Splinter Cell: Blacklist’s fifth freedom detailed in latest trailer

Back in 1941, the President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt gave a speech which would eventually be called the “Four Freedoms” speech. In this speech he listed four liberties that everyone in the world should hold as a birthright, such as the freedom of speech and worship as well as freedom from want and fear.

However there is also a fifth freedom that has been kept under wraps. This fifth freedom gives a person the ability to defend those four freedoms from any threat no matter what it takes. Those bearing the fifth liberty have the ability to do absolutely anything in the effort to further the greater good, even take human life at no cost. Only one man has been given the fifth freedom, and gamers will be playing as him in Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Check out the trailer below to learn more.
