Sony and Santa Monica Studio have revealed that the first major piece of DLC for God of War: Ragnarok will actually be a free one that will add an entirely new mode. Titled Valhalla, the DLC will launch on December 12th and serve as an epilogue to the events of God of War: Ragnarok. Set after the decisive battle, Kratos has seen a path for himself that he never thought possible before. Brought to the mysterious shores of Valhalla accompanied only by Mimir, Kratos will enter its unknown depths to overcome trials within himself and face echoes of his past. Each attempt in Valhalla will encourage players to master different aspects of Kratos’ arsenal as they face new combinations of enemies and some surprises along the way.
In Valhalla, defeat in combat is not the end of a warrior’s spirit. If Kratos falls, he will reawaken outside the doors ready for the next try. During each attempt, players will learn and adapt to the challenges Valhalla has to offer. The more you overcome, the more resources players will gain that can be put towards permanent upgrades that affect both Kratos and even Valhalla itself. Accumulating rewards and knowledge during consecutive attempts will help players get ever closer to discovering the mysteries that await Kratos within.
The team behind the latest Persona games has officially set a release window and shown off more of their upcoming RPG Metaphor: ReFantazio. Atlus and Studio Zero have revealed that the game will be releasing sometime in fall 2024 for the Xbox Series X, PC, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. Alongside this release window announcement as well as a brand new trailer that can be found below a number of new details for Metaphor: ReFantazio have also been revealed. The story is set in The United Kingdom of Euchronia where the king’s assassination has brought chaos and unrest to the land. When a royal tournament for the throne is announced, the protagonist, alongside his fairy partner Galica, must find a way to break the curse that has been placed on the kingdom’s prince that most believe to be dead.
Players will meet a number of allies that they will bond with over the course of their journey and the game will feature a unique blend of battle that combines action and turn-based commands, party customization offering a high degree of freedom and strategy, and an evolution of the realistic day-by-day journey of the Persona series.

‘Growth Update’ and Christmas Event Now Live For Bitfall Studios Cozy City Puzzler Game
Oberhaching, Germany, December 7th, 2023 – Independent German developer Bitfall Studios in partnership with publisher Toplitz Productions today announced the latest content update for their cozy sandbox city puzzler game, TerraScape. Titled The Growth Update, it adds a selection of exciting new content, including new special cards which can now be received via the new “Special Card Draw” and a new Science deck which includes the Alchemy Lab, Hospital, Academy and Inventor buildings, as well as the new Merged Buildings Citadel of Wisdom, Iron Mining Camp, and a new variation for the Longhouse.
Other notable additions to the update include Weekly Challenges to keep players on their toes, and an exciting new predator feature in the form of wolves. Bitfall Studios has also improved the games performance with very strong optimization of the in-game UI for a smoother experience.
Gameplay features also get a nice tactical tweak, players can now use the new map ping feature to show or discuss a specific position on the map or point out something in multiplayer games, and the new ‘Blueprints’ option allows better planning and marking of interesting positions.
The Growth Update follows the recent Halloween Update which added a creative mode and recycled card feature. Previous updates including the Summer and Meta updates also added considerable content for players to enjoy, including new puzzles, leaderboards,new merged buildings and new card decks and special cards.
With Christmas only weeks away, Bitfall Studios has also included some seasonal content to coincide with the Growth Update for players to enjoy. A sprinkling of festive cheer will be present through December in the form of colorful garland lights on various buildings, Christmas trees and perhaps even jolly ol’ Santa’s sleigh.

Both co-op and solo players can embark on new adventures as well as fresh quests and meet the residents of Piastovia, the heart and soul of the Oxbow, a protected settlement where your epic journey begins. Developer Render Cube has upped the ante in terms of Medieval Dynasty’s dynamic, immersive experience for players. The game’s depth and authenticity is enhanced with new audio and visual work presenting more livelier settlements that really deliver a sense of being in the midst of medieval times. Bear witness in a world brought to life as residents go about their daily chores chopping wood, doing laundry or even making butter.
