Fully-charged with an impressive 25 pieces of outlandish DLC to offer a comprehensive package of high-octane gameplay.

Taking the story of the Third Street Saints to a level out of this world, the Boss of the Saints gang has been elected as President of the United States of America charged with saving everyone from a deadly alien invasion; this super-charged edition of the much-loved series has to be seen to be believed.

Developer Deep Silver Fishlabs handled the conversion to Switch and the game runs flawlessly at native 720p resolution in handheld mode and 1080p when docked. Players can enable dynamic resolution to achieve a stable 30fps, although in this mode resolution will be varied in intensive gameplay situations in order to keep framerate consistent.

The much-lauded gyro aim feature for Switch will be included in the digital version from the start and via the day one update for physical copies. Enabled by default, this can be switched off and on depending on gamers’ preference.

Story:

You are the President of the United States of America, and you must save all of us on Earth.  The Boss of the Saints has been elected to the Presidency of the United States, but the Saints are just getting started.

After a catastrophic alien invasion of Earth, led by the evil Overlord Zinyak, the Saints have been transported to a bizarro-Steelport simulation. Hey Vault Hunters! The wedding of the year/decade/eon is nearly here, so we put together a special episode of The Borderlands Show to celebrate. In case you missed it, this episode featured an exclusive Let’s Play of Borderlands 3’s next campaign add-on – Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright & Hammerlock – as well as new details about the game’s next level cap increase, a new ECHOcast Extension event, the forthcoming Mayhem Mode 2.0 update, and more!

With Guns, Love, and Tentacles due out this Thursday, March 26, Gearbox gave hosts Greg Miller and Fran Mirabella extended hands-on time with the campaign add-on’s opening hour. The resulting Let’s Play shows off new narrative details, enemy types, unique loot, and more. You can see all the fresh footage right here. This Thursday also brings two free content updates for all players: the next Borderlands 3 level cap increase and a new ECHOcast Twitch Extension event. Starting Thursday, the new maximum Vault Hunter level will be 57, up from 53. This will allow players to earn four additional skill points and equip two capstone abilities at once – a major bump in power for high-level players!

For streaming fans, the new Moxxtail ECHOcast Twitch extension event will provide viewers a new way to both engage with and support their favorite streamers. This new event uses Twitch’s premium currency “Twitch Bits” and allows viewers to collectively create cocktails that will buff streamers once they’re delivered in-game. Gearbox Software’s Head of DLC Production Anthony Nicholson also appeared on today’s episode to discuss two free content updates coming to Borderlands 3 in April: Mayhem Mode 2.0 and the Revenge of the Cartels seasonal event. Nicholson expanded on the Mayhem Mode 2.0 details shared last month at PAX East, revealing changes to the user interface, additional Mayhem modifiers, and a brand new, Mayhem-specific weapon drop system.

For Revenge of the Cartels, Nicholson shared the very first details: Maurice returns to task players with taking out cartel operatives throughout the Borderlands. Meet Maurice’s quota and he’ll send you to the Mansion – a brand new location where an intense boss battle awaits. With three different factions to fight, though, the combat you encounter in this area will change with each playthrough. The event will last six weeks but can be toggled off and on for the duration of the event, per fan feedback. Sydney, Australia March 25 — Today, Ubisoft announced that Anno 1800™, the latest installment in the successful city-building and strategic franchise, is releasing the first DLC of the Season 2 Pass: Seat of Power, on Windows PC. In addition, all Anno 1800 players will benefit from a free update optimising the influence system.

Seat of Power will allow players to construct a magnificent palace, establishing it as the heart of their industrial empire. The palace will have a profound impact on life in their capital. The building will house several departments giving access to passive bonuses and policies to boost the city’s economy. The palace consists of one main building and a variety of modules which players will be able to choose different styles for.

In addition, a free update for all Anno 1800 players releases today, which will impact the influence system. Three separate difficulty tiers will be added to the system, meaning players will now be able to choose the amount of influence they want to earn. Sydney, Australia – March 25, 2020 – Today, Ubisoft announced that The Crew® 2 Inner Drive, the fifth free update brought to Ubisoft’s open world motorsports game, The Crew® 2, will be available today on PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including Xbox One X and Windows PC.

The Crew 2 Inner Drive will introduce a total of 20 new vehicles, available for all players to earn or purchase, including the brand new Koenigsegg Jesko 2020 (Hypercar) and the latest Ford Mustang Shelby® GT500® 2020 (Street Race). Players can compete with these vehicles in the weekly LIVE Summits to race to the top of the leaderboards. Additionally, once a month, challengers will have the opportunity to take part in a Premium LIVE Summit that will reward the best competitors with a unique, special edition vehicle.

