Deck13 and Focus Home Interactive released a new batch of screenshots for their upcoming sci-fi action-RPG The Surge. The three screenshots feature the game’s hero in three very different Exo-Armor sets from the CREO corporation. The Liquidtator is the Exo-Armor featured in the above screenshot. It is a heavy Exo-Armour originally designed to survive environmental hazards like fire, radiation, and toxic spills. For those preferring a more balanced approach to their work, the Proteus Exo-Armor was originally meant for CREO security forces. It is designed to sip on power, leaving more energy for implants. Additionally, the Proteus Exo-Armor also regenerates the user’s health.
The Lynx Exo-Armor is as seen above features minimal armour plating in exchange for speed, manoeuvrability, and tons of power for implants. Of course, wearers will need to be mindful of their environment, as the lack of armour leaves them exposed to hazards like radiation.
The Surge is set to launch in 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
