June 17, 2020 – M·A·C Cosmetics joins forces with Maxis™, a studio of Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:EA), for a special collaboration in the popular life simulation game The Sims™ 4 as the first ever makeup brand available in the game.

Discover Operators Ace and Melusi, a House map rework, and a new Defender gadget

Sydney, AUSTRALIA — June 17th, 2020 — Today, Ubisoft announced that Operation Steel Wave, the second season of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege Year 5, is now available for PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One and Windows PC, including UPLAY+, Ubisoft’s subscription service for Windows PC*. Operation Steel Wave introduces Ace and Melusi, a new Attacker and Defender from Norway and South Africa, in addition to an entirely reworked map, House, and slew of gameplay changes.

Owners of the Year 5 Pass can play with the new Operators immediately, while the rest of the players will be able to unlock these Operators starting June 23rd using Renown or R6 Credits. Additional seasonal new content, including the House map rework, are available for free to all players. Year 5 Season 2 will also welcome its Battle Pass “Tour De Force,” on June 29th.

In Operation Steel Wave, players will meet two new Operators:

  • Norwegian Attacker Ace is equipped with S.E.L.M.A., a throwable and stickable device that will stick to any vertical surface and slowly destroy up to 3 panels, one after the other. The S.E.L.M.A. gadget can also be thrown at almost any defensive gadget and destroy it with its arms or water explosive.
  • South African Defender Melusi is equipped with Banshee deployable electronic gadgets. It applies a slowing effect to any Attackers that are in range and direct line of sight. The Banshee can also be used as an intel gadget as it produces an identifiable sound when an attacker enters its range.

In addition to these two new Operators, players will be able to explore a reimagined House map, which has been newly reworked. The homeowners have expanded their family and their floorplan, with a large two-story addition adding new objective sites and entry points for players to contend with. Additional changes can be experienced throughout the map, all with the intent of evolving the gameplay meta.

Operation Steel Wave also introduces a new Defender secondary gadget – the Proximity Alarm. The small, throwable sticky gadget is an essential intel-gathering tool that loudly alerts Defenders of an oncoming Attacker in its line of sight.

Unbound Creations is an award-winning, independent game studio focusing on crafting believable worlds, immersive gameplay, and strong narrative experience. It is founded and led by me, Jakub “Koobazaur” Kasztalski. Hi! I am half-Polish half-Traveling guy currently in Seattle. I lived all over the world working on games, storytelling and even cinematography at one point. I studied humanities and ethnic conflict, all of which inspire my creative works.

We launched our first title, the political-narrative adventure Postmortem: one must die, in 2013. Its follow-up was 2016’s choose-your-own-adventure meets crime-mystery, Karaski… What Goes Up. In 2017 we launched HEADLINER, a game about controlling the news and seeing the effects on your career, society and family. It received rave reviews from critics like GeekWire, and now has been surpassed by a more ambitious spiritual successor Headliner: NoviNews, released October 2018.

Hand-painted dig ’em up launching on PC, Mac and Linux later this week

June 16th, 2020 — Rokabium Games announces its upcoming 2D digging and puzzle adventure release Something Ate My Alien is now available to demo on Steam ahead of its June 18th release on Steam for Windows, Mac and Linux platforms! Explore a variety of hostile planets packed full of puzzle chambers to solve and subterranean secrets to discover. 

Take on the role of the AI Antalasia in Something Ate My Alien to control your little Alien blobs as they dig through different worlds in an attempt to find all the items required for the pirate who hijacked your mining ship. During the adventure on each planet you have to battle environmental dangers, fight off wildlife, and solve secret puzzle chambers; all while surviving on a depleting oxygen supply and a threat far scarier than the local wildlife.

En Masse Entertainment Launches New Dungeon And Gets All New Partner Adventure System On PC

En Masse Entertainment, a player-focused publisher dedicated to delivering great games and great service, today launched the all-new Draakon Arena Dungeon as well as the new Partner Adventure System on PC for their successful, long-running action MMO TERA. The new Draakon Dungeon is a challenging five person dungeon in which players must work together to defeat fearsome enemies and earn great rewards.  

The new Partner Adventure System allows for players to send up to three partners per account on Partner Adventures. Using the Compass, players can check the number of partners on adventures, and time spent on the Adventure. Players will Receive different rewards in each area, which include gathering materials, Skill Advancement Scrolls and Relics, as well as Dungeon rewards. In addition to the new Draakon Dungeon and Partner Adventure system many quality of life improvements and enhancements have been implemented such as updates to crafting, class balancing, and more.
