Truck Driver’s map DLC ‘Heading North’ to launch on September 14

A new gameplay trailer was released, giving out more details on the expansion’s contents

Rotterdam, The Netherlands – 3 August 2021 – The recently announced map expansion for trucking experience Truck Driver ‘Heading North’ is launching on September 14th for PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. Publisher SOEDESCO confirmed this today with a new gameplay trailer, giving out more details on the expansion’s contents.

The new gameplay trailer that was dropped today shows several things that are new to the trucking experience. Next to the already teased scenery in the previous map teaser that has been shown, this trailer shows new types of cargo, like a giant fish bone statue, generators and new types of construction materials. The trailer also shows that players can now go off-road anywhere they like, which isn’t possible in most trucking games currently out there. Finally, the trailer also shows a shot of an AI truck passing by, which means that at least in this new map, AI trucks will be present next to the existing AI vehicle models.

GWENT’s Thanedd Coup Expansion and the Latest Season of Journey Are Here!

CD PROJEKT RED today announced that both Price of Power: Thanedd Coup and the 6th season of Journey have arrived in GWENT: The Witcher Card Game!

Thanedd Coup is the second installment of the Price of Power expansion set, and focuses on the historic, violent clash between mages of the North and mages of Nilfgaard which took place during a conclave on Thanedd Island. The expansion, which brings 26 new cards, as well as new tactics for players to utilize, comes to GWENT today alongside the latest title update, and is now available across all supported platforms.

The sixth season of JourneyGWENT’s progression system — is also available from today, and will run for the coming 3 months, allowing players to unlock over 100 levels of rewards. From tomorrow until August 25, discover the new Nest Destruction game mode, inspired by Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — August 3, 2021 — Today, Ubisoft® announced a new time-limited PvP event for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Containment. The event starts tomorrow, August 4, and will run for three weeks until August 25. Inspired by the upcoming game Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction, Containment sets the players in a reworked version of the Consulate map overruled by the Chimera Parasite in a new game mode called Nest Destruction. Rainbow Six Siege will also be free from August 14 to August 16, where players can earn twice as many bonus Battle Pass points.

This event offers a look into the world of Extraction in Rainbow Six Siege, with a team of REACT agents (attackers) intervening to destroy Nests that are being defended by a team of Proteans, a deadly Archæan variant that can adopt the form of REACT operators (defenders) and mimic their behaviour with maximum speed and melee attacks. Defenders will be provided with additional Health, Aruni’s Punch, and Oryx’s special abilities, but will be weaponless for the whole game. Attackers will have a standard loadout without modifiers and only have access to a reduced Operator selection. 

Containment will introduce a new game mode, Nest Destruction, that will have players fight over a Nest. Attackers will be given a two-tiered objective: destroy the nest to open the final objective and win the round. On the other side, Defenders will have to rely on melee attacks and Oryx’s Ramah Dash to stop their opponents and claim victory. Of course, there is always a last solution to secure the win: get rid of the opposing team entirely.

The Containment event comes with its own collection of 33 unique items for Rainbow Six Siege operators including IQ, Ace, Blackbeard, Amaru and Zero on the attacking side, and Aruni, Jager, Kaid, Mira and Warden on the defending team. The collection includes headgear, uniforms, and weapon skins. Each operator’s exclusive, time-limited customisation items are available for purchase as Bundles in the Shop section for 1680 R6 credits or via the Containment Packs for 300 R6 Credits or 12500 Renown.

Netmarble Adds New Gaming Genre to Its Global Catalog with $2.19 Billion Acquisition of the Worlds Third-Largest Mobile Social Casino Game Company

LOS ANGELES August. 2, 2021 Global mobile game publisher Netmarble Corp. today announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of SpinX Games, one of the fastest-growing companies in the mobile Social Casino game industry. Under the agreement, Netmarble will acquire 100% of shares of SpinX Games at $2.19 billion (appx. ₩2.5 trillion), to continue its global expansion by adding a new genre of games to the current extensive roster.

Established in 2014, SpinX Games is a Social Casino game company with multiple hit titles in the category including Cash frenzy™, Lotsa Slots™ and Jackpot World. In the second quarter of 2021, the company ranked third in global sales in the mobile Social Casino genre.

SpinX Games showed the most accelerated growth amongst the top 10 players in the Social Casino game industry in recent years, recording $432 million (₩497 billion) in sales in 2020. Players will need to work behind the scenes to develop their nefarious plots and become 007’s biggest threat!

Choose your favorite gummy, customize it to your taste and use your sweet moves to reign supreme!

A Gummy’s Life is a candy-coated, physics-based, battle-royale bonanza that can be played online or locally. Pick ‘n mix from a wide selection of gummies: Gummy Bear, Cola Bottle, Fried Egg, Shark and many more, each with varying stats to best match your play style.
