In the99 boxes heist,players can team up in 4-player co-operative gameplay to infiltrate a highly secured container storage area. True to the core-experience of the PAYDAY-franchise, the 99 boxes heist in PAYDAY 3 can be approached in two ways: by sneaking into the warehouse avoiding guards, cameras and workers with a stealth approach. Or go by going out loud, guns blazing, which might end up in explosive shootouts with the police and SWAT teams calling in helicopter support. Whichever players choose, the goal is to team up and come out with the ultimate PAYDAY.

2K today unveiled the details and changes coming to MyNBA* and The W* in NBA 2K24 for PlayStation® 5 (PS5™) and Xbox Series X|S. MyNBA welcomes fans to the new LeBron MyNBA Era and introduces a streamlined option to get in the game faster with MyNBA Lite. In addition, new updates in The W allow players even more control as they pick their path to WNBA greatness. 

MyNBA Welcomes a New Era

Last year, MyNBA debuted Eras, allowing players to experience some of the most iconic eras in basketball history. This year, players can rewrite history and step onto the court in the LeBron Era, where they can play through the 2010s and join forces with the all-time leading scorer in NBA history, LeBron James.

“We’re excited for fans of MyNBA to play the all-new experiences this game has to offer this year,” said Erick Boenisch, VP of NBA Development at 2K and Visual Concepts. “MyNBA Eras continues to put players in control of the NBA’s future and past, now including a vital part of NBA history with the LeBron Era. We also made the mode more accessible with MyNBA Lite, making it quicker and easier to jump into MyNBA than ever before.”

• MyNBA Lite: Empowering new players to get in the game faster, MyNBA Lite delivers a pick-up-and-play approach to the beloved franchise mode. Casual players will find the streamlined experience more approachable and intuitive, providing the perfect entry point for those looking to explore MyNBA. MyNBA Lite gives players the freedom and flexibility to quickly make the moves they need to win a title, such as making trades without CBA restrictions, extending contracts, having visibility on upcoming draft classes and more.
• The LeBron Era: Players can relive or rewrite the 2010s basketball era that saw LeBron James join forces with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh to create the ‘Heatles’ superteam. As fans progress from the 2010s into the Modern Era, select players will undergo an automatic aging transformation, a new feature that is present in all of the historic Eras.
• 2023 Collective Bargaining Agreement: To account for the new CBA that the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association agreed on this past year, NBA 2K24 is implementing new features like a luxury tax brackets scale with the salary cap, cap smoothing, increased value from the Mid-Level Exceptions (MLEs) and more.

MyLEAGUE returns in NBA 2K24 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. Players can make executive decisions as a General Manager and lead their franchise to championship glory or elevate the league’s status as the Commissioner of the NBA.

Pursue Greatness in The W

The W also comes back in NBA 2K24 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. This year, The W introduces new ways for players to control how their WNBA unfolds, compete in casual 3v3 street games, chase new prizes and more.

The W will also add a variety of new features for the women’s game, including:

• In Pursuit of Greatness: An all-new feature – “In Pursuit of Greatness” – will be added to The W this year, where players can be pitted against some of the WNBA’s most gifted stars to see how they compare to their rival;
• Pick-Up Games: Instead of last year’s Contact Challenges, this year, players can earn exciting badge perks by competing against a veteran from their own team, a star player they’re in a position battle with, and historic legends;
• The W Rewards: New rewards and content will be available in The W and The W Online, earned by winning games and completing challenges to unlock updated 2K Breakthrough Skins, MyTEAM Jersey Cards, and player-enhancing MyTEAM Shoe Cards and more exciting rewards.

