Redwood City, CA – June 7, 2025 – In a new trailer revealed today during IGN Live, Arc Games, a leading publisher of premium and live service games, in partnership with Asmodee and Cephalofair Games, announced FROSTHAVEN, a dark fantasy tactical RPG based on the highly acclaimed board game of the same name, will be participating in Steam Next Fest: June Edition with the first-ever public demo of the game being available worldwide from June 9 to June 16. For the demo, which will include single player and online co-op multiplayer modes along with NVIDIA GeForce NOW support, Steam players from around the world will be able to see how this video game adaptation brings the best-selling board game to life in a whole new way. Additionally, players will discover how the Snapshot Games team adapted the board game experience and perfected it for PC. In development from Snapshot Games, led by CEO Julian Gollop, who’s best known as the creator of X-COM, with the board game creator Isaac Childres from Cephalofair Games serving as a consultant on the project, both teams are thrilled for FROSTHAVEN to be a part of Steam Next Fest: June Edition and let even more players experience this unique and challenging tactical RPG. This spring, a Closed Beta playtest on Steam was available for select players, including fans of FROSTHAVEN and Gloomhaven, to give valuable feedback to help shape the game from the beginning of its development. This upcoming demo will be the first time that all PC players can experience FROSTHAVEN. To prepare players for the upcoming demo, Arc Games released a new trailer covering everything players need to know before beginning their adventure.
“The time is almost here to open the gates and let all PC players from around the world have the chance to experience FROSTHAVEN in our demo, releasing June 9 for Steam Next Fest: June Edition,” said Julian Gollop, CEO of Snapshot Games. “With our Closed Beta playtest a few months ago, it was extremely valuable for us to get feedback directly from FROSTHAVEN board game fans, as well as Gloomhaven video game and board game fans. The feedback and support we received was incredible. Fans shared how they loved our adaptation, and gave suggestions on what tweaks they’d like to see to make our video game adaptation even better. FROSTHAVEN will be an evolving adventure, and this upcoming demo will let us have even more players jump in and help us evolve the game before it launches in Early Access on PC this year.”
The first-ever demo for FROSTHAVEN via Steam will be available starting on Monday, June 9 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time until Monday, June 16 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. For the demo, it will have single player and online co-op multiplayer support for 2-4 players and feature a slice of what players can expect when the game launches in Early Access this year. The demo will include four unique starting character classes, tactical quests, including tutorial missions, a slew of items, and the ability for players to build their own Outpost, by constructing buildings and completing events which will lead to unlocking new game features.
This new demo will feature plenty of UI and gameplay improvements based on Closed Beta player feedback. Unlike the Beta, the demo will include voice over narration from Forteller Games, known for the beloved Narrative Companion of the board game. Arc Games and Snapshot Games are thrilled to work with Forteller in helping amplify players’ FROSTHAVEN adventure and immerse players even more in the frozen north with professional audio narration, and can’t wait for players to completely experience Forteller’s narration wizardry when the game launches in Early Access. Sequel to acclaimed VR espionage experience coming to Meta Quest 3 and Steam VR later this year!
Bude, United Kingdom – June 7th, 2025 – Triangular Pixels have declassified an all new developer introduction more of their highly anticipated sequel Unseen Diplomacy 2 the follow up to their acclaimed espionage VR experience, as part of the Women-Led Games Showcase: Summer Game Fest Edition 2025. Building on the innovative foundation of the original, Unseen Diplomacy 2 will feature a full campaign, expanded gameplay mechanics, deeper strategy, and immersive comic book styling.
Witness new gameplay showcasing your use of high-tech spy gadgetry to disable security cameras, hack security systems, and evade lasers and security robots.
“During development of Unseen Diplomacy 2, I became pregnant. That obviously limited my physical abilities, which showed us the amount of extra work we needed to do in order to make our game super accessible to everybody,” said Katie Goode, Creative Director at Triangular Pixels. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve managed to do as a team. We’ve made a game that can scale to the user; a game that can work for young kids, incredibly athletic adults, and people who are more limited and have to play seated.”
