InnoGames launches Forge of Empires on Microsoft Store

InnoGames, Germany’s leading developer and publisher of online and mobile games, announces that the global strategy hit Forge of Empires is now available on Microsoft Store. Microsoft Store is the primary distribution platform for apps that can be used across all Microsoft Windows 10 compatible devices, reaching over 1 billion monthly active devices worldwide. Microsoft is supporting the launch with an additional promotion. Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has today revealed the final cover for the Standard Edition of eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE, launching in physical and digital stores on September 15th.

For the first time in video game history, the cover will feature two of football’s greatest legends; FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi and Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo. Continuing eFootball PES’ legacy of championing young elite talent, the cover also features Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford and FC Bayern’s Alphonso Davies.

D&D Celebration will focus on the D&D community and host the biggest virtual tabletop game ever

Tuesday 25 August, 2020 — Wizards of the Coast today announced D&D Celebration, a three day virtual event focusing on the fans and community of the world’s original and best roleplaying game. From Saturday 19 September to Monday 21 September, fans can gather to enjoy live panels, streamed live gameplay, and participate in the biggest virtual tabletop game ever. In addition, players will preview new content from Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything, a massive rules update featuring a wealth of new content for players to customise their games.

More than a thousand concurrent players will take part in the largest virtual D&D game ever on Saturday 19 September (PT) | Sunday 20 September (AEST), to celebrate the launch of Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden. The game will be administered by the D&D Adventurers League with players from separate games all working towards the same goal to defend Icewind Dale.

BOSTON — 24 Aug. 2020 — IONIA, the first episode in the Rhythm of the Universe adventure series about preserving the environment with the power of music from ROTU Entertainment, brings enchanting tonal puzzles and breathtaking landscapes to Valve Index, Oculus Quest via Link, Oculus Rift S, HTC Vive, Vive Pro, HP Reverb G2 and Windows Mixed Reality in Q4 2020. Step into Ionia, a lush and richly detailed forest teeming with instrument-inspired flora, fauna and mysterious ruins. Traverse the landscape alongside Allegra, a vivacious young girl, as she seeks to heal the forest and its inhabitants. Solve puzzles with music-based magic as her brother Allegro to unlock the path forward. Head deeper into the Ionian forest to save the Harpa, a mythical being facing terrible danger it cannot overcome alone.

This immersive journey, brought to life with the Unreal Engine from Epic Games and state-of-the-art mocap technology, features wholly imaginative world design. Climb trees and zipline through the forest, hear the ground-shaking call of the Brassaurus, and forage to feed gentle creatures among strange and alluring ecosystems, all while unfolding a moving narrative around the daring siblings.

Play with purpose and seek out mystical tablets by honing in on their soundwaves, pushing away sheets of hanging flora to reveal hidden areas or climbing sprawling vines and crumbling walls to reach them. Perform scales on magical instruments to conduct Allegra’s musical talents as she heals the forest through song. Each immersive action affects Ionia, granting first-hand experience about the importance of animal habitat rehabilitation.
