Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break delivers on the tower defense-style strategy and arcade-paced action of its predecessors while bringing new innovations to the series such as its robust level creator. When Shin Megami Tensei V was first teased back in 2017 many were excited for the Nintendo Switch exclusive but as time passed, many wondered just what happened to the game. With basically no information provided by the developer for nearly three years, it looks like the time has come as, after announcing a remaster of an earlier critically acclaimed release, Atlus has confirmed a release window for the game.
Shin Megami Tensei V will be releasing sometime in 2021 for the Switch and Atlus has stated that they are trying to aim for a simultaneous global release, meaning fans may not have to wait half a year between the Japanese and English versions of the game. The announcement of a release window was accompanied by a small trailer that can be found below.
It has been revealed that Atlus will be bringing the 2004 released Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne to modern consoles in the form of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster. The developers are aiming to have the game released on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on October 29th in Japan while the worldwide release will arrive in spring 2021.
This remastered release will feature various improvements such as better graphics, voiced event scenes should the player choose to have them on, extra gameplay, and a new “Merciful” difficulty option alongside previously included Normal and Hard modes, which many may appreciate as this isn’t the type of series to take it easy on players, especially when encountering a certain skeletal foe. What happens when you manage to strike gold with a franchise that regularly changes its main character? Well when that gold happens to be the fact that everybody adored the original main character, you stick with them and that is the case with Koei Tecmo and Gust’s next entry in the Atelier series. The companies have announced that Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy will be releasing worldwide sometime this winter for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Atelier Ryza 2 marks the first time that a main character returns as the lead in a subsequent entry in the series and although some footage of the game was revealed during a mini Nintendo Direct earlier today, giving us a look at how Ryza’s design has grown and a hint at what her story might involve, the big reveal will be happening next week on July 29th.

GORILLAZ DROP NEW TRACK TITLED ‘PAC-MAN’ WITH VIDEO HOMAGE TO THE ICONIC ARCADE GAME HERO
The acclaimed virtual band Gorillaz has shared a new track and music video titled ‘PAC-MAN’. An audio-visual delight bursting with nostalgic sounds and sights, the track features the multiple Grammy-nominated American rapper ScHoolboy Q and a video inspired by the iconic arcade game with colorful visuals that draw on the classic PAC-MAN coin-op aesthetics.
This new Gorillaz track release coincides with PAC-MAN’s 40th anniversary this year, further underscoring the timeless appeal of the original coin-op hero.
‘PAC-MAN’ is the fifth episode of ‘Song Machine’, the newest concept from one of the most inventive bands around. ‘Song Machine’ will see Gorillaz joined by an exciting and ever-evolving roster of collaborators captured live in Kong Studios alongside the world’s most successful virtual band members 2D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle, Russel Hobbs.
