With Joker gone, Harley Quinn is a hero in Injustice: Gods Among Us

A new trailer surfaced today for Injustice: Gods Among Us and this one is a character trailer that focuses entirely on Harley Quinn and boy does it seem like there is a decent looking story behind all of the action we have seen so far.

In the video, which you can see below, Harley Quinn has become something of a hero after the Joker disappeared. However when a new Joker shows up, a Joker that may not be from the same dimension, Harley isn’t about to let things go back to the way they were. Keep an eye out for Injustice: Gods Among Us next month on April 16th and stay tuned for more news on the title until then.

The Settlers Online Gets a Visit from the Easter Bunny

The folks over at Ubisoft Blue Byte are still hard at work ensuring that free to play The Settlers Online can continue to provide new content. That’s why for Easter the team has added in a new event just for the egg hunters out there. When can players hope to discover this event in game? Starting off today, players will be able to go find a new resource through the land, Easter Eggs.

The event has a total of eight egg related adventures where they will be tasked with collected the multicolored resource, so that they can be traded in. But, the eggs are the only new thing popping up as players will also gain access to a special building, the Floating House, which will now let players utilize water spaces for keeping Settlers. Other additions include new Easter specialist characters with skills that are sure to aid the player.

“A lot of surprise announcements” teased by Tales producer

With the release of Tales of Xillia expected sometime this Summer, and a number of Tales games either already released or set to be released in Japan, fans are already looking for the next big Tales announcement. Well it seems that they have a lot to look forward to if Tales’ producer Hideo Baba’s words can be believed.

In a statement made during the announcement of Graces f’s digital release Baba stated “We’re planning on making this a Tales of filled year, so we have a lot of surprise announcements lined up — stay tuned!” Whether this means that fans should expect an announcement regarding Tales of Xillia 2 or perhaps the Vita game Tales of Hearts R is unknown, but it is certainly possible.

Tales of Graces f to be released digitally next week on the PSN; Xillia coming this Summer

A few weeks ago it was the one year anniversary since Namco Bandai released Tales of Graces f in North America and now the company has revealed that they are planning on releasing the game onto the PlayStation Network as a digital download for those who cannot track down a physical copy anymore.

On March 26th the game will be available for download on the U.S. and European PlayStation Stores where a standard edition will run you $34.99/€44.99/£36.99 and the Knight Edition that contains “more than 10 DLC items” as well as increased stats, health and money will cost a bit more at $54.99/€59.99/£48.99.

It is also worth noting that on the announcement page for this digital release, the company also confirmed that Xillia is still coming out sometime this Summer which the game’s current rumored release date would fit perfectly.

Magic 2014: Duels of the Planeswalkers Announced

Wizards of the Coast announced yesterday that the Magic 2014 Core Set will be released on Android, in addition to iPad, Xbox LIVE Arcade, Steam and the PlayStation Network.

The successful Magic franchise will continue to be of no disappointment to fellow gamers, as the ultimate trading card game Magic 2014 – Duels of the Planeswalkers offers players a new immersive storyline, 10 brand new decks, 15 new encounters, 10 new puzzle challenges, and an all-new play mode and other exciting features.

Worth Wollpert, Executive Producer of Magic: The Gathering, commented on the success of the Duels of the Planeswalkers in attracting and engaging previous and new gamers since 2009. Wollpert stated, “This year, with the addition of a fifth platform – Android – along with new features and a more focused integration between online and offline play, we continue to deliver a best-in-class gaming experience.”

Latest Dragon’s Dogma trailer lives up to the game’s namesake

For a game that is called “Dragon’s” Dogma there were a decent amount of dragons in the game, however perhaps not as many as fans would have liked. However it seems with the upcoming release of Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen there will be plenty more dragons to slay. That is of course, if you can defeat them.

Anyways, today Capcom released a new trailer for Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen showing the Mystic Knight class fighting against a group of Pyre Saurian and Strigoi. Of course even the strongest knight can’t take on two dragons without some sort of consequence. Check out the trailer below and keep an eye out for Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen when it hits stores on April 23rd in North America and April 26th in Europe.

Groove Coaster Zero Adds Kagerou Project Tracks

Taito Corp’s free to play iOS game Groove Coaster Zero has added in a big new pack of tracks based on multimedia Kagerou Project from Jin. With a total of four new stages added to the game with the pack, players will be able to experience the music in an all new way within the game. But, the Kagerou Project Tracks are the only addition, as two new free tracks have been added to the game as well.

The Kagerou Project tracks included in the pack are Children Record, Kisaragi Attention, Yobanashi Deceive, and Kagerou Days, which has been played over 10 million times online alone. The free tracks added to Groove Coaster Zero are Symphony No. 9 – Groove MIX, which has been remixed by COSIO, and Kanon by FREEDOM.

Dead Island: Riptide story trailer released

Today Deep Silver released a new trailer for their upcoming “expansion” of the original Dead Island, Dead Island: Riptide. This one not only shows off plenty of zombie killing action and a decent amount of gameplay, it also shows the new character that players will be able to use and let’s us in on what exactly happened to the survivors that put them in this predicament once again. Will they be able to fight their way off of another island that has gone to hell?

Kingdom Heart 1.5 HD Remix PAX East Trailer

Ahead of their appearance at PAX East, Square Enix have revealed a brand new trailer for the HD remake of Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days known as Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix.

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix marks the first time that the Kingdom Hearts series will appear on the PlayStation 3 console. The new trailer which can be seen below will be shown at the PAX East event. Alongside the trailer was a few new screenshots of the game which can also be seen below.

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix will undoubtedly be a nice trip down memory lane for fans of the franchise. Now if we could jut get Kingdom Hearts 3 everything would be golden.

Lightning Returns once more to the Dead Dunes with another batch of screens

Today Square Enix revealed another set of screenshots for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII which show off more of the Dead Dunes area of the game as well as a handful of concept artwork. The screens show off the various areas in the Dead Dunes including a village that has an inn for players to rest at as well as various shops. Plus if you take a close look you’ll notice Lightning in a couple of other costumes in some of the below images.

You can expect to see Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII hitting stores sometime this Fall for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
