Coming to PC via Steam and consoles, Realm of Ink is an Ink-style action roguelite game beautifully brought to life with a distinctive mix of 2.5D Chinese-style ink painting and modern art direction. It also features a rich combat system using multiple playable characters. The game’s deep and intriguing story discusses the philosophical significance of life and the beliefs of nihilism and existentialism.

During the hunt for a cunning Fox demon, the heroine and expert swordswoman Red,  discovers that she is a fictional character in the short story collection Realm of Ink. Only by unlocking the dark secrets of the Book Spirit will Red discover the truth of her existence and defy her fate.

Planetary Calendar 214. Four years have passed since the end of the Solar War. Unknown to the Gun-Dog’s crew, a new danger looms deep in the ocean of stars, threatening not just the Gun-Dog but all her crew.

The Game – A love letter to retro anime and 80s Sci-Fi.

Stories from Sol: The Gun-Dog is a visual novel adventure in the spirit of classic PC-9800 titles. Featuring a vintage green screen aesthetic, Space Colony Studios strives to create an “era-accurate” game that exudes retro vibes in every way, from the text to the visual effects. As the Jovian patrol ship sails into the darkness among the stars, the players will feel like they are on an adventure in an 80s Sci-Fi as they solve the mystery they find themselves in.

The Gameplay – Investigate. Interact. Analyse. Advance.

Utilising traditional point-and-click adventure mechanics, you can navigate various locations on the ship, examine the details of the richly realised backgrounds or talk with the different crew members on board. You will need to listen closely to the characters’ words to reveal important clues or duplicitous intentions and keep your eyes peeled for key items and interactive elements in the backgrounds that you can use to advance the story.

All stories are about people and the cast of The Gun-Dog brings the story to life, so much so that their charm and charisma convinced the team at Astrolabe Games to board the Gun-Dog and sign up to be the publisher. Each crew member has a distinct personality, role and history. Get to know them and their quirks and decide whether to work with or against them to unravel the mystery that lies at the story’s heart.

The Place – Adventure in an entirely explorable ship!

The main stage of the first instalment in the “Stories from Sol” series, as the Jovian patrol ship Gun-Dog heads into deep space it serves as the setting for the game’s story. It has been exhaustively realised. Rich and evocative descriptions of the ship, including the constant rumble of the engine room, the bustle of the bridge, the silence of space paired with an extensive range of scenes that have been meticulously designed and animated in detail to deliver an immersive experience. Inspired by the best that anime has to offer, the ship even features “Armoured Frames”, mechanised, human-shaped, weapons of war.

Stories from Sol: The Gun-Dog will be released digitally this winter for PlayStation®5, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch alongside a special boxed Starship Edition for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in Europe.

PlayStation Australia is pleased to announce that the highly anticipated Stellar Blade is available today! Play as Eve, a member of the 7th Airborne Squad who is sent to Earth on a mission to reclaim the planet from Naytiba. 

Eve and her comrades land on the surface to reclaim the extinct Earth and cross paths with a survivor named Adam. Eve is then led by Adam to the last surviving city, Xion, where she meets the elder of the town Orcal and is told many stories. Bandai Namco Europe releases today Sand Land, the action RPG based on the one-shot manga by Akira Toriyama, on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Sand Land tells the tale of unexpected friendships between humans and demons in a ruthless world where water has become the rarest resource. The Fiend Prince of demons Beelzebub, and his chaperone Thief, will join Sheriff Rao in the search for the Legendary Spring to save the inhabitants of Sand Land. Their journey across the world will be made of new alliances as well as intense battles to fend off the dangers of the desert and the Sand Land King’s army.

The world of Sand Land is expanded by an exclusive story and territory, as imagined and supervised by Akira Toriyama specifically for the videogame and animated series. Beelzebub and friends will venture into Forest Land, a green and lush country, drastically different from the desert they’ve always known. There, more challenges await; they will need the support of Ann, a skilled mechanic, to face the powerful Muniel and his devoted army.

PRAGUE, Czech Republic – April 25, 2024 – WRATH: Aeon of Ruin, the dark fantasy horror FPS inspired by the original Quake from publishers Fulqrum Publishing and 3D Realms, and developers KillPixel Games and Slipgate Ironworks, leaves a trail of blood as it launches on PlayStation 4|5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch digital storefronts today. LOS ANGELES – April 25, 2024 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has launched a new update for its collectible card game RPG, Tower of God: New World. A new teammate and limited-time events are now available to all players.

Starting today, players can add SSR+ [Awakened] Rak (Red element, Tank, Fisherman) as a new playable teammate to their roster. A giant crocodile whose scaly skin is covered in a layer of rocks, [Awakened] Rak has a desire for power and an instinct to destroy. He is known for his skills as a Tank, ignoring damage with his Stone Shield while caging up enemies with the Stone Prison.

As part of this new update, players can experience Act 8-1 [Prey: The Untrustworthy Room]. This new main story content features the fierce duel between Viole and Mule Love, which uncovers the stories of the Regulars making their move towards their respective goals. Players who complete the latest main story can earn Normal Summon Tickets (x10).

The following limited-time events are open to all players through May 8: 

• Stage Race Event: Compete with other players and find out who can quickly clear the given stage. Players can earn Race Points and exchange them for Suspendiums, Growth Resources and more.
• [Awakened] Rak Trial Event: Try out the newly added teammate [Awakened] Rak for three days and earn valuable rewards such as Normal Summon Tickets, Master Keys (x20), etc.
• Khun Khun Arcade Mini-game ‘Fish Slapping Dance’ Event: Players can enter special mini-game events and attempt to clear all missions for a chance to obtain Normal Summon Tickets, Growth Resource Selection Chest and more.

Additionally, the Welcome Growth Mission Event is available starting today. New players of Tower of God: New World can enjoy special missions for seven days and receive various rewards by clearing them all. Several teammates, including SSR+ Evan, Karaka, Viole and SSR Bam, Khun Aguero Agnes, as well as Normal Summon Tickets will be offered as rewards.

In Tower of God: New World, players can take control of fan-favorite characters to ascend the Tower. Join Twenty-Fifth Bam – and more than 90 characters – as he fights his way through the Tower in gorgeous 3D animation that will make players feel like they have stepped into an anime world. Players will experience fast-paced battle mechanics while utilizing a unique Slot System that powers up a particular “slot” instead of a specific character.
