About time, wouldn’t you say Professor? After releasing in Japan nearly 2 years ago, Level-5 have now trademarked Professor Layton and the Last Specter (known as Professor Layton and the Specter’s Flute in Japan) for a western release for the Nintendo DS. This Layton game has been on my radar for a while, as it is a prequel to the series which takes place three years before Curious Village.
I would imagine Professor Layton and the Last Specter will be released sometime later this year as the 5th title for the series – Professor Layton & The Mask of Miracle has been out in Japan for a few months now as it launched with the 3DS. Last Specter could also be a nice reveal for this years’ E3, so stay tuned as more information should be confirmed shortly.
