SYDNEY AUSTRALIA, 19 JULY 2024: Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks, the free-to-play multiplayer combat racer, is set to enter Early Access on August 6 for its first season. It´s time to rev your engines and unleash the Speedwaaagh!
Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks will enter Early Access for a limited time as the development team prepares for the full launch later this year, marking the start of Season 1.
Fans can catch a glimpse of the high-speed mayhem with the release of a brand-new trailer today, showcasing the game’s unique blend of racing and combat elements, wrapped in the unmistakable charm of Ork kultur.

In the 41st Millennium, a kult of speed-obsessed Orks have emerged to mob together in chaotic Speedwaaagh!’s
These ‘Speed Freeks’ are addicted to battle-racing with the fastest, shootiest, pulse-pounding, brain-rattling, combination of dakka and recklessness, bringing their supercharged mob of buggies and tanks into the fray! Hell-bent on gunning down their rivals and trashing everything in their path, these Orks blaze through battle attempting to prove themselves as “da fastest and meanest Orks in all da galaxy”.
Explosive Mayhem and high-speed brutality
Experience a grand sense of spectacle and mayhem on the battlefield with a supercharged mob of authentically Orky vehicles that go smashing, dashing, flying and drifting. Snazzy visuals and explosive chaos await, powered by Unreal Engine 5.
Choose between game modes that are uniquely chaotic and full of iconic Warhammer 40,000 brutality. In Deff Rally, 16 players race to capture points and fight to control them in succession before a sprint to the finish. Kill Konvoy features teams racing alongside formidable Stompas, battling and bombing their enemy to help ensure their Stompa reaches the finish line first.
To join the Early Access on Steam, users will need to set up or log into a PROS, an online services account for upcoming games from PLAION, Saber Interactive, Deep Silver, and more.
