Purchase all these titles and Microsoft will refund 800 points approx $10 back into your account.
Purchasing all these games will set you back about $70. So with a 800 point refund you end up getting one of them for free.

This is only available to US Customers only. A little bit dissapointing as most / all of these titles are available in all coutries including Australia but the offer is only valid for US customers.
