Did you hate how on previous Nintendo systems there was that horrible friend code system? Well the 3DS will be having a friend code to connect with your different friends through Wi-Fi. But wait don’t let your hopes down quite yet because the friend code, which used to be different for every game you played, will only need one friend code for your 3DS.
Not only have the friend codes been more streamlined but the 3DS will give players the ability to see what games their friends are actually playing so that you will be able to take the guess work out of trying to find a friend to play with. Plus if you are lucky enough to have two 3DSs in your house, or have a friend with one coming by, and you both use the same Wi-Fi connection, then you will be able to play with one another without the use of a friend code at all.
