Enjoy Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond Both by Yourself and with Friends!

Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond will showcase each leader in their own respective stories, beginning with Dreizehn. Additional features have been added to refine player experience, including a log feature where you can review your favorite scenes and a resume feature to pick up right where you left off.

Solo Mode

Other than the Story, solo players can also enjoy practice matches and the battle tutorial.

Practice Matches

Play practice matches to face off against computer opponents of various difficulties and sharpen your skills.

Experienced players can now also play against decks they’ve built to test out their viability and make adjustments, while those less experienced can learn how to battle with the help of the new AI Tips feature.

Battle Tutorial

Learn the basics of battling and terminology from Eudie, the in-game guide, in the newly implemented battle tutorial. Designed to quickly familiarize new players with the game, the battle tutorial also offers lessons on how to play the basic archetypes for each class featured in the first card set.

Earn rupies for each lesson you clear. Lessons can be replayed after being cleared, so review specific lessons whenever you’d like to reinforce your knowledge.

Unranked Matches

Unranked matches are casual matches with random matchmaking that will not affect your rank or group. Set your skill level to Beginner or Expert to match with opponents of the same skill level.

Private Matches

Private matches issue match IDs, which you can share with specific opponents in order to battle them. Players can also spectate using the same match ID. In Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, the host of a private match can also allow spectators to view matches with both players’ hands revealed, even if that user is not on their friends list. Like unranked matches, private matches do not affect ranks or groups.

Ranked Matches

Matchmaking for ranked matches is affected by ranks and groups.

Ranks

Similar to the original Shadowverse, ranks are determined based on RP, or rank points. Players progress from Beginner to Master, with higher ranks like Grand Master planned for future updates.

For players ranked Beginner to AA, RP is earned based on match outcomes and other conditions. Master players will compete using MP, or master points, a separate point system.

RP can be earned not only from winning but also through other conditions, such as damage dealt to the enemy leader. These performance-based points are earned regardless of the match outcome. Also, defeats in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond do not deduct RP, so players will not have to worry about losing progress. However, players who frequently disconnect mid-match may face RP penalties for subsequent matches.

Groups

Groups are a new feature in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, determined by your recent win rate and will fluctuate over time. Players will start in Emerald, progressing to Topaz, Ruby, Sapphire, then Diamond as their win rates improve. However, these groups will partially reset with each season.

Your group modifies the RP you receive from winning. The higher your group, the bigger your bonus. Matchmaking will prioritize pairing players from the same rank and group, ensuring you face opponents of similar skill.

Shadowverse Park

Shadowverse Park is divided up into 3 main areas: the lobby, guild lounge, and room.

The lobby is an area where players can gather, socialize, and battle each other at various battle tables.

The guild lounge is an exclusive community space for members of a guild, where they can meet, chat, and challenge each other to sharpen their skills. A guild can have up to 30 members.

Your room is a private space to which you can invite other users to hang out or play matches. You can personalize your room with decor and posters featuring your favorite cards. You’ll also be able to display posters featuring your leaders from Shadowverse if you link your original account to Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond.

Your room and guild lounge gives you access to training mode. In this mode you can adjust settings like turn time limits or enable open-hand play, allowing players to see each other’s cards. You can even tap on your opponent’s cards to send advice or feedback, making this feature excellent for coaching, discussing strategies, or improving together.

Apart from battling, you can also use your customizable avatar in the lobby to communicate with players worldwide through chat messages, gestures, and stickers.

Preset phrases and greetings will automatically display in your chosen language, making it easier to connect with players globally.

Apart from using the lobby-wide Free Chat, you can also form private groups to chat with friends or guild members. In addition, Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond features an in-game voice chat, allowing you to talk in real-time while playing.

You can also invite your friends to your current location or warp directly to theirs through the Messages feature, making meetups easier to coordinate. Furthermore, you can share your decks and battle replays seamlessly by sending them through Messages.

To celebrate, let’s watch a pigeon-friendly, adrenaline-packed launch trailer!

Easy to Pick Up, Instant Fun, Yet Hard to Master Like a Pro

Parkour and freerunning are not quite the same. While one focusses more on getting from A to B in the fastest way possible, the other is all about style, flow, and tricking-madness. Rooftops & Alleys merges both to create an exciting and engaging gameplay experience for players in solo and multiplayer! The game is easy to pick up, but hard to master. Whether you throw yourself into time trials or trick challenges, you will quickly improve your skill level to perform the craziest lines in the six different maps available at launch. Each map has its unique style, environment, and set of challenges, making sure to offer a fun and engaging playground for the action every time.

With the game’s intuitive controls, you have loads of tricks and moves at your disposal, not to mention all the endless combo possibilities ahead of you. By performing trick combos, you can raise your adrenaline meter, which unlocks a speed boost for you at will, or stall your combo meter going down, helping you get to those super-high scores!

