ELEX II: Swear Your Allegiance To One of Its Five Factions!

Sydney, Australia, November 18th,  2021: Five major factions are holding the power in Magalan. The Berserkers are skilled magicians, who use the power of Elex to perform all different kinds of spells. They have managed to transform the desert of Tavar into a green and lush utopia and have established an outpost in the former stronghold of the Outlaws. This faction is scattered throughout Magalan – some outlaws have joined the Berserkers when they took over Tavar, some moved to the crater landscape of Ateris, and have continued their life of crime.

The Albs have learned from their defeat in ELEX and have returned as a playable faction. Jax can once again choose to become an Alb Commander. They have reduced their usage of Elex drastically, as they have seen how effective an Alb with actual emotions can be when Jax brought down the Hybrid. They are still not the most joyful lot, but their combat prowess makes them an interesting choice. Faction number four is the Clerics, who are famous for their love of engineering and crafting powerful combat robots powered by Elex. The Clerics paid a high price in the war against the Albs. Not only did they lose their home in Ignadon but many of their brothers and sisters fell on the battlefield as well.

The Morkons are a brand new faction in ELEX II. When the meteor hit Magalan, some survivors fled to an underground tunnel system and lived a life of darkness and deprivation. But recently, they’ve started to leave their isolation and want to spread their religion all over Magalan and wipe out anyone standing against them.

These are the playable factions in ELEX II, each offering their own unique weapons and skills. It’s up to the players to decide where their allegiance lies!

ELEX II will release on March 1st, 2022 for PC, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One™, and the Xbox Series S/X™.

The Drone Racing League and Nacon, Pioneers in Esports-Audio, Partner for DRL SIM Races

DRL Pilots to compete in RIG Commander PRO headsets by Nacon during the 2021-22 DRL World Championship Season’s esports races, starting today on NBCSN and Twitter

17 November, 2021 — The Drone Racing League (DRL), the world’s premier, professional drone racing property, today announced a new partnership with Nacon, makers of premium gaming products under the RIG and Nacon brands. Named as the league’s Official Gaming Headset and Controller, Nacon will equip the best drone pilots in the world with RIG Commander PRO headsets for the 2021-22 DRL World Championship Season’s simulated races starting tomorrow, Thursday 18 November at 12pm AEDT / 2pm NZDT on Twitter.

Combining esports and real-life drone races to create a new era of sports, the virtual portion of the DRL season will feature the RIG Commander PRO headset on its 10th anniversary as the go-to audio solution for professional gaming leagues. For the next five weeks, DRL Pilots will compete in RIG Commander PRO, the headset that established the “look of esports” with its stadium class audio performance. Pilots will race through intense, digital drone races on the DRL SIM, the ultimate FPV (First Person View) drone flight simulators. Battling it out through spectacular SIM maps, pilots will aim for the fastest finishes and collect equally-weighted points to physical DRL drone races, marking the first time an athlete must dominate both esports and real-life competition to be crowned the World Champion.

“DRL pilots are at the pinnacle of our sport and require best in class equipment for our competitions. Flying in professional esports headsets from Nacon will keep our elite drone pilots connected during the esports portion of our season,” said Ari Mark, DRL SVP of Head of Partnership Development.

Throughout the 2021-22 Season, branded commercial spots, streaming promotions, and unboxing features will showcase how fans can gear up and get good with RIG and Nacon. The league will also release a new digital video series called “Sounds of DRL”, showcasing the best audio from DRL SIM racing moments and victories.

“It’s fitting on the 10th anniversary of launching as the first stadium class audio solution for esport, the RIG Commander PRO will be used in the DRL, the next evolution of esports, combining live event competition with SIM virtual racing,” said Gregory Morquin, Nacon Global Business Director.

RIG has been a market leader in the gaming headset industry for nearly a decade, developing ultra lightweight, comfortable gear that delivers superior audio for competitive gamers. Acquired by Nacon in 2020, RIG now compliments Nacon’s premium range of gaming accessories that include pro gaming controllers and fight sticks. Players looking to fly like the DRL pros can connect their RIG headsets and Nacon controllers to the DRL SIM game, which is the fastest and easiest way for aspiring pilots to level up their drone skills on PlayStation, Xbox, Steam and Epic Games. The best drone pilots in the world train on the DRL SIM and even get drafted into DRL through the SIM.

Fans can tune-in to the 2021-22 DRL World Championship Season on Thursdays at noon AEDT / 2pm NZDT on Twitter. The esports portion of the season will air live weekly on 18 November through 16 December. See the full DRL race schedule here.

Trash Sailors’ Multiplayer Apocalyptical Madness Embarks on PC Dec. 16

PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch Set Sail in 2022

WARSAW, Poland – Nov. 16, 2021 – Trash Sailors, the hand-drawn co-op sailing adventure where maritime explorers navigate convoluted waters, skims to Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG for Windows PC on Thursday, Dec. 16. Developer fluckyMachine and publisher tinyBuild invites PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch boaters to board the nautical mayhem in 2022.

Ahoy, mateys! A Trash Tsunami has flooded the world, littering old sofas, broken TVs, defunct mixers, and a whole lot of other garbage all over the world. Band together with up to three other shipmates via online and local multiplayer to thread the filthy waters. Fight robosharks, a Trashkraken, and other mucky monsters while keeping the raft together… and avoid getting eaten.

Now the most valuable currency in the world, rubbish works as fuel and materials to repair not-so-perfect parts of the vessel. Drift through smelly swamps, sunken cities, and icy waters while fishing discarded items. Throw a wide net to collect pirate maps unlocking new levels and treasure chests filled with golden screws. Spend ‘em to purchase powerups including powerful laser guns, bright lights to keep giant spiders at bay, or cosmetic items–even landlubbers know everyone needs a fancy flag!

Survive maelstroms by assigning mariners different jobs: every ship needs a captain, just like it also needs fuel. The crocodiles eating the raft (and sometimes the crew) must be dealt with, and parts need restoring to avoid sinking.

Face arctic pirates, dodge buildings and boats, and try to end the day with your friendships intact. Although, surviving a crazy garbage ocean might be an easier feat. Trash Sailors is a ridiculously fun experience set in a colorful cartoon world.

“We are so excited to welcome pirates everywhere into our waggish world,” said Piotr Karski, fluckyMachine co-founder, game designer and programmer. “We hope Trash Sailors becomes a go-to, staple party game bringing people together for some rollicking time–and hopefully you can stay that way!”

Trash Sailors launches on Thursday, Dec. 16, on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG for Windows PC for $19.99/€19.99. It will support English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese languages. PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch launches are planned for 2022.

For more information, visit Trash Sailors’ official website, follow @TrashSailors on Twitter and Instagram, like the game’s Facebook page, and join their trashy-licious Discord server.

Steam players can currently buy Insurgency: Sandstorm for 50% off for a limited time.  The “Operation: Warlord” update is planned to arrive on PlayStation®4 and Xbox One in the future.
