Changli is a counselor to the Jinzhou Magistrate, whose main attribute is Fusion. The second event is Featured Weapon Convene – Absolute Pulsation Blazing Brilliance – that gives players boosted drop rates to acquire 5-Star Weapon; Blazing Brilliance, 4-Star Weapons; Comet Flare, Overture, and Undying Flame!
