Demolish & Build VR premieres soon. Time for hard work!

Demolish & Build VR, a unique construction simulator, will debut as early as on October 18. The game allows players to run a construction and demolition company, and provides them with many tools to use from a hammer, to large machines. Demolish & Build VR will be published on Steam. The game is compatible with all popular VR headsets (including Oculus, HTC Vive Cosmos and Valve Index).

Demolish & Build VR has been developed by the Polish company Ultimate VR, which is also its publisher. The company’s plans involve creating VR versions of other games, including Ultimate Fishing Simulator 2, Castle Flipper, Train Station Renovation and Bakery Simulator.

Demolish & Build VR – Trailer:

Demolish & Build VR is based on Demolish & Build 2018. The Ultimate VR team has introduced appropriate changes to bring the game into virtual reality.

In Demolish & Build VR, the player manages a global construction and demolition company. The developers made it possible, among others, to use large machines and destroy big structures. In total, the game will offer around 20 hours of fun.

“We’ve made a broad array of changes to adapt the game to virtual reality, so that players can have even more fun while playing. It will make actions like driving vehicles even more interesting you’ll even be able to drift” – said Dawid Sulkowski, CEO at Ultimate VR.

There are more than a dozen different items on the list of available tools and construction vehicles. The vehicles include, for example, a demolition robot, a bulldozer, a backhoe loader, a road roller, a concrete mixer and a crane with a demolition ball. In Demolish & Build VR, players can also buy new land and manage specialised machinery and employees.

“In this version, Demolish & Build will provide many interesting and unique experiences. You’ll be involved in both construction and pure destruction, the latter of which will most probably bring you the most fun. Such activities work well in VR and are usually very positively received by players” – Dawid Sulkowski added.

Demolish & Build VR – features:

  • construction and demolition work in VR;
  • various large machines;
  • hiring and managing employees;
  • 2 different locations;
  • specialised tools;

Sci-Fi City-Builder Sphere – Flying Cities Available Today on Steam Early Access

Utilise an anti-gravity device and sustain a Flying City in humanity’s final stand

Wiesbaden, Germany – 14th October, 2021. Publisher Assemble Entertainment and developer Hexagon Games are delighted to announce the release of survival city-builder Sphere – Flying Cities, today on Steam via Early Access. Take to the sky as you attempt to rebuild a semblance of society in this gripping post-apocalyptic sci-fi survival game where your most handy asset is a hyper-futuristic anti-gravity device. Utilizing a breadth of delicate and sophisticated technology and tools, you’ll assume the role of Commander while combining strategy and skill to keep the city’s denizens alive in what is humanity’s last stand.

In the not-so-distant future, Earth’s moon has been struck by a massive asteroid. With the fallout rendering the terrestrial surface uninhabitable, the ecosystem of the planet collapses. Facing complete annihilation, humanity makes one final and desperate attempt to survive — thanks to newly-created anti-gravity technology, the first (and possibly last) faction of flying cities ascends as the ultimate bastion of the human race.

As Commander, you have been put in charge of society in this relentless and unique strategy-sim that blends the best elements of the city-building and survival genres. Restore and protect civilization in a seemingly uninhabitable environment by utilizing the anti-gravity device to navigate your flying city across the sky into the treacherous unknown. Stay vigilant, as each decision could have ghastly consequences; be prepared to lay it all on the line to succeed, or else risk losing everything.

Key Features of Sphere – Flying Cities Early Access:

  • A City in the Clouds: Construct your city with over 30 retro-futuristic buildings, utilize the resources available from the unique sky-vironment, and send out drones to harvest (sometimes rare!) resources and repair buildings to keep everyone’s head in the clouds
  • The Sky’s the Limit: The anti-gravity device and its deflector-shield are the only thing protecting the city from (un)natural disasters; maintaining it means the difference between life and certain doom
  • For the Greater Good: Assuring the safety of your city’s denizens is of paramount importance — tend to their needs by supplying food, healthcare, and shelter, as well as undergoing rescue missions. However, keep in mind that you won’t be able to save every building – nor every colonist.
  • Write Your Own Story: Each decision you make, turn you take, and building you create chronicles your own narrative in this compelling near-apocalypse scenario. Define your experience by the paths you follow and determine how your city’s story ends.

Developed by Hexagon Sphere Games and published by Assemble Entertainment, Sphere – Flying Cities is available today on Steam via Early Access for £14.99 / €17.99.

Assemble Entertainment has again partnered with a charitable organization to offer a Save the World Edition of the game, this time with Atmosfair, an environmental development organization that focuses on clean energy climate protection projects. The Save the World Edition of Sphere – Flying Cities will include a mini-artbook and bonus in-game cosmetics for £23.99 / €27.49. Learn more and add the game to your wishlist here