Riders can choose from four new vanity categories to further personalize their rides, including window tints and changing the colour and shape of a vehicle’s nitro. Once players have their rides souped up, they can choose from eight new avatars to see behind their wheel.

In Killing Floor 2, players descend into continental Europe where the outbreak caused by Horzine Biotech’s failed experiment has quickly spread and gained unstoppable momentum, essentially paralyzing the European Union— Just one month after the events in the original KILLING FLOOR, the specimen clones are everywhere and civilization is in disarray; communications have failed, governments have collapsed, and military forces have been systematically eradicated. The people of Europe know survival and self-preservation too well and lucky survivors have gone into hiding.

Not all have given up hope though… A group of civilians and mercenaries have banded together to combat the outbreak and established privately funded operation bases across Europe. Upon tracking specimen clone outbreaks, players will descend into zed-laden hot zones and exterminate them.

The Android version of GWENT brings the complete GWENT experience to an even wider range of mobile devices. Players can download the game and start building their Witcher-world army right away, challenging other Android players — as well as those on iOS and PC thanks to built-in crossplay. For players who already have a GOG.COM account associated with GWENT, all progress and purchases will cross over to the Android version so you can pick up exactly where you left off elsewhere!

To Hell And Back: Staying Alive in DOOM Eternal

It’s been a good launch for DOOM Eternal, that’s no secret. The game is breaking sale records on top of being the best selling game on Steam for its release week, surpassing 100,000 concurrent players on the platform. It also brought some new stuff to the table such as bigger maps, new weapons, gadgets, and gameplay additions. I’d say it’s even more fun than its predecessor and way more challenging. So with all that said, here are some tips on how to stay alive gathered from my 25 hours of playtime in DOOM Eternal.

#1 Rip, scorch and cut to victory

DOOM Eternal features plenty of open areas with dozens of various demons charging at you (which makes it a fair fight) and in all that frenzy it easy to get disoriented, take too many hits and die. If you’re not paying attention and focus on one enemy at a time, lack of ammo might be a serious problem. As well as health and armor. Key to avoiding this is combining glory kills for health, flame belch for armor shards (that demons drop upon kill) and chainsawing them gets you plenty of ammo. Usage of chainsaw is way more lenient this time, it recharges itself pretty fast and sometimes it’s your only way to get precious ammo.

#2 Punch walls, get free stuff

This time, there’s even more emphasis on chasing collectibles. Especially when half of those collectibles are Sentinel crystals (upgrades for health, ammo, and armor), weapon points, weapon mods, mastery tokens, and praetor suit upgrades. If you get stuck on a difficult section, it’s not a bad idea to replay some of the previous levels for some of those upgrades. I recommend you to get some map perks for the praetor suit as soon as possible so you can see if there are any collectibles on the map nearby.

#3 Be always on the move

Seriously, they can’t hit what they can’t see. With some low-level demon exceptions, almost every baddie has an attack th\at can get you from afar. Be it some fiery balls or rockets, one thing is for sure: you can’t hide (but you can run). Most of the open areas will have a monkey bar or two strategically placed so you can swing away before more demons surround you. Also, use dash ability as much as possible and blue portals so you can zip from one end of the map to another. If they are stationary and attack you from one spot, nobody says you have to do the same.

#4 Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade

I cannot emphasize this enough. Some weapons are a godsend when upgraded to the max. The best example of this would be the super shotgun. Once you spend all the weapon points on it and do the final challenge, the ultimate perk enables you to force enemies to drop armor shards whenever you hook onto them. This has been a lifesaver to me more than once and it’s a great thing to exploit when my flame belch is recharging. After all, who can say no to free armor shards?

#5 Be a good housekeeper

Pretty early in the game, you get access to the Fortress of Doom. It’s your main hub for selecting levels, replaying old ones but there’s more to discover if you decide to snoop around. You’ll find plenty of locked doors asking to spend sentinel batteries on them. Using two will unlock one door and you will be rewarded with either Doom Slayer skins (not so useful) and praetor suit points (way more useful). You can easily keep track of all the other cosmetic collectibles such as music albums and toys while they decorate the walls of your fortress the more you find them.

And lastly, there is also a handy training area in the basement of the fortress where you can get better at ripping demons apart. That place really has everything!
