The full release of Dreadlands will introduce a new gang faction to the game in the form of the Skarbacks.

“During the three years the game has been in development, we have had multiple beta versions that have been played by thousands of players and the community’s feedback in Early Access has hugely helped us shape the game to where we think it’s now ready for full launch,” said Peter Nilsson, Founder, and Creative Director Blackfox Studios.

Dreadlands recent updates have incorporated enhancements across several areas of the game during its Early Access period, including Improvements to the games U.I for a more streamlined flow, levelling improvements with passive and active skills, weapon balancing and the ability to upgrade weapons or re-roll their traits at the workshop. Dreadlands has also undergone a huge visual overhaul to environments and encampments within the game, providing more detail and contrast to the game.

Die by the Blade – First In-Depth Gameplay Video From the Studio

Triple Hill Interactive takes you through the latest build of the upcoming one-hit-kill sword fighting game

Košice, Slovak Republic – 9th November, 2020. Publisher Grindstone and developers Triple Hill Interactive and Toko Midori have released a brand new gameplay walkthrough video of their upcoming one-hit-kill sword fighting game Die by the Blade. The ten minute video, hosted by Peter Adamondy, development lead at Triple Hill Interactive, provides fans with the opportunity to take a deeper look into the game and combat mechanics including stances, movement, attacks and blocking.

“During the Kickstarter campaign, we have had many questions from the backers and community about how the combat and one-hit-kill system will work.” Said Peter Adamondy, development lead at Triple Hill Interactive. “We wanted to give our community the opportunity to see how the game is progressing and to update them on our development plans. Instead of writing a blog we decided to record some gameplay directly from our recent pre-alpha build so they can actually visualise the combat mechanics for themselves”.

Following the announcement that the initial Kickstarter funding target has been reached, the team also announced that the stretch goals are now live on the Kickstarter page. The first goal activated will be the addition of deadly ranged weapons to add to the arsenal of swords available for players to choose. Each character will have a special ranged weapon that can be used once in each round. Players will be able to block this with their sword, but timing will be crucial. The Kickstarter campaign will finish on 13th November so there is still a chance for fans to back the game and help shape the future development of this long awaited homage to classic sword fighting games.

Drawing inspiration from legendary combat games like Bushido Blade and Way of the Samurai, Die by the Blade is a one-hit-kill sword fighting action game where players must take up their weapons and face off against deadly opponents. Choose your character, select your blade and engage in 1 vs 1 combat where the slightest mistake could seal your fate. Become a master of your craft and fight to the death with other players in tense, fast paced multiplayer matches or slash through tough AI enemies in the thrilling single player campaign.

TOM CLANCY’S RAINBOW SIX® SIEGE reveals OPERATION neon dawn

TOM CLANCY’S RAINBOW SIX® SIEGE reveals OPERATION neon dawn

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Welcomes its First Thai Operator: Aruni

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — November 9th, 2020 — Today, Ubisoft announced the full details of the fourth season of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege Year 5: Operation Neon Dawn. This new season introduces the first Thai Operator on the Rainbow Six Team, Aruni, in addition to an entirely reworked Skyscraper map, new accessibility features and the new Sixth Guardian Program.

In Operation Neon Dawn, players will discover a brand-new defender: Aruni. equipped with an original gadget called the Surya Gate, Aruni can deploy laser gates on walls, hatches, doors, and windows. Those gates damage Attackers and their utility but turn off to allow defenders to access. The gate is intended as an obstacle, zapping all drones, projectiles and damage Operators. Aruni also comes with a P10 RONI or a MK 14 EBR as a primary weapon, and a PRB 92 as a secondary weapon.

In addition to this new Operator, players will discover a reimagined Skyscraper map, which has been newly reworked with three major objectives. The first is driving Attackers inside by lowering the number of balconies and relocating them to remove some of the crossfire players could create previously from outside. An entirely new rotation between the two sides of the building on the second floor was also added. Lastly, the bombsites have been balanced to make them all more competitive.

With this new season also comes new accessibility features. Voice to Text and Text to Voice options for the in-game chat channel as well as chat assistance like Narration and Hints have been added to the Options menu. Players can also adjust the audio/visual cues for the chat and the font scaling.

The Test Server for Operation Neon Dawn will go live on November 10th. The Test Server is an alternative version of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, allowing players to test upcoming gameplay features that will make their way into the main game itself. Since this is a testing environment, a consistent gameplay experience is not guaranteed on the Test Server. Players are invited to submit the issues they encounter on the Test Server on the R6 Fix platform here. The Test Server is exclusive to Windows PC.

Finally, Operation Neon Dawn marks the launch of the Sixth Guardian program, in which certain seasons will have a limited-time bundle dedicated to a different charity. More info will come soon regarding the Doc Sixth Guardian Bundle.