In Unseen Diplomacy 2, players take on the role of a spymaster, leading their own elite agency while also getting their hands dirty out in the field in a 1990s inspired retro-futuristic setting with analog technology. Sneak around enemy bases to steal valuable intel and resources, sabotage their plans, and then successfully escape without being noticed. To fully immerse themselves into this role, players will physically crawl, roll under lasers, and dodge side to side while utilizing new gadgets, like the wire clippers, and wearing disguises to dupe the enemy. Those who prefer a less quiet approach can also utilize blow darts. To ensure every mission and campaign feels fresh, Triangular Pixels uses a new system that not only procedurally generates levels, but also tailors the experience based on the space you have and the actions you take.
Beyond the thrilling action, the spymaster’s job is to also manage the agency, adding a strategic layer to the game. Players recruit agents, manage resources, and deploy operatives on high-stakes missions to thwart rogue corporations, mad scientists and secret organizations threatening global stability. Every mission will bring you closer to uncovering the truth, and depending on the choices the players make, the road to success varies from playthrough to playthrough.
Key features:
High-stakes operations: utilize stealth, strategy, and quick thinking to steal assets, gather evidence, sabotage obstacles that will slice, dice, zap, crush, burn or call the guards, and escape unseen
Dynamic and replayable missions: every playthrough is unique, with missions providing fresh challenges. You can play through the Campaign or hop into Quick Play to do your daily exercise and keep track of your fitness journey
New gameplay mechanics: in addition to the locomotion-based stealth, the game features clipping and rerouting wires, hacking computer terminals, enemy robots, disguises, photography, and shooting
Strategic spymaster gameplay: manage your agency, recruit agents, and deploy them on missions to gather intel and outmaneuver enemy counterspies
The Director Graph System: developed by Triangular Pixels, this system allows for generating dynamic, procedural levels that adapt to the play area, hardware, difficulty settings and gameplay preferences, as well as making the process of creating content much easier and allowing level designers to hand craft the flow of levels
Mixed reality integration: Meta Quest 3 players will be able to experience the spy world in their living space, blending the virtual with the real world.
Accessibility: The game comes with new support for those with tremors, one handed play, difficulty control and also supports those needing standing and seated play.

Wholesome Direct shares new trailer of beautiful 2D adventure for PC, Nintendo Switch
MADRID, SPAIN – June 7, 2025 – Everdeep Aurora, the lonely, desolate, yet hope-filled 2D adventure developed by Nautilus Games and published by Ysbryd Games, maps out a path to Windows PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch on Thursday, July 10, 2025, as seen in today’s Wholesome Direct showcase.
After apocalyptic meteor showers drive civilization underground, young cat Shell finds herself alone on the destroyed planet’s surface. Emboldened by a letter from her missing mother, she sets off on a journey into the vast Everdeep, trusty drill in paw, to reunite with her family. Bore through procedurally generated stone tiles to create platforming opportunities as Shell’s journey leads to underground landforms, gardens, mansions, and mysteries.
Meet more than 20 of the Everdeep’s charming denizens, each with distinct musical themes, and fulfill their quests to earn their trust. Purchase new tools from Viktor’s pawn shop, but beware of Mur’s intention – despite their goofy nature and heart of gold, they might be just tricking Shell into doing their work. As Shell drills deeper and her newfound friends’ tunes fade from earshot, find comfort in the bonds they’ve created across a combat-free adventure.
Return to the nostalgia of consoles past with Everdeep Aurora’s retro graphics and sound design, limited color palette, and square interface inspired by the Nintendo Entertainment System. Fully immerse in the visual storytelling of Shell’s world through smoothly animated cutscenes and satisfying color-grading transitions differentiating the Everdeep’s biomes.
“When thinking about how to stage Shell’s journey underground into the confines of the Everdeep, we were confronted with the task of dreaming up a whole original civilization. We had to ask ourselves how its inhabitants would go about their lives in this new, unexplored home,” said Mikel Ojea, co-founder of Nautilus Games. “We ended up creating an extraordinary world that we’re proud to soon share with new explorers.”
Everdeep Aurora drills into Windows PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch on Thursday, July 10, for USD $19.99. It will support English, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese text.
