Borderlands : The Secret Armory of General Knoxx DLC details

The Secret Armory of General Knoxx will be the “largest” add-on to date, says Gearbox; will raise level cap, focus on introduction of new weaponry.

Gearbox has today have announced their next expansion, named : The Secret Armory of General Knoxx.  The  expansion will focus on new weapons, presumably from the weapons locker of General Knox. Gearbox also mentioned that the add-on’s quests will be for players level 34-50.  At this moment there is no release date or price for the new content.

These Two fantastic screen-shots indicated that General Knoxx is likely a commander of the Crimson Lance, the corporate that appeared in the later levels of Borderlands.  The other screen-shot shows players driving a new type of  six-wheeled off-road truck, battling what appear to be giant spiders in the desert.  COOLNESS !!

Heavy Rain Goes Gold – Demo coming February

It’s official! Heavy Rain has now gone gold in North America and is off to manufacturing. This PlayStation 3 exclusive, psychological thriller will be available at retail on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 (make sure you mark it on your calendar). Don’t forget to pre-order your copy now so you will receive the first chapter of Heavy Rain Chronicles (upcoming downloadable-only episodes for Heavy Rain) at no cost, and you’ll be able to download the first chapter once you’ve picked up your copy of Heavy Rain (otherwise, you will need to pay $4.99 per chapter and won’t be able to download until a month later — more info to come on Heavy Rain Chronicles).

In addition, Sony has also confirmed that the Heavy Rain demo will be available in North America on Thursday, February 11, 2010 (mark this also in your calendars) for download from the PlayStation Store. The demo will allow players to play two chapters from Heavy Rain, featuring Norman Jayden, an FBI agent brought in to help local authorities track down the Origami Killer, and Scott Shelby, a private detective hired by the families of past victims of the Origami Killer to find the serial killer.

Previously only available on GameBoy Advance these four Mega Man Zero titles have been brought together on one DS cartridge to deliver the most exhilarating handheld Mega Man action you can get. The Mega Man Zero Collection is scheduled for release this summer.

G’day everyone MasterAbbott is back with another content review.  This time its Bioware’s Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition on the Xbox 360.  I won’t bore you with typed words.  I’ll just let you watch the video and show you what you get inside.

Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition was released in Australia today (28th Jan 2010) and is priced at $119.95. 

Let us know what you think of it, and if you believe what you get in this collectors edition is worth the price.   Gamewise it the best RPG game on the Xbox 360 scoring a massive 96 out of 100 on metacritic, making it the 3rd best game of all time on the Xbox 360.  A big round of applause to all the fine men and women over at Bioware and also to EA !! 🙂
