CD PROJEKT RED today announced the release of the hotly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition as well as the free Update 2.1, both of which are now available for current-gen consoles and PC.

Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition contains the base game, its critically acclaimed spy-thriller expansion Phantom Liberty, and the highly lauded Update 2.0, which introduced several gameplay overhauls and improvements to the game. This latest release allows players to experience every story Night City has to offer all in one package.

The game is available in a digital and physical version for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The box edition of the game is available beginning today in select markets, and will become available in more regions soon.

The Update 2.1 is also out today for current-gen consoles and PC. It brings with it a series of new features, including a fully functional NCART metro, partner hangouts, a Radioport that allows players to listen to music during exploration, and new vehicles, including the Porsche 911 Cabriolet and five new motorcycles.

New Crop: Sugarcane!

Added to the list of well over a dozen crops in Farming Simulator 23, sugarcane yields some specific benefits: It grows back after harvesting without plowing or cultivating necessary. Of course, special equipment is required to plant and harvest sugarcane and is also included in the update.

Celebrating its 25^th anniversary in December, Rockstar Games pioneered the open-world genre of video games with the launch of Grand Theft Auto III in 2001. With each successive blockbuster entry in the series including Grand Theft: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto has become one of the biggest selling, most critically acclaimed and influential properties in all of modern entertainment.

The most recent iteration in the series, Grand Theft Auto V, has sold over 190 million units to date. Rockstar Games’ blockbuster Western series, Red Dead Redemption, has sold over 81 million units worldwide to date, with its most recent release, Red Dead Redemption 2,breaking new ground in fidelity and immersion.

Black Friday has just ended and the next big event is fast approaching for PlayStation Plus, the first Season of Play will start this week. Starting from tomorrow through to Friday, 5 January PlayStation will be celebrating the holiday season with a full month of activities for the PlayStation community.

As part of the PlayStation Plus Season of Play, PlayStation Plus members can redeem free avatars for PS5 and PS4 consoles, join eSports tournaments, earn points on PlayStation Stars,, and enter a competition for your chance to win amazing prizes. Activities for those who are not PlayStation Plus members are available as well.

New PS5 and PS4 Avatars

Players can redeem a voucher code for new PS5 and PS4 avatars that commemorate some of the popular titles offered through PlayStation Plus, including games like Ghost of Tsushima, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege (available on Ubisoft+ Classics), Final Fantasy VII Remake, and more. Free Online Multiplayer Weekend

Get ready for another online multiplayer weekend, starting Saturday, 9 December at 12:01am through Sunday, 10 December at 11:59pm local time. Online multiplayer is available without a PlayStation Plus membership during this time, so players can go head-to-head or play alongside other players online.

PlayStation Tournaments

(PlayStation Plus membership required) 

• Tuesday, 12 December 2023 – Sunday, 17 December 2023

There will be PlayStation Tournaments happening from Tuesday, 12 December 12:01am to Sunday, 17 December 11:59pm local time, featuring titles like EA Sports FC 24, NBA 2K24, Madden NFL 24 and MLB the Show 23. 

Players who participate have a chance to win a PlayStation Plus Deluxe membership. The signup process is similar to traditional PlayStation Tournaments, featuring custom tournament cards and an in-game button that includes a list of available tournaments for participating titles. Upon entering the PlayStation Tournament, players will face off in 1v1 brackets on a set schedule.

In addition, everyone who participates in a PlayStation Tournament during this timeframe will be entered into a prize draw to win a PlayStation 5 Digital Edition console (vertical stand sold separately). Visit the official site to learn more about the competition.

PlayStation Stars Campaign

As part of Season of Play, PlayStation Plus members can earn 50 bonus points on PlayStation Stars by redeeming and playing any of the December PlayStation Plus Monthly Games:
