving on console for the first time, Deliver Us The Moon will be available in both Standard and Deluxe Editions -with the Deluxe Edition set to include the game’s epic and spine-tingling original soundtrack and a stunning 100 page digital artbook, and receiving both a physical and digital release.

Powered by Unreal® Engine 4, Deliver Us The Moon is set in an apocalyptic near-future where the Earth’s resources have been depleted and humanity looks to the stars. Nations band together to create the World Space Agency – an organization tasked with solving the extreme energy crisis. The solution: colonization and exploitation of the moon’s natural reserves of Helium-3 to serve the energy needs of a growing Earth population. Suddenly, and without warning, communications with the Moon cease, and the energy source is lost. Plunged into darkness and without power, years pass as world governments come together once more to embark on a new mission – to re-establish the energy supply and with it hope for the human race.

Released for Windows PC in October 2019, Deliver Us The Moon has been highly praised by both critics and fans alike. In December 2019, the game was upgraded to support GeForce RTX real-time ray tracing, making it one of the first independent titles to utilise the technology alongside the latest version of Nvidia’s Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) technology. The resultant upgrade delivered one of the most graphically immersive worlds ever seen from an independent studio.

The Nintendo Switch™ version is in development and planned for release in summer 2020. Deliver Us The Moon: Deluxe Edition will launch with an SRP of $29.99/€29.99/£24.99.
