New Mayhem Collection DLC Featuring The Joker & Harley Quinn as Playable Characters Available Now for Deluxe Edition Owners on PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC – Enhanced Absolute Difficulty Option Added as Free Update for All Players
Sydney, Australia – Sept. 21, 2026 – Warner Bros. Games announced LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight, the critically acclaimed action-adventure videogame, is now available for Nintendo Switch™ 2.
Also launching, the LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Mayhem Collection downloadable content (DLC), starring DC’s The Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters, is available now for Deluxe Edition owners on PlayStation®5, XBOX Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
As part of the launch, all Nintendo Switch 2 Deluxe Edition owners will receive instant access to the Mayhem Collection DLC, as well as a variety of suits, vehicles, and Batcave items through the previously released Legacy Collection DLC, and those who purchase the Nintendo Switch 2 physical Deluxe Edition will receive a free LEGO Retro Videogame Batman™ Minifigure, while supplies last.
Additionally, an enhanced Absolute difficulty setting has been added as a free update for all LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight owners. This new option is designed to be even more challenging than the Caped Crusader and Dark Knight levels, requiring greater skill, awareness, and precision in combat.

The Mayhem Collection DLC brings a fearsome DC Super-Villain themed gameplay experience to LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, including:
- A brand-new Story Mission starring The Joker and Harley Quinn, each with their own abilities, gadgets, and outfits, as they break out of Arkham Asylum and establish a customizable hideout in Amusement Mile.
- The all-new Mayhem Mode, which allows players to unleash chaos across Gotham City as the Clown Prince and Princess of Crime. Through time-limited Mayhem Runs, players can take on various enemies, smash objects, and create villain specific LEGO builds. Players will face off against A.R.G.U.S. Agents and Amanda Waller’s Task Force X, encountering Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Deathstroke, Killer Croc, King Shark, Polka-Dot Man, other infamous DC Super-Villains, as they rise through Gotham’s criminal underworld while evading pursuit from Batman and Robin.
- The Sinister Pack of new DC Super-Villain themed outfits for each of the original playable characters (seven in total), plus a new Jokermobile vehicle to cruise around the open world and five new items to decorate the Batcave.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Standard Edition owners can purchase the Deluxe Edition Upgrade to access the Legacy Collection and Mayhem Collection DLC.
