Marvel’s Midnight Suns – Venom DLC Coming Feb 23 + 40% Off & Free Trial

Venom DLC coming to Marvel’s Midnight Suns on February 23; 40% off select platforms + Game Trial Available Now

Today, 2K and Marvel Entertainment debuted a new trailer for Marvel’s Midnight Suns’ second post-launch DLC – Redemption* – featuring the monstrous Venom! Available for either standalone purchase or as part of Marvel’s Midnight Suns Season Pass (included in the Legendary Edition), each DLC brings a new recruitable hero and adds three new story missions, a new upgrade for the Abbey, and a selection of new skins and outfits for the hero. Once you recruit a hero, they’ll be added as permanent members to your roster and you can take them on missions, customize their abilities and build Friendships outside of battle throughout the game.

In Redemption, Venom – the deadly amalgam of Eddie Brock and an alien symbiote – joins the Midnight Suns on February 23 as a recruitable hero** to right the wrongs he committed under Lilith’s demonic influence, bringing new abilities and an insatiable appetite to chew through evildoers. Redemption includes three new story missions that continue off of the first DLC, which introduced the threat of vampyres on New York City. Players will want to build Venom’s unique Research project Whisper Web, which expands the tactical options for the Intel resource.

It’s time to upsize and glamorize that glorious vehicle collection of yours. There’s a brand-new multi-floor garage located right on iconic Eclipse Boulevard in Los Santos that offers capacity for up to 50 vehicles and unique amenities across five spacious floors. Additionally, GTA+ Members can claim theirs for free through March 15.

Each floor features its own separate hangout space, complete with seating, drinks, TVs, and surveillance to keep an eye on the riffraff outside. A French lightweight sports car might seem like the automotive equivalent of a slimline cigarette, but this elegant beauty still packs a killer punch. The Toundra Panthere (Sports) is available through February 22 from Legendary Motorsport and at the Premium Deluxe Motorsport showroom.

Los Santos Drug Wars Escalation
As the Fooliganz’ potent psychedelics worm their way further into the city’s nervous system, lawbreakers grow bolder and more brash than ever. Street Dealers are desperate for new hookups, while lowly criminals are busy sticking up storefronts around the city and rival gangs are setting up Stash Houses that are ripe to get ripped off. And dead drops in the form of G’s Caches are being left in public areas. Capitalize on these new developments to turn them into money-making opportunities.

Rob New Daily Stash Houses

Be on the lookout for the new Daily Stash House popping up on your map — these safehouses contain hoarded GTA$ or product, but they’re also packed with enemies. A successful invasion requires you to kick down the door, clear out your foes, locate the combination for the safe, and crack it to walk away with someone else’s drugs or money.

New Dead Drops: Retrieve G’s Cache

The dead drop is a classic drug-dealing maneuver. In theory, a suspicious package left out in the open will attract less attention than peddlers meeting up to exchange illegal contraband.

G’s Cache is a new daily dead drop that will pop up on the map. Once close by, look for a red flashing light and the sound of beeping. Fight off any competition, and a lump sum of GTA$, ammunition, and snacks is yours for the taking.

And this week, get 50% extra bonus GTA$ and RP for successfully retrieving G’s Cache.

Supply New Street Dealers

Street Dealers are the lifeblood of the drug trade — hanging out on seedy corners, making hand-to-hand exchanges, changing locations daily, and paying premiums according to market supply. In an intensely competitive environment for shooter games, Rainbow Six Siege has performed remarkably well. The Assassin’s Creed franchise reached new player engagement records over the past quarter, and we are excited to bring Assassin’s Creed Mirage to players in 2023-24. Similarly, we are looking to bring The Division to a larger, global audience, with the release on mobile of The Division Resurgence, also next fiscal year.”

Q3 Game Highlights

In a very competitive backdrop, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege posted a very strong performance in December and January, following the release of Operation Solar Raid, the last season of Year 7. It resonated very well with the community, reflecting the excellent work from our teams at Ubisoft Montreal and at the associate studios, building on the game’s positive momentum since Q1 2022-23 which has led the games’ PRI to grow double-digit on a 9-month basis. As a result, December posted another record month for DARPU, which grew more than 30% year-on-year during the quarter, and engagement is back to double-digit year-on-year growth since the beginning of calendar year 2023. At the end of the ongoing esports Six Invitational event, the team will unveil the new season of Rainbow Six Siege as well as an amazing year of content. Leveraging this current success and strong engagement, we will release Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Mobile next fiscal year as we look to bring the brand to a significantly wider audience.

Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, led by Ubisoft Paris and Ubisoft Milan, was awarded the best Simulation/Strategy game at the Game Awards 2022. Thanks to positive player reception, upcoming high-quality post-launch content and word of mouth, we expect the game to be a long-term seller.

