Agefield High: Rock the School Drops Story Trailer Full of Teen Rebellion and Early 2000s Chaos

A new look at the nostalgic, rule-breaking coming-of-age adventure from Refugium Games.

[November 10, 2025] – Refugium Games has unveiled a brand-new story trailer for Agefield High: Rock the School, offering a deeper dive into the game’s coming-of-age narrative and rebellious teenage spirit that is inspired by the raunchy teen comedies of the era. Featuring updated character models and improved facial animations, the trailer brings the story’s core trio — Sam, Kale, and Axel — to life. Check out the latest trailer below!

Set in the year 2002, Agefield High: Rock the School follows Sam Tatum, the new kid in town, and his two friends as they refuse to graduate as nobodies. With graduation on the horizon and the weight of expectations closing in, they decide to flip the script — throwing caution (and every school rule) to the wind in a final bid to leave their mark. Between overbearing parents, pervy teachers, and a smug school rival dead set on ruining their plans, these teens are ready to push back, break rules, and rock their last months of high school on their own terms.

With its punchy humor, saturated colors, and early 2000s pop-punk energy, the trailer captures the game’s defiant tone — a nostalgic, heartfelt ode to teenage mischief, rebellion, and friendship.

Key Features:

  • Cinematic Gameplay: Follow a branching narrative through a series of missions with different endings.
  • A Fully Simulated School System: Attend (or skip) five different class types, including English, Math, Geography, Music, and German.
  • Explore a Small-Town Sandbox: From bike shops to tattoo parlors, the world of Agefield is filled with places to discover and decisions to make.
  • Side Hustles and Mini-Games: Complete a variety of side missions and activities like prank calling and lawn mowing to earn cash and unlock items.
  • Customize Your Look: Buy clothes, accessories, bikes, hairstyles, and more to express your style and stand out in the halls.
  • Authentic Early 2000s Vibes: A pop-punk soundtrack, springtime setting, and vibrant color palette create an atmosphere that’s as loud and rebellious as your teen years.

Currently in development, Agefield High: Rock the School is scheduled to release for PC via Steam, with console versions planned for a later date. Players can wishlist the game on Steam now to stay up-to-date with the latest news and updates.

About Refugium Games

Refugium Games’ mission is to create games on topics that no one has dared to tackle yet. Their journey started as a solo developer just with the vision of creating a game about classic grey aliens, an invasion, and UFOs.

Greyhill Incident launched on June 9, 2023 on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox. Criticism and negative reviews rained down on release day because of a lack of beta testing, the newbie developer took it as a lesson and moved forward. After the successful launch of their second game Vacant’s Mine, more developers joined. And Refugium Games decided on starting to work on their dream game, Agefield High: Rock the School, the open-world game where you play as a teenager in high school.

Game Studio Social First Expands into Real-Money Trading with GamerPay Platform Acquisition

The acquisition brings together an emerging game studio with a trusted real-money marketplace to continue paving the way for players to safely buy and sell in-game items for real value.

Finnish Game Studio Social First, the developers behind Nexus Station have announced the acquisition of the GamerPay.gg platform; a real-money marketplace for in-game assets. GamerPay currently operates as a marketplace for Counter-Strike 2 skins, a global billion dollar business. The move unites the marketplace’s proven technology and community trust with the studio’s growth, setting the stage for a new era of secure, player-driven economies.

The global trade of in-game items on grey markets is a multi-billion dollar industry, underscoring players’ appetite for real-world value in gaming. Yet these unregulated channels often expose users to fraud and unfair practices. Gamerpay offers a secure, transparent alternative – providing verified transactions and clear pricing. By introducing trust and regulation to this thriving market, GamerPay empowers players and unlocks new revenue opportunities for developers and publishers.

“We’re proud to welcome GamerPay under the Social First umbrella and continue its mission of providing secure, trusted trading for players”, said Kim Soares, CEO of Social First.

“We’re excited about the opportunities this unlocks for our Nexus Station players but also of course the opportunities for secure, real-world value in gaming in general. The GamerPay platform can be expanded into comprehensive Direct-to-Consumer payment services, and we aim to build it into a service any game company can use for providing in-app purchases to their customers outside traditional storefronts.”

“Since day one, GamerPay has been about creating trust and transparency – making it safe and simple to trade digital items of real value,” said Morten Byskov, Co-Founder of GamerPay.

“Joining Social First marks an exciting new chapter. They share our belief in building a marketplace that extends beyond just CS2 and aligns with our vision of a fair, player-first economy. Most importantly, they share our values when it comes to caring for players and our community. Together, we can bring that philosophy to even more games and players worldwide. I’m incredibly proud of what our small team has built, and even more excited to see GamerPay grow into something bigger under the Social First umbrella.”

The marketplace will continue to operate as usual, with all user accounts, balances, and listings remaining intact. Existing customers can expect the same secure transactions and responsive support they’ve always enjoyed. With additional resources and long-term investment, Social First aims to refine processes and create a better experience for existing and new customers going forward.

About Social First

Social First is a multinational team of accomplished game developers who have formed an independent studio based in Finland. CEO Kim Soares and President Mikko Kähärä founded Social First in 2021 with the mission to create games that are social experiences, span decades and extend beyond gaming; giving players platforms to create meaningful relationships with people all across the world. The team is backed by Play Ventures, Crowberry Capital and a syndicate led by Joakim Achrén.

About GamerPay

GamerPay was founded to make skin trading safe again — a marketplace built on trust, transparency, and respect for players. From a small idea that started in a Facebook group, it grew into one of Europe’s most trusted platforms for Counter-Strike 2 trading. In just four years, more than 500,000 players have joined the community, completing over half a million trades worth $50 million in total value.

Party Game Chicken Chicken from KIBORG Creator Hatches Debut Demo Today

Compete in feather-raising minigames with friends on PC and Android

7 Nov., 2025 – KIBORG developer Sobaka Studio today reveals and launches the debut demo for Chicken Chicken, available now PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Versions for mobile and console are also in development.

In online matches supporting up to eight players, compete across a variety of minigames, some of which will require teamwork, while others make it every chicken, hen, and other party animals for themselves. Three minigames are available in today’s demo, with additional ones planned for launch in 2026.

Race against others in Cars, moving on the forward, reverse, and steering buttons as necessary, collecting seed bags. Drive your vehicle on top of the mountain, and deliver those bags to the giant chicken on his throne before time runs out.

Attempt to climb a makeshift mountain of decrepit buildings in Climbing Up. Their tiny arms don’t do much for stamina, and the cannons shooting around the map, plus the rocket launchers your opponents can pick up won’t help in your ascent.

Teamwork makes the dream work in Swamp, where two teams, tethered to a giant, just-hatched chicken, must catch as many flies as possible. Avoid snapping the tether by straying too far or falling into the murky sludge, for you can’t eat flies when one chicken is untethered!

Today’s demo supports up to eight player online matches with three minigames, with additional minigames planned for launch in 2026. Some will require smart thinking with your team while others will involve one chicken vs. the flock, but feathers will fly in chaotic mayhem in all the games.

“We come from a background of dark, violent action games like KIBORG, so Chicken Chicken might seem a bit unusual,” said Dmitry Kachkov, Head of Sobaka Studio. “But when you feel the pain of reaching the top of the mountain in Climbing Up…and someone hits you with a rocket launcher and sends you all the way to the bottom, you will understand.”

The debut demo for Chicken Chicken breaks out of its shell on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store today. For more information, follow Sobaka Studio on Twitter/X, YouTube, join the Discord server, and visit the official website for more updates.
