NETMARBLE INTRODUCES “CROSS: IF” UPDATE FOR THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS: GRAND CROSS

LOS ANGELES – JULY 27, 2026 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, announced the new “Cross: IF” update for The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross (7DS). The update introduces two new SSR heroes based on a unique “what if” interpretation of the original anime, alongside the Cross: IF Special Draw, themed events, and a variety of new content and gameplay improvements.

The highlight of the update is the debut of two new SSR heroes: [A Twisted World] Another Meliodas and [A Twisted World] Another Ban. Inspired by the concept of an alternate world in which the original anime’s iconic characters took on different roles, the two heroes offer unique abilities while synergizing with both their respective races and The Seven Deadly Sins. Another Meliodas reduces damage taken based on increases to enemies’ damage dealt and weakens enemies while strengthening allies whenever enemies use Attack Skills. Another Ban weakens marked enemies and, upon stealing their Ultimate Move Gauge, strengthens both herself and her allies.

Players can recruit the new heroes through the Cross: IF Special Selection Draw. Players can obtain 10 Cross: IF Special Selection Draw Tickets at both 150 and 450 Mileage. At 300 Mileage, players will receive one random SSR hero. At 600 Mileage, players can select one of the two featured heroes, while at 1,200 Mileage they can choose one hero from the special selection lineup.

To celebrate the update, Netmarble is hosting a variety of in-game events. The Cross: IF Check-In Event offers up to 70 Diamonds over 14 days, while Cross: IF Special Missions Part 1 and Part 2 reward players with Artifact Cards, growth materials and Hawk’s Secret Boxes. Players can also participate in the Cross: IF Event Buff “A Twisted World,” where accumulated points can be exchanged for selectable buffs that provide various gameplay benefits, including increased content rewards, Event Boss Battle buffs and reduced stamina consumption in Demonic Beast Battles.

Additional seasonal content includes the summer-themed World Event, “Shaved Ice, Please!,” where players can complete story quests to earn various growth materials. The returning Event Boss Parade also makes its return, featuring Giant Hawk and Cath in rotation while offering clear rewards and exchange rewards. Players can also enjoy Hawk’s Dreamland Adventure, an idle event where Hawk automatically progresses through adventures, defeats monsters and earns event currency that can be exchanged for various growth materials.

The update also introduces Season 10 of Liones Defensive War, featuring new Hidden Rounds, Hidden Boss Rounds and support for LR Evolution. In addition, the Patrol system has been revamped with improved visuals and reward structures based on hero progression and team composition.

Various game improvements have also been implemented, including the ability to view battle strategy information during combat, increased inventory limits for cooking items and ingredients, new magic site effects for Competition, and improvements to the Sacred Treasure Shop, including a character rotation feature.

Ahead of the Cross: IF update, Netmarble launched a free summon event beginning July 16. Players can obtain up to 20 summon tickets by logging in daily, with each ticket providing an 11x Hero Draw. Additional mileage rewards include UR Lv. 90 [Adventure’s Beginning] Hope Boy Percival, UR Lv. 90 [The Seven Deadly Sins] Transcendent Ban, LR Lv. 90 [Virtual Body Doubles] Lostvayne Meliodas, and UR Lv. 90 [Era’s End] Demon King Meliodas.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross translates the storytelling and adventures of [The Seven Deadly Sins] into a highly engaging and entertaining mobile gaming experience. The game features stunning, high-resolution 3D graphics, more than 100 dramatic cutscenes, and is brought to life with the cast of the original Japanese voice actors reprising their characters.

Dig Greedy, Escape Alive: Dwarf Delve Is Out Now on Steam

The first-person extraction roguelite where greed is a gameplay mechanic and the elevator has absolutely no sympathy.

[United Kingdom] – July 27, 2026- Deep underground, there is always one more vein of ore. One more chest. One more tunnel that might open into something extraordinary. The only problem is the elevator. It leaves on schedule, with or without you, and everything you have gathered goes back into the dark if you miss it.

But the mine will not remain standing forever.

Dwarf Delve is the first-person extraction roguelite built entirely by solo developer Dante Knoxx of Gloom Box, published by indie.io. Available now on Steam and the indie.io store, the game puts players in the boots of a Delveling, a newly appointed worker for the Coalition of Dwarves, sent beneath the surface to recover ore, treasure, and long-buried relics from an ever-changing network of procedurally generated mines. It is available now at $12.99, with a limited-time 20% launch discount.

