New multiplayer collectible card fighting game based on the hit streaming series now available from Diversion3 Entertainment, their publishing arm Boss Team Games, and developer Gamaga

Beverly Hills, California – 4 February, 2021 – Diversion3 Entertainment, LLC announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Sony Pictures Consumer Products to produce a free-to-play mobile game for iOS and Android based on the hit Netflix series Cobra Kai. The officially licensed game, entitled Cobra Kai: Card Fighter, is developed by mobile game developer Gamaga and will be available for pre-registration beginning today, in advance of its worldwide release on 22 March, 2021.

Pick your path between Miyagi-Do Karate and Cobra Kai in story mode and PvP multiplayer tournament mode. In Cobra Kai: Card Fighter players are tasked to build their respective dojo, recruit familiar faces from the series, and train them to become All Valley Champions. Using cards based on a variety of karate punches, kicks, and throws, along with special attacks and combos for each fighter, Cobra Kai: Card Fighter offers a unique combination of fighting action and strategy.

Story Mode in Cobra Kai: Card Fighter takes players through the Cobra Kai narrative and showcases scenes from the series as you follow the direction of your sensei. Tournament Mode, meanwhile, lets players hop online to challenge friends to PvP multiplayer fights using any of the unlocked characters. Between bouts, players can head back to the dojo to train, build decks, level up belt ranking, and customize characters and cards to show off how far their fighters have come.

Level Cap Raised to 520 as new Temporal Rift, and Class Balance Adjustments Launch Today

LOS ANGELES – FEB. 4, 2021 – The popular mobile MMORPG Lineage 2: Revolution received an all-new territory to explore and conquer, alongside several new additions that are now live for players to experience.

Starting today, the territory of Rune is open for exploration and is divided into two areas – the Silent Provenance and the Ravine of Frenzy. As part of this, the maximum level for players has increased from 480 to 520. Two Elite Dungeons will be included in this new territory and an upgraded Level EXP dungeon, along with an expansion to the 200th floor of Tower of Insolence, have been added to help adventurers’ grow faster and stronger.

BURLINGAME, Feb. 4, 2021 – KOEI TECMO America and developer GUST Studios are proud to reveal the upcoming Atelier Mysterious Trilogy Deluxe Pack, slated for launch on the Apr. 22, 2021 for theNintendo Switch™ system, PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, and Windows PC via Steam®.

The three games: Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book DX, Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey DX, and Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings DX, will come packed with a large amount of the previously released DLC for the titles, as well as all-new content for the DX versions — including a special digital artbook, photo modes, and the option to speed-up battles. This release also marks the first time that Atelier Sophie and Atelier Firis will be playable on the Nintendo Switch™, enabling players to enjoy these adventures at home or on the go. The Atelier Mysterious Trilogywill be available for purchase as individual titles or together in a specially priced Deluxe Pack containing all three games. 

The first title, Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book DX, follows the adventures of young novice alchemist Sophie Neuenmuller, who discovers she is the owner of an enigmatic book imbued with a soul. This Mysterious Book seems to hold the secrets to the art of alchemy, and as Sophie experiments with alchemy throughout the story, she unravels the book’s forgotten memories and eventually sets out to uncover the strange tale of its origin. The DX version of this game includes a brand-new coming-of-age story for Sophie, as she struggles to step into the shoes of her late grandmother – the town’s reliable alchemist.

Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey DX is the second entry in the ‘Mysterious’ saga, following the adventures of the enthusiastic Firis Mistlud and her loving older sister Liane Mistlud. The sisters have lived their entire lives in the isolated town of Ertona, where Firis uses her unique ability to see where material crystals are buried. By way of a fateful encounter, Firis learns of the Alchemy Exam and decides to take her first step into the outside world, setting off on a grand journey to become a certified alchemist and discover the mysteries that life has to offer! The DX version of the game adds four new vehicles and several exploration items to improve efficiency and speed, as well as seven new quests that lead to unlocking the powerful new foe Palmyra.

The gripping conclusion to the Mysterious Trilogy, Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings DX, follows the tale of alchemist twins — the reserved but caring Lydie Marlen, and the eccentric and carefree Suelle Marlen. The young twins work alongside their father at the family atelier, but due to his inexperience in alchemy, they rarely see any customers. While working hard to hone their skills, the duo uncovers a mysterious looking painting, and as they reach out to investigate, the girls are drawn inside a world bountiful with rare materials perfect for alchemy! This fateful discovery is just the beginning of the twin’s adventure, leading them to their joint goal — to run the best atelier in the country! The DX version of the game introduces a new painting that connects Lydie and Suelle to the world of Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists. In order to help Lady Nelke develop the city, the twins will have to embark on new missions and fight against perilous new enemies!

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous First Beta Available Now

Owlcat Games Launches Interactive “Choose Your Own Story” Community Quest and Reveals New Combat Gameplay Trailer

Moscow, Russia, February 3, 2021 – Owlcat Games has announced that the first beta for its classic isometric CRPG, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, is now available to backers who contributed to the title’s Kickstarter or Slacker Backer campaigns in the relevant tiers. Fans are able to play the first four chapters of the game – over 50 hours of beta quality content – and broadcast their experiences on Twitch and YouTube.

In celebration of the beta’s launch, the studio has unveiled details on an interactive “Choose Your Own Story” Community Quest and released the opening animated video. The quest events are to be determined entirely by the community and set to begin on Twitch this Friday, February 5, at 2 PM CET / 5 AM PST.

Today’s beta allows fans to play through the game’s prologue and first three chapters with all quests, all companion storylines, and some romantic options available. At this time, the fourth chapter is incomplete as side quests are missing and some draft assets are still in place. The beta includes two combat modes to try: real-time with pause and turn-based (as it is in Pathfinder: Kingmaker Definitive Edition).

The first three chapters may be streamed on Twitch and YouTube. Fans may play through chapter 4, but will be prompted with a message alerting them not to stream before their experience begins.

Players can also play through the Mythic progression system and choose one of six Mythic Paths (nine will be featured in the final game): Angel, Azata, Lich, Demon, Aeon, and Trickster. Each path impacts the title’s main narrative in a unique way, though major developments will occur in later chapters. Mythic abilities like devastating spells and powerful buffs may be experimented with however fans wish. Players will be able to navigate through all the content with an up-to-date, redesigned UI.

Notable Kickstarter stretch goal features available in this beta include a new “thiefling” companion named Woljif Jefto, a new progression system for player’s pets, three new classes (Warpriest, Hunter, and Skald), a new race (the Oreads), one of two additional romance interests (Camelia), and a social goal granting new backgrounds for player characters based on Pathfinder Second Edition.

Wrath of the Righteous’ second beta – set to arrive this spring – will comprise more content, including features promised to Kickstarter backers. Keep an eye on the title’s official website and Kickstarter page for updates.

Owlcat Games’ community-driven “Choose Your Own Story” Quest, launching on Twitch this Friday, February 5, at 2 PM CET / 5 AM PST, will task fans with collectively making decisions during five critical events. Set during the Crusade, players will have to come together and choose between two options to determine the protagonist’s moral alignment and the story’s cinematic conclusion.

Stream viewers may vote by clicking buttons on screen (via Twitch Extension) and moving their virtual Paladin and Lich avatars, which represent the inner demons residing within the heart of the protagonist. Will the story’s hero break the staff of the Necromant or use it to fulfill their selfish desires? The ultimate decision depends on which avatar crosses the finish line first.
