If you were paying to the VGX earlier this month then you probably know that Nintendo had an underwhelming announcement to make by saying that Cranky Kong would be a playable character in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. Well today the company released a trailer featuring Cranky and showing off his capabilities.
Cranky will be able to use his cane to bounce off of enemies and obstacles and if he gathers a hundred bananas then he will be able to pull off a “KONG-Pow” move which will turn all enemies on the screen into items. It is also worth noting that Funky Kong will be making a return in this game as he will be taking over the in-game shop to replace Cranky.