Getting underground is the easy part. Hauling everything back to the elevator before the tunnels collapse is where the real work begins. Every action costs precious time — and from the moment a shift begins, the mine is moving steadily towards collapse. The deeper players venture, the more valuable their discoveries become, but every additional tunnel puts them farther from safety. Stay too long, and the collapsing mine claims both the Delveling and anything they failed to extract.

Each descent is a hands-on mining expedition. Players must push back the darkness with lanterns and flares, break through valuable deposits with the Battlemallet, create routes through the mine, and establish the infrastructure needed to transport their haul. Ladders provide access to otherwise unreachable areas, while rails and minecarts allow heavy cargo to be moved across the tunnels and returned to the elevator. The deeper the dig, the richer the haul — and the tighter the window to make it back alive. Turning back is always the sensible decision. The mine is designed to make that decision as difficult as possible.

A successful extraction is only the beginning. Ore is refined into coin and materials, feeding a progression system that lets players upgrade their Battlemallet, unlock new perks and skills, and customise gear loadouts run by run. New systems and mechanics continue to reveal themselves hours into the game, with some of its deeper secrets tied to how players restore and improve their Dwarven quarters.

Between descents, there is something else waiting: a personal set of Dwarven quarters above ground. What begins as a sparse company-issued room can be transformed over time with furniture, carpets, wall decorations, and other possessions earned or recovered during the Delveling’s career. These upgrades are not always purely decorative, and curious players may find that changing their home can have consequences far beyond its walls. It is earned comfort — and the only reason to survive long enough to fill it.

“It’s been a long, complex and overly winding road to get Dwarf Delve out the damn door… but at long last!” says Dante Knoxx, “An indie, one-man passion project about a dwarf delving for riches, set not in space or in a rich fantasy universe, but underground and probably just outside of Hull. I’m excited to welcome delevlings into Dwarf Delve”

With its combination of physical mining, logistical problem-solving, long-term progression, and high-pressure extraction, Dwarf Delve turns every run into a battle between preparation and greed.

There is always more treasure underground. Dwarf Delve is available now on Steam and the indie.io store at $12.99, with a 20% limited-time launch discount. The depths won’t wait, Delveling.

The Notebook Is Open: Graphite, the Roguelike RPG with a Heart Drawn in Ink, Is Out Now

For anyone who ever filled a notebook margin with heroes, RipRed’s pen-and-ink tactical RPG is available now

COLOMBIA — July 27, 2026 — Some games ask you to save the world. Graphite asks you to remember what it felt like to build one, and today that world is open. Developed by RipRed and published by indie.io, the tactical roguelike RPG where pen-and-ink heroes fight for the fate of an imaginary world is available now on Steam and GOG, priced at $8.99 with a 20% launch discount

Picture a school desk. On it, a notebook. Scattered around it, playing cards and household objects repurposed by imagination into the artifacts that will define each run. Inside the notebook, heroes with names, fears, and histories face monsters drawn from the same restless mind, all of them racing against a campaign that unfolds across four acts, 15 days a piece, to fight, gather artifacts, recruit allies, and build a strategy before Death arrives. The clock is always visible. The pressure is always real. And none of the heroes know any of it is happening inside a child’s mind.

Graphite is a roguelike RPG that refuses to choose between spectacle and substance, where the RPG elements run as deep as the tactical systems that surround them. The handcrafted pen-and-ink world, the emotional weight of the story, and the tactical depth of its combat were built as one cohesive vision by a small team determined to honour both. Spread across four acts, the seven heroes are parts of a whole, each carrying a distinct backstory, personality, and reason to fight. Players must invest in the relationships between them, deepening bonds across the journey to unlock new story and progression. Their paths converge toward a truth that only becomes clear the longer you play.

Combat operates on a timeline where positioning in the timeline matters. Every unit’s actions are queued and visible, and the Break system rewards players who can read the rhythm of a fight. Deplete an enemy’s poise while they wind up an attack, and you push their turn further down the line, buying space and changing the shape of the encounter entirely. The same pressure applies in reverse. Artifacts layer on top with no hard ceiling, from rare items distributed across your party to legendaries that build and detonate across consecutive hits. Enemies can acquire artifacts too, turning every encounter into a tug-of-war where the risk is always mutual and a plan surviving contact with the enemy is its own reward.

Fans of D&D campaigns, choose-your-own-adventure books, and the kind of deck builders you invented on a rainy afternoon will find something deeply familiar in how Graphite is structured. Artifacts are pulled from a deck, each one a choice that shapes the run ahead. Adventure events are signalled by a tarot card draw, opening into a fully illustrated scenario where every decision is shaped by your party, your inventory, and the path already taken. Every run is a story only you will tell.

