MasterAbbott's Gaming Addiction … You know you have problems when …

1

Unpayed Xbox 360 Games

You have 51 unopened and unplayed XBOX 360 games lying around in the house.  Now the picture below shows only 49.  But I had 2 more in the other room where which were Scene It Box Office Smash and Your In The Movies.  The rest of them are pretty much in plain view for all to see.

Now do I have a gaming addiction problem .. probably. Am I supporting the video game industry and of course Microsoft ??? ABSOLUTELY .. Will I EVER have the time to play all these games ???  NO CHANCE !!

With the amount of fantastic titles coming out later this year along with whats lined up for next year.  It looks like these games are probably going to stay sealed for a very very long time.  (hopefully some of them will be worth a lot of money in the future)  ..  😉

Unless the world magically adds another 24 hours to the day, or we can create some sort of time warp continuum where time can stand still, there is no way in the world I will be able to get through or even get to see most of these fantastic games in action.

But at least, I help support the video game industry 😉

Now don’t get me started on the Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, DS and PSP and iPhone Games that I have that are in the same boat.

Please feel free to call me any name under the sun I can handle it.  I have very thick skin as im wearing leather amor of the nerd gamer +4

Make Street Fighter IV Fighting Game of the Year

Not BIAS here at all  😉 but I do think that it does deserve it.

So Street Fighter IV has been kind of a big deal.  Aside from scoring stellar reviews, and offering unmatched replay value, Street Fighter IV has also given us some incredible moments.

It’s about a game you can pour yourself into, and in exchange you can find some button-mashy fun with friends, or go further into true emotional highs, devastating lows, and membership in a decades-long tradition of international warriors–part of something bigger than us all.  In short, SFIV is totally amazing.

In a surprise to very few, SFIV has been nominated for “Fighting Game of the Year.”  Now if you believe that Street Fighter IV deserves to win (AND IT DOES).  As explained in my prevous post. Head over to the Spike’s Video Game Awards page and vote for the game that reignited a genre.

Vote early, vote often, and most importantly–vote SFIV!