Game Pipeline Highlights

The reveal of The Crew Motorfest, developed by the seasoned car racing and Live Services team at Ubisoft Ivory Tower, was very well received by players and critics alike. Subsequently, the registrations to the Insider Program, that enables players to test the game and submit feedback, generated very strong demand. To date, feedback has been very positive on the gameplay and the core experience. As players race through the island of O’ahu, The Crew Motorfest will leverage the franchise strong and profitable success with a community of more than 40 million unique players as well as ongoing solid player engagement in The Crew® 2, more than four years after its release.

The Tom Clancy’s The Division franchise is getting ready for a big year. With its 4th anniversary on the horizon, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will keep improving the player experience and receive new updates, including a full year of fresh new seasonal content to keep new and veteran players engaged. Next fiscal year we will also be launching Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence, the first high-end AAA mobile looter shooter experience for Android and iOS devices. As we look to bring The Division to a larger, global audience, we are also working on Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland, a PvEvP-focused Free-to-Play action survival shooter for console and PC.

XDefiant, from our Ubisoft San-Francisco studio, is Ubisoft’s upcoming Free-to-Play fast paced arena shooter for consoles and PC. In October 2022 we concluded our weekly test sessions with players and received positive feedback thus far. Starting today, through Sunday, we are conducting our first cross platform technical test with tens of thousands of players.

IFRS 15 sales for the third quarter of 2022-23 came to €772.5 million, up 16.0% (12.8% at constant exchange rates[1]).

For the first nine months of 2022-23, IFRS 15 sales amounted to €1,503.7 million, up 6.1% (2.3% at constant exchange rates).

Net bookings for third-quarter 2022-23 totaled €726.9 million, in line with the Group’s revised target of around 725.0 million and representing a decrease of 2.6% (-5.4% at constant exchange rates).

For the first nine months of 2022-23, net bookings stood at €1,426.3 million, down 2.6%
(-6.2% at constant exchange rates).

Outlook

Full-year 2022-23

The company confirms its financial targets of full year net bookings down more than 10% year-on-year and full year non-IFRS operating income of approximately -€500m.

Full-year 2023-24

The Company confirms it expects a strong topline growth and a non-IFRS operating income target of approximately €400 million.

Guide Jack, an aspiring artist accepted into the college of his dreams. As he prepares to leave his hometown for art school, a terrible truck collision spills toxic sludge into the local water supply, transforming Jack’s neighbors and the surrounding wildlife of Single Valley into mindless zombies. With his neighborhood irradiated and the undead running rampant, Jack has no choise but to put his college plans on hold: this rising freshman now rises to save the world. 

Search Single Valley and determine how to stop the apocalypse. Solve puzzles and locate collectibles while dodging, luring, and stunning mutated enemies.   • First Form: Saibaman

At the beginning of the match, you are playing a Saibaman. There are multiple of them around the map, and you can switch control between them. If the Saibaman’s HP reaches 0 or if some time passes, even if the evolution energy is not maxed out, the Saibaman will evolve automatically. The third way to evolve is by grabbing a survivor and using the skill “self-destruct.”

  • Second form: Nappa

Nappa can increase its evolution energy by finishing off civilians and injuring Survivors. When Nappa fills up the evolution energy or if he is defeated by Survivors, Vegeta takes over as your next form.

  • Third form: Vegeta

Vegeta has two ways to transform into the Great Ape. The first is to create a Power Ball: this is an active skill of Vegeta that creates a makeshift full moon needed to transform into a Great Ape. The second way is to gather all 7 Dragon Balls, then ask Shenron to “show you the full moon” which triggers the Great Ape transformation.

Both Nappa and Vegeta own a Scouter that highlights Survivors around them within a certain range. Nappa can plant a Saibaman in the ground that will ambush approaching Survivors. On the other side, Vegeta can use his skill “Call Nappa” to search Survivors. This skill is available to Vegeta only if Nappa evolved without being defeated by Survivors.

New transpheres introduced in Season 2 of DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS include:

  • Goku (Super Saiyan)’s active skill: Instant transmission. This skill allows you to concentrate and focus on where your allies are. You can then reach your allies instantly.
  • Gohan (Teen)(Super Saiyan)’s passive Skill: Ki control. This new skill reduces how long the Ki effect (blue aura) lasts when caught by the Raider while hiding.

Vegeta, Yajirobe and Chi-Chi are available in the in-game shop, as well as a “Raider and Survivor Skin Set” combining the three characters!

Besides those new characters, additional customization items are added in the in-game shop. Finally, a new map, “Rocky Field”, is added as a free update.

Starting today, all existing owners of The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me will have access to a free Friend’s Pass for one month, allowing players to experience one full playthrough of the game via multiplayer Shared Story mode with one friend that does not own the game.
