The Maple Boys Return with a Maple Punk Theme and Players Can Learn Powerful 6th Job Skills, Uncover The Pharaoh’s Treasure Event, Attend Angelic Buster and Lucid’s Dream Concert, and more
LOS ANGELES – July 18, 2024 – MapleStory, Nexon’s popular, side-scrolling 2D MMORPG, has kicked off the second part of its massive GO WEST! summer update.
As Inkwell and Dr. Lim’s Maple World tour is underway and still going strong, the Maple Boys continue their activities as Maple Punk with new, EDM themed music. This new GO WEST! update brings players a Maple Punk themed chair and costumes through a daily cumulative log-in event. Players also receive growth and enhancement rewards through the Maple World Tour.
Brave Pharaoh’s Treasure Event with the MapleStory Expedition team
Players can join the MapleStory Expedition team and brave a dangerous pyramid to uncover the hidden treasures within. This five-week, limited-time event features a chapter that opens weekly where players uncover the pyramid’s secrets and enjoy thrilling roguelike gameplay. Maplers also earn skills and coins to enhance their character when each chapter ends as well as obtain special rewards through a variety of challenges and challenge modes.
Devastate Enemies with New Hexa Matrix Node
Sol Janus, a Common Node that can be used by all jobs that have completed the 6th Job Advancement has been added. When using this Node, players can choose between an installed form (Sol Janus: Dawn) or a fired form (Sol Janus: Dusk) to defeat their enemies. Also, the Node gives players up to 100% bonus EXP based on node growth.
New Mastery Node Has Arrived
A second 6th Job Mastery Node update for all jobs has arrived making players’ attacks more powerful and dynamic. The newly added 6th Skill Mastery Node brings upgraded attack skills and bonus effects.
Participate in Angelic Buster and Lucid’s Fantastic Concert
The Dream Concert event, a dreamy collaboration between Angelic Buster and Lucid, is now taking place. Every day, players can enter the event map in main towns to enjoy the concert and receive a buff. The more players participate in the concerts, the more special outfit items and enhancement item rewards they will receive. Players can also obtain additional EXP benefits when they listen to songs from the concert on the Dream Player as they hunt monsters.
Familiars Arrive in Cernium
Familiars have been added to Grandis. In this update, Familiars are dropped in Grandis’s Cernium and Burning Cernium and players can collect a greater variety of Familiars to strengthen their character. Players can also obtain stats through the Cernium Badge that is completed by collecting Familiars in Cernium.
