Microsoft Xbox Live Dashboad Update

Microsoft have released further information regarding the latest Xbox Live dashboard update which is less than a week away before its available to download for all its Xbox Live members worldwide.

Avatars get big make over with props such as basketballs, pompoms and even a cell phone. New branding from Adidas, Quicksilver Roxi and Tokidoki available for purchase along with unique fashions from Steampunk and Ressionista. Possibly the highlight is clothing from your favourite games such as : Bioshock 2, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, Gears Of War 2, Fable 2, Secret Of Monkey Island, Splinter Cell Conviction and Star Wars Clone Wars.

Not all clothing will need to be purchased some games will now gift you clothing once you unlock them in play such as Splosion Man that is currently available for download from Xbox Live Arcade.

The most anticipated feature is the GAMES ON DEMAND option where you can now access, purchase, download and play Xbox 360 games all in the comfort of your own home. With a launch library of 30 titles. GAMES ON DEMAND introduces a new era of digital distribution and how you can purchase games. This option will be available on August 11. Purchases can now be made using credit card in addition to using microsoft points.