All twelve WNBA teams return to PLAY NOW in NBA 2K24 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

A Final Roster of 32 Unique Characters with Six New Reveals, and All-New Arcade Quest Game Mode Announced; Preorders Now Available

Leading video game publisher and developer Bandai Namco Europe. today announced that TEKKEN 8, the upcoming entry in the legendary fighting franchise, is releasing on January 26^th , 2024. The game is coming exclusively to PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam®. Developed by Bandai Namco Studios Inc., TEKKEN 8 will harness the power of current hardware to make it the most visually stunning game in the series yet. The title also promises a new approach to playing fighting games, with a new aggressive combat system that rewards offense-first tactics and delivers spectacular fights. TEKKEN 8 is now available for pre-order in Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition.

The reveal showcased the Arcade Quest a completely new mode coming to TEKKEN 8. The Arcade Quest is a new single player mode that will prove the ultimate training ground, tapping into the franchise’s roots to introduce a new way to play and polish skills. In this mode, players can create and customize their own avatar and “visit” different arcades to participate in matches designed to improve their play and teach new techniques. As players progress through the story, they will continue to develop and grow stronger along with their avatar and hone their skills against tougher and tougher opponents in a story not too different of how some real players got into esports.

Continuing the regular cadence of TEKKEN 8 character reveals, the trailer announced returning favourites joining the 32-character roster, with Kuma, Leo, Shaheen, Steve, Dragunov, and Yoshimitsu showcasing their updated looks and moves. All the characters in TEKKEN 8 will have deep customization choices, including completely new options, with the possibility to change each parts colours as well as the size and position of accessorties, letting players really show their style and bring personal flair to their favorite characters.

TEKKEN 8 is now available for preorder in Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition. Preorders for Standard Edition includes the base game, once available, and grants players the Paul Phoenix set as Avatar Costume. PlayStation 5 players will receive the Mokujin and Testujin Avatar skins. The Deluxe Edition includes all standard items along with the Playable Character Year 1 Pass, which unlocks four characters, released after the game’s launch, as well as Kinjin Avatar skin. Face Your Childhood Fears together in 2 player online co-op

Global video game publisher and developer Bandai Namco Europe S.A.S. announced today the latest addition to the Little Nightmares franchise. Developed by Supermassive Games, Little Nightmares III will be released in 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

For the first time in the franchise, players can face their childhood fears with a friend, as the game will be playable in online co-op, letting players take on the role of one of the 2 new characters, Low or Alone, in this dreadful world. The game will also be fully playable in single player with AI controlling the second character.

In Little Nightmares III, players will follow the journey of Low and Alone, two friends looking for a way to get out of the Nowhere. They will travel through the Spiral, a world filled with dangerous threats such as Monster Baby in the Necropolis. Each character carries its own iconic item, a bow and arrow for Low, a wrench for Alone, that they will use to solve puzzles and help them in their quest to escape.

As the Little Nightmares universe continues to expand, Bandai Namco Europe also announced today The Sounds of Nightmares, a new podcast series composed of 6 episodes. The first two first episodes are available to enjoy right now. The podcast follows the story of Noone, a young girl who is committed to the Counties Psychiatric Institute to deal with her ever-worsening nightmares. She is under the care of Otto, the Counsellor, a man who dedicated his life to helping kids. As their sessions unfold, Otto’s past and Noone’s nightmares seem destined to collide.

The trailer unveiled new exclusive features coming to the spy-thriller expansion Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, including the Relic skill tree. The new skill tree offers a wide range of powerful abilities that allow players to master new playstyles and create unique, meaningful builds. Phantom Liberty also introduces a densely packed new location, Dogtown, with endless dynamic events and missions, action-packed gigs, new clothing items, weapons, cyberware, and more to explore.

The “New Ways to Play” trailer also highlighted the game’s redesigned perks system, showing off some brand-new perks that offer players more impactful gameplay options and the ability to take down enemies in thrilling, original ways. Enemy AI in combat will also be improved, making fights more dynamic and intuitive.

Another major overhaul revealed in the trailer is the new police system. Police AI has been improved, meaning the NCPD will respond to player actions in more realistic and engaging ways, including setting up roadblocks, attempting to ram players off the road and more.