Progression, Customization & Pigeon

By completing challenges you earn feathers, which unlock over 100 different customization items for you and your pigeon with the built-in progression system. Yes, you can totally be a pigeon in the game – think of it as your freecam, session marker, pin dropper, and most importantly… your little friend! In each map, you can unlock your pigeon by exploring around and finding it. Once you do so, you can switch to the pigeon at any time, fly around, find new challenges, and totally go where you’re not supposed to…

Be Lazy, Chill, Make Photos..or Compete in Multiplayer

Parkour is also fun with friends. Play online, hangout in freeroam multiplayer, or engage in intense games of TAG, Capture The Flag, or Tricks Battle. And when you’re tired, just check out the super-cool photo mode, which has the craziest freedom of all, with its highlight feature: The Doll-Mode, and much, much more!

Rooftops & Alleys: The Parkour Game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC.

About the Game

Rooftops & Alleys is more than just a game about parkour and freerunning. It’s the adrenaline rush of landing an impossible trick combo, defying gravity, and feeling like you’re flying… until you crash face-first into a dark alley 30 meters below.

In solo or with your friends, explore massive parkour-ready maps in total freedom. Reach every corner of your playground to uncover hidden spots — time trials, trick challenges, and more! In multiplayer, dive into game modes like TAG, Capture the Flag, Trick Battles, or simply freeroam with your friends!

Five Nights at Freddy’s Springtrap Makes His Debut as a Playable Killer in Dead by Daylight

Montréal, Canada – June 17th, 2025 – With over 9 years and an iconic roster of 39 Killers and 46 Survivors under its bloodstained belt, Dead by Daylight has officially released its most requested Chapter ever with Five Nights at Freddy’s. Not only does it speak volumes about the popularity of the world’s deadliest party venue and its animatronic hosts, but also Dead by Daylight’s continued commitment to delivering for fans nearly a decade in. So, grab a slice and celebrate. The wait is over. Dead by Daylight: Five Night’s at Freddy’s is available now, introducing a new Killer, Springtrap, to The Entity’s Realm.

Springtrap Special

Since its announcement last year, fans of both franchises have been eagerly anticipating the crossover. Excitement reached pizza-oven-levels of heat with the release of the PTB a few weeks back as players finally got their first real taste of Springtrap’s jump-scare filled gameplay.

Reactions continue to be overwhelmingly positive, with fans highlighting innovative mechanics that drive fun matches while also taking inspiration from the source material. No small feat, considering the fundamental differences between the titles.

“It goes without saying that Five Nights at Freddy’s and Dead by Daylight feature diametrically opposed gameplay,” shares Jay Guzzo, Springtrap’s Killer Designer. “In the former, you’re mainly sitting in one room and managing a single resource – your battery. Whereas in DbD, it’s much more action oriented, and sitting still will likely get you nowhere fast. Our challenge became finding a way to get those two things to coalesce. It came down to identifying what creates that incredible tension in Five Nights and Freddy’s and adapting it into a dynamic format for our own game.”

High Tension

For any wondering if Springtrap’s first outing as a playable character would deliver, PTB players have praised both the character’s look and animations, as well as the security cameras and doors that represent a key part of the Killer’s gameplay.

At the beginning of a Trial, 7 Security Doors, each with cameras above them spawn across the Map. Survivors can access these cameras to scope out different corners of the environment while both Killers and Survivors can use the doors to teleport across the Map. Not only is this mechanic a love letter to Five Nights at Freddy’s, but a feature that ups the fun factor for players in both roles.

“When Springtrap is the Killer in a Trial, Survivors will find they have more available to them than they normally do,” adds Guzzo. “The doors and cameras give Survivors an unprecedented level of awareness and manoeuvrability in a match. We balanced it out by making Springtrap a little more powerful than your average Killer so he can really deliver those jump-scares. Hitting the right balance there has been a fun challenge.”

The Chapter also introduces a new Map, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, filled with easter eggs and dripping with nostalgia for fans of the iconic birthday party venue. The team took inspiration from the original game to bring the space to life, making sure to adapt the layout for looping and lots of tension-filled chases.

“We took references from the first game and attempted to reconstruct what a pizzeria would realistically be built like,” explains Associate Art Director Chase Toole. “That’s why we have things like air ducts, mechanical rooms, and of course, the kitchen you see in-game. They reference FNAF, but they also work toward the immersion and believability of the space itself.”

  • Hot Pursuit: Adding to The Animatronic’s unique Power and skills are a helping of Perks designed to let him crank the tension to dizzying heights. The Animatronic’s 3 character-specific Perks are:
  • Help Wanted: Damage a Generator to make it Compromised. When the Compromised Generator is repaired, your Basic Attacks have a shorter cooldown for a duration.
  • Phantom Fear: When a Survivor in your Terror Radius looks at you, they scream and briefly reveal their Aura. This Perk has a short cooldown.
  • Haywire: Exit Gates will steadily regress. While regressing, Survivors will see the lights randomly flicker.

Accompanying the release is The Five Nights at Freddy’s Collection which includes multiple alternate looks for Springtrap, each drawn from the franchise’s storied history. The centerpiece of the Collection is the Legendary Yellow Rabbit Outfit, inspired by the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie, featuring the likeness and voice talents of actor Matthew Lillard who portrayed him on screen.

Dead by Daylight: Five Nights at Freddy’s is available now on all supported platforms.