Key Features:

  • Seven Heroes: Seven playable pen-and-ink heroes, each with a distinct personality, playstyle, and narrative arc across four acts
  • Bond System: Deepen relationships with party members across the journey to unlock new story and progression
  • Four Acts: Each act spans 15 days, with possible loops and a climactic fourth act that push every run further than the last, making every decision count from the first card drawn.
  • Timeline Combat: Timeline-based tactical combat with a Break system that rewards reading enemy intentions and striking with precision
  • Limitless Builds: Unlimited artifact stacking across rare and legendary tiers, for builds that range from methodical to gloriously unhinged, and enemies who can build right alongside you
  • Draw Your Path: Artifacts pulled from a deck of cards and adventure events signalled by tarot card draws where your choices affect your run
  • Ever-Evolving Runs: Procedurally generated enemies and encounters that scale alongside your progress across every run
  • 60 Achievements: Deep achievement support for completionists and achievement hunters
  • Story Rich: A layered narrative where the fantasy world on the desk and the real world around it quietly reflect each other

“Finishing Graphite and putting it in players’ hands is a moment we have been working toward for a long time,” said Luis Cañate, Developer at RipRed. “Every run tells a different story, but they all come from the same place — a kid, a notebook, and the kind of imagination that makes the impossible feel completely real. We hope players feel that when they play.  The notebook is open. Graphite is available now on the indie.io Store, GOG, and on Steam at a 20% launch discount.

Reconstruct the Past. Uncover the Truth. Kill the Shadow Launches on Steam August 5

The Chinese cyber-noir detective RPG blends suspense, player choice, and a unique crime-scene reconstruction mechanic as players investigate a city haunted by its past.

China – July 27, 2026. Developer Shadowlight and publisher Phoenix Games are thrilled to announce that the atmospheric detective RPG Kill the Shadow will launch for PC via Steam on August 5th, 2026.

Set within the divided streets of Dark Tide City, Kill the Shadow is a gripping narrative-driven detective adventure that combines deep investigations, meaningful player choice, RPG progression, and a unique time-rewind mechanic to unravel a conspiracy buried beneath the city’s fractured past.

Players step into the role of Lucas, a former detective haunted by both his past and the mysterious Shadow attached to his back, a supernatural entity capable of reconstructing the final moments of the dead. Rather than changing the past, Lucas uses the Shadow to observe and reconstruct crime scenes exactly as they occurred, piecing together evidence, exposing lies, and uncovering the sinister forces manipulating the city from the shadows.

Nothing about Teddy’s death makes sense. Captain Theo’s fiercely loyal companion was powerful, healthy, and feared throughout Factory, yet the once-ferocious dog is discovered lifeless under mysterious circumstances. It’s only the first in a series of bizarre cases that draws Lucas into a conspiracy stretching back a decade. Armed with the mysterious Shadow attached to his back, Lucas must reconstruct the final moments of the dead, study crime scenes as they truly unfolded, and uncover the truth before the city’s darkest secrets consume everyone caught in their wake.

From the mysterious disappearance of Master Reed during a crowded temple festival to decades-old grudges buried deep within the Shipwreck Wharf, every investigation reveals another piece of Dark Tide City’s forgotten history. As clues begin to connect, players must decide whether to deliver justice, show mercy, or condemn those responsible for the city’s darkest secrets.

Alongside its gripping detective story, players are free to shape Lucas however they choose. Develop charisma to talk your way through dangerous encounters, rely on deduction and intelligence to connect complex evidence, or use brute force when diplomacy fails. Every conversation, investigation, and decision influences how the story unfolds, creating a detective adventure where your choices matter as much as the evidence you uncover.

Bringing Dark Tide City to life is a striking visual style that blends richly detailed 3D environments with expressive 2D pixel art characters, creating a distinctive Chinese cyber-noir world where retro aesthetics meet modern technology. Explore abandoned industrial factories, flood-ravaged docklands, bustling temple districts, and towering walled cities, each hiding new mysteries waiting to be uncovered.

Key Features

  • Investigate a City Full of Secrets: Solve interconnected murder cases while uncovering the hidden truth behind Dark Tide City’s mysterious past.
  • Reconstruct Crime Scenes: Harness the power of the Shadow to examine the final moments of the deceased and witness events exactly as they happened, allowing you to connect clues and uncover the truth behind each case.
  • Become the Detective You Want to Be: Develop Lucas through RPG progression, using deduction, persuasion, charm, or brute force to solve every investigation your own way.
  • Meaningful Choices & Multiple Endings: Judge, forgive, or condemn those responsible as your decisions shape the fate of the city and its inhabitants.
  • A Stunning Chinese Cyber-Noir World: Experience a distinctive blend of highly detailed 3D environments and beautifully animated 2D pixel art characters.
  • Meet an Unforgettable Cast: Discover the stories behind Dark Tide City’s diverse citizens, each hiding their own secrets, motivations, and personal tragedies.

