Australia’s best amateur PUBG squads descend on Carriageworks for the inaugural Red Bull Fight or Flight title

WHAT:  Australia’s best amateur PUBG squads, along with over 500 fans, will drop in on iconic Sydney venue, Carriageworks on Saturday 2 November 2019 for the Grand Final of Red Bull Fight or Flight – the biggest PUBG amateur esports tournament Australia has ever seen.

Red Bull Fight or Flight, powered by OMEN (HP’s purpose-built gaming range), is sure to get fans’ hearts racing with the custom game settings delivering faster games and higher stakes, making for an intense viewing experience as teams choose to fight or take flight.

The Last Chance Qualifiers and Showmatch with some of Australia’s most prolific streamers  will run from 11:30am – 5:00pm. Marvel’s Avengers offers players a truly rich experience, with a combination of Hero Missions and Warzone Missions. Hero Missions are single-player only and are part of the overall Campaign. These Hero Missions are designed to showcase each hero’s unique abilities as you reassemble them to your growing roster. Warzone Missions can be played solo or with a group of up to four players as any Hero in your roster. Each mission dynamically scales based on the team size and player level.

Players in Marvel’s Avengers will also be able to customize Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in a number of ways. While each Super Hero will play true to their unique power sets, each will have the flexibility to play different based on the gear you equip and the skills you enable. Each hero has dynamic combo systems, Heroic moves, an intrinsic ability, and signature move sets to unlock and customize. Call of Duty League Launch Weekend will feature All 12 Pro Teams Competing Teams Compete in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® from Publisher Activision

SANTA MONICA, Calif.—Oct. 29, 2019—Today, Activision Blizzard Esports announces the inaugural season of the Call of Duty League™ will begin with the Call of Duty League Launch Weekend at the Minneapolis Armory from January 24-26, 2020, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The event will be hosted by Minnesota Røkkr – the Call of Duty League team operated by WISE Ventures Esports, under ownership of the Wilf Family (owners of the Minnesota Vikings), and investor Gary Vaynerchuk – will feature all 12 professional Call of Duty League teams competing across three days. The opening weekend of the regular season will feature additional fan and player experiences to celebrate the launch of Activision Blizzard Esports’ highly anticipated new city-based league.

The Call of Duty League follows a home-vs-away format with 5-versus-5 professional match play, with 12 teams in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Florida, London, Los Angeles (2), Minnesota, New York, Paris, Seattle, and Toronto. Throughout the season, each team will host “Home Series” weekends in their market, with multiple pro teams competing at each event.

World War Z’s New Season Pass Bundles the Hit Co-op Shooter’s Current and Upcoming Premium DLC, Including a New PvE Episode

MAPLEWOOD, N.J.Oct. 29, 2019 – Saber Interactive, in partnership with Focus Home Interactive, has released the “Kill It With Fire” update for World War Z, the best-selling, action-packed, co-op shooter inspired by Paramount Pictures’ blockbuster film.

Kicking off World War Z’s second season of free content, the “Kill It With Fire” update features two challenging new PvE missions: “Dead in the Water,” in which your survivors must execute a new escape plan after being stranded on New York’s Hudson River, and “Resurrection,” which will take your team deep into the dark tunnels below Moscow. The patch also includes a new flamethrower weapon, Halloween trinket, and the ability to prestige rank for special rewards.

Saber has also introduced the World War Z Season Pass — available now on Xbox One, as well as PlayStation®4 in the SIEA region— bundling together all of Season 1 and 2’s current and upcoming premium DLC for one low price at $29.99 (over 50% off the cost of all items purchased separately). The World War Z Season Pass includes:

  • The previously released Lobo and Biohazard DLC packs, available now.
  • A new set-piece episode and location featuring three PvE missions (expected spring 2020).
  • Several new weapon and character packs throughout the coming months.

A version of the Season Pass is coming soon to PlayStation®4 in the SIEE region. New free content additions, including the highly anticipated Horde Mode Z, PvE crossplay support, and a special zombie type, are also expected to arrive later this year.

Powered by Saber’s dynamic Swarm Engine™, World War Z challenges players with hundreds of fast-moving, bloodthirsty zombies at a time, able to move and strike as one collective herd, as well as break off as individual attackers. Join the Mischievous Ryza, Lent, and Tao on a Magical Journey of Self-Discovery and Adventure!

Hertfordshire, 29th October 2019 – KOEI TECMO Europe and GUST Studios are set to launch Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout on Friday, 1st November 2019, across Europe for the Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, and Windows PC via Steam®. The latest entry in the fan-favourite Atelier series begins an all-new storyline arc, while bringing a beautiful new visual style, and introducing exciting new battle mechanics to the franchise.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout follows teenage tomboy Ryza and her band of mischievous friends, Lent and Tao, who yearn for adventure and excitement far away from their mundane village life. As the group explores a forbidden island in search of adventure, they encounter a wandering alchemist, Empel, and his warrior partner, Lila, who change their lives forever. The duo agrees to teach Ryza the enchanting ways of alchemy, preparing her for a harrowing quest to save her hometown from a mysterious and deadly darkness lurking beneath the surface.

Throughout Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, players will utilise completely revamped synthesis and battle systems – collecting and synthesising raw materials into powerful items for battle, before fighting the lurking monsters which roam the many lands they will venture through. The new synthesis interface clearly displays the required materials and effects that can be added to the final item at a glance, using a ‘Linkage Synthesis’ system to easily display item placement. Newcomers to alchemy will be warmly welcomed with easy to understand synthesis, whilst series veterans will be able to take full advantage of the system via strategic item placement. The fresh ‘Real-Time Tactical Battle’ system allows battles to progress even while character actions are being chosen, offering fast-paced and exciting battle situations.

Adding to the fun between exploration and battle, Ryza and her friends will be able to visit their own secret hideout as their new base of operations. For the first time in the series players will be able to fully customise their hideout to reflect their unique style, with changes also offering the ability to raise certain stats  in the field and during battle. While at their hideout, Alchemists are able to perform a unique type of synthesis – using special bottles – which combine with other items to create an abundance of new gathering locations full of raw materials. Depending on which items are used in the process, the environment can drastically change!
