SEOUL – July 11, 2024 – Classic beat ‘em up MMORPG Dungeon Fighter Online is inviting players to solve a major mystery in a huge update, “Season 8 Act 4. Asrahan: Curtains of Mu.” In the update, fighters can battle their way through the new “Asrahan: Curtains of Mu” dungeon solo or with the help of friends to reap plentiful rewards useful for boosting character stats. Additionally, adventurers can enjoy four brand-new events helpful for leveling up and upgrading equipment.

DFO’s massive July update features lots of fresh content for players, including:
- “Asrahan: Curtains of Mu” – Brave fighters must slash their way through five entities that enshroud the truth behind the mysterious Clearmist with the help of their trusty Sacred Beasts. Players can enter solo or in a party and can earn all-new Fusion Equipment items as rewards. New Fusion Equipment can be chosen from the Five Elements: Blaze, Icelands, Rising Winds, Thunder, and Earth, each with their own unique effects that will add another layer of both might and customization. Boundary Fragments, Epic Equipment, and Dim Floating Stones can be obtained from the dungeon as well.
- Archives Keys – Players looking ahead can start stocking up on materials such as Archives Keys and the rare Meteoria that they can use after the next big Raid update: “Asrahan: Mu, God of Mist.”
- 90% discounts on essential Equipment Growth Costs – No need for any FOMO: a previously ongoing event that offered 90% discounts on essential Equipment Growth Costs are the norm as this discount is now a base feature.
Four new events in correlation with DFO’s July content updates are also added:
- The Truth Unveils: Players can enter the new “Asrahan: Curtains of Mu” channel to get rewards that will help them clear it for the first time. If cleared within the first month, players can also obtain additional honorary cosmetic items.
- Airship Tales: Those looking towards the sky can travel throughout Arad in an Airship and build their own fleet in this simulator minigame. Players can obtain event tokens through battles and merchant trading to purchase valuable rewards such as a Unique Creature Artifact Selection Box, Amplification Tickets and Grimoires, and fun cosmetics that can increase or decrease their character’s size.
- Stars in the Sky: Players can test their timing skills in this minigame by batting meteors up in the sky to create dazzling fireworks. High scores grant Warped Dimension Cubes, Dim Floating Stones, and the rare Risen Purple Malefic Energy.
- Flan’s Plans for Summer: Players can participate in this event that will last all summer by completing simple daily and weekly missions. Steady participation will be rewarded with high-value, end-game worthy items such as Mist Gear Pots, Legendary Cards, Epic Transcendent Stones, and Silver Amplification Grimoires.
