Blue Archive Returns to World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends This October

Both waves of the Blue Archive collaboration return to World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends, offering another chance at Commanders, ships and more

October 6th, 2026 – Wargaming, the developer and publisher of the leading naval multiplayer game World of Warships, is bringing October updates to both World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends. Headlining this is the return of Blue Archive content to both titles, where players once again have a chance to add ships and Commanders based on fan-favorite characters to their fleets.

Across World of Warships, players can also enjoy a strategic “Pacific Front” event, uncover a new Tier IX cruiser in the Armory, and dive into a special “Uncharted Seas” event. Meanwhile, World of Warships: Legends features a fresh four-week campaign, the start of the “Road to New Year” event offering a rare ship for free, and a new Bureau Project.

Blue Archive is back again

Blue Archive is making a return to both World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends this October, bringing back fan-favorite content from both waves of the collaboration.

Available from October 7 to December 2, World of Warships players can look forward to the return of nine Blue Archive Commanders – including Wakamo, Maki, Nonomi, Shiroko and Serika – ready to lead players into battle. Also back and ready for action are seven Blue Archive ships, bringing players the chance to expand their fleets with BA Tirpitz, BA Montana, BA Takahashi, BA Arona’s Whale, BA Hovercraft, BA Utnapishtim’s, and BA Binah.

Meanwhile, World of Warships: Legends will welcome the collaboration back from October 5 through December 7. Eight Commanders – Hoshino, Nonomi, Ayane, Shiroko, Serika, Yuuka, Maki, and Wakamo – will return alongside five unique ships, BA Montana, BA Tirpitz, BA Utnapishtim’s Ship, BA Binah, and BA Hovercraft, ready to sail into battle. In addition to these resurfaced vessels, players can also look forward to a special skin for Takahashi. Returning content will be available in the Store and in Blue Archive II containers, with a special mission offering players the chance to earn a free Blue Archive II container alongside a set of themed camouflages.

World of Warships welcomes the “Pacific Front” event

World of Warships’ October starts with the strategic “Pacific Front” event. Players will now engage in Operations, a grouped series of battles, that build toward a final showdown with a Primary Target. Emerging victorious from this showdown yields Progress Tokens, which unlock prizes on a reward track that includes U.S. Tier VI Premium destroyer Monaghan.

An “Uncharted Seas” event is available from 15 October, bringing two Tier VIII destroyers to the game, Pan-Asian Datong and Dutch Philips van Almonde. These can be unlocked via Seafarer Tokens, or redeemed for rewards including an enemy destruction effect, a permanent camouflage, and rare bonuses. Plus, Italian Tier IX cruiser La Spezia is available in the Armory via Research Points.

World of Warships: Legends launches the “Road to New Year” Event

In World of Warships: Legends, October’s update features a new four-week campaign, “The Foghorn’s Bride”. After completing 80 milestones with Admiralty Backing, players will receive British Tier VIII Premium cruiser Aberdeen, sporting four twin 152mm turrets that fire off Armour-Piercing shells, and fast-reloading guns, to deal rapid damage to opponents.

This update also kicks off the “Road to New Year” event, starting October 5, and gives players a unique chance to receive a rare ship for free – including U.S. Legendary Tier Premium battleship Ohio, Soviet Tier VII Premium battleship Lenin, or French Tier VII Premium battleship Jean Bart.

From October 5, Pan-American Legendary Tier destroyer La Pampa comes to the Store, available for Steel, and British Legendary Tier battleship St. Vincent arrives as a Bureau Project.