Every clue uncovers another secret. Every decision shapes the truth. But in Dark Tide City, not every mystery is meant to be solved.

Kill the Shadow launches for PC via Steam on August 5th. Wishlist the game today and download the free playable Steam demo to begin your investigation before the full release.

This dark fantasy otome gives you 15 ways to respond – STARCULT demo out now on Steam

STARCULT is a dark fantasy mystery visual novel where emotions unlock new dialogue options, influence relationships, and reveal hidden intentions

Aarhus, Denmark – July 27, 2026 – Indie developer Not a Cat Studios has released the public demo for STARCULT: Night Twisted Age, a dark fantasy mystery visual novel where players uncover secrets, build relationships, and shape their personality through a unique Emotion Palette system. The demo is now available on Steam.

Download STARCULT demo on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4517570/STARCULT_Night_Twisted_Age/

In STARCULT: Night Twisted Age, players step into the role of Silviya Nebula, a noblewoman whose husband is murdered on their wedding night. As she searches for answers, she becomes entangled in a web of conspiracies, manipulation, romance, and supernatural forces lurking beneath the surface of her world.

At the heart of the experience is the Emotion Palette, a gameplay system that allows players to choose emotions before selecting dialogue. Different emotional states unlock different responses, revealing new information, changing relationships, and influencing how characters react.

Unlike traditional visual novels that offer only a handful of dialogue options, STARCULT’s system can unlock up to 15 dialogue choices within a single conversation, giving players greater control over how Silviya develops throughout the story. Every emotion picked nudges Silviya’s personality and her standing with the people around her, so the same conversation rarely plays out the same way twice.

“While making this game, we’re trying to base it on empathy, where each character have their own motivation and goals. The better MC would understand them, the wider choice she would have of how to build relationships with them. I’m super excited to see players react to each dialogue choice with their natural curiosity and choose by themselves which person MC should be in their current walkthrough,” says Liliia Sitailo, the artist and CEO of Not A Cat Studios.

Key DEMO Features

  • Use the Emotion Palette to unlock up to 15 different dialogue options within a single conversation
  • Uncover multiple story routes and demo endings shaped by your choices
  • Investigate a murder mystery filled with secrets, manipulation and supernatural forces
  • Can you discover who the murderer is? This is just the beginning of the story 🙂
  • Shape Silviya’s personality and influence how others perceive her.

Download the demo and wishlist STARCULT: Night Twisted Age on Steam today. The full game is planned to release on Steam in Q4 2026, following Steam Next Fest.

NOT A CAT STUDIOS

NOT A CAT STUDIOS is an indie developer driven by a love for things that have a double meaning. As the team puts it, “we love cats, but we also love horror.” This contrast is reflected in their mascot, the tentacle cat, capturing their approach to creating experiences that reveal a deeper, darker meaning the closer you look.

The team creates games they would want to play themselves, combining elements of eldritch horror with vivid, realistic characters and richly developed worlds. Stories unfold gradually with the horror emerging as the full picture becomes clear. With STARCULT, they explore emotions through an artist’s palette and the challenges of empathy in an inherently unequal society.

The project’s worldview was created by director Kenji Kamiyama and author Toh Enjoe, establishing the foundation for a setting that will be expanded through a never-before-seen approach in the Gundam series. Gravity Control. FTL Communication. Cognitive Materialization. Yet less than ten years after its discovery, the Object that had delivered these three revelations suddenly ran rampant, spawning an aggressive, self-proliferating ecosystem. Humanity came to see this unknown ecosystem as the Apocalypse. For three months, humanity fought the Apocalypse to a standstill in orbit above Earth. Forced to abandon the planet, humanity marked that year as A.A. 1—the first year After Apocalypse.

By A.A. 45, children born on the Moon and in space colonies have never known life without the Apocalypse. And on the lunar surface, a boy named Ray Azumi awakens.

Additionally, GUNDAM ROGUE ORBIT tie-ins across the broader Gundam universe with the announcement of the HG 1/144 GUNDAM HELIX Gunpla model kit at Bandai Namco Store Exclusive, while the game’s Collector’s Edition will include the exclusive HG 1/144 ARK-10 GUNDAM HELIX (EARTH BLUE ver.).
