EA and TOMS have partnered up and today they want to bring awareness to the millions of kids around the world without shoes through One Day Without Shoes. TOMS was created to support children without shoes by supplying a pair for free, for every pair they sold. By hosting this event they hope to spread the word even farther about the need.
How do you participate? Load up The Sims FreePlay and kick off their shoes, but it only lasts for 24 hours, so be sure to act right away. Players that do have their Sims go barefoot will get a virtual pair of limited-edition TOMS shoes for their Sims for free. The Sims FreePlay is available free of charge for Android, iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. Check it out and spread the word.
