Say “Good Morning” to the Solarion and prepare to journey through the dual-level biome, Sundered Uplands.

Hamburg, June 22, 2022 – gamigo is announcing a new day will dawn in its popular voxel-based MMO, Trove: Starting one June 28, 2022, Trovians playing on PC can begin exploring the “Sunrise” update, which includes the new Solarion class, the new Sundered Uplands biome, Ultimate Bosses in new 5 Star Dungeons, and much more!

The new Solarion class works as a servant of the Sun Goddess to smite enemies through a combination of their bow for long-range attacks and a pet phoenix that rushes in with fast and fierce melee attacks. This fired-up class uses their Phoenix Radiance passive ability to increase their attack rate and gain energy to summon a pet phoenix to aid in battle. When the phoenix is slain, a self-healing egg will spawn and explode once its max health is reached. And from the egg’s ashes, the Solarion’s phoenix will rise again to aid their master once more!

Additional abilities for the Solarion include Solar Flare – a charged explosive shot that damages enemies over time – and Guiding Light – summoned pillars that damage enemies and heals friendly targets within their area. Their Ultimate Prismatic Blast deals damage to enemies surrounding the Solarion while stacking damage buffs up to 5 times. Once their energy is depleted, their Ultimate will stop.

Now that we’re well acquainted with the Solarion, it’s time to introduce players to Trove’s newest biome, Sundered Uplands. Trovians that reach Uber-1 Adventure Worlds can explore this biome’s unique upper and lower levels, but it’ll primarily be found in Uber-7 Adventure Worlds and will certainly give them more of a challenge than neighboring biomes. Be mindful that both levels aren’t created equal as the Irradiant Sky Giants build and expand land stolen from down below. This tips the balance of power in their favor, resulting in a biome filled with many challenges:

• Don’t Look Down: The Cloud Layer is filled with rich resources the Irradiant Sky Giants have stolen from below, which Trovians will want to mine. The Ashen Wastes, on the other hand, are not as pleasant seeing how the fallout of the group’s reckless deeds festers and grows in strength down there.
• Clipped Wings: Don’t expect to fly around as you please as the Sundered Uplands is covered in a Flight Suppression Field to deliver a permanent NO FLY ZONE. Although, there’s a rumor that Fungi Scrollpeddler may have something to help free Trovians from this debuff. You did not hear that from us, though!
• Dangerous Dungeons: Dungeons will appear in both the top and bottom layers of Sundered Uplands. Special 5-star dungeons will spawn to offer more of a challenge as Trovians face off against one of the new Ultimate Bosses in addition to other new enemies.

With so many dangers ahead, Trovians will not be fighting with their backs against the wall as they can head to Fungal Outposts to gain access to Personal Chests, Flask Refillers, Loot Collectors, Fungi Adventures, and a variety of merchants. The new Crystal Gems can also be used to improve a Trovians’ gear to help them fight off the numerous monsters lurking in the Sundered Uplands.

Hunt ghosts and solve terrifying urban legends as Digital Happiness’ cult series makes its console debut 

22 JUNE, 2022 – Indie publisher Digerati is delighted to announce it’s teaming up with Indonesian developer Digital Happiness to bring its chilling horror adventure, DreadOut 2, to PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The third-person ghost hunting action will launch on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on 15 July, and PS4 and PS5 on 20 July, priced $19.99 / €19.99.

Stepping into the shoes of Linda Meilinda, a high-school student able to sense and see ghosts, players must hunt and banish spirits (using weapons or Linda’s smartphone camera), explore their surroundings, and complete side-quests. Heavily influenced by Indonesian culture, DreadOut 2 takes inspiration from the country’s folklore and urban legends, creating a distinct horror experience and atmosphere.

The developer Farm 51 and the publisher All in! Another addition in Season 2 is 6 new story missions. The Ghosts of the past expansion sees Tatyana manifesting in Igor’s dreams. Notes from former inhabitants and the narration of his loved one will allow players to learn more about the past and the truth about what happened in Chernobyl.

Igor’s base will now also include a video game station. This element is part of a cosmetic Play it add-on, and with atmospheric post-soviet looks will compliment the player’s headquarters

• Sonic’s Background – After Sonic learns that Dr. Eggman was headed to South Island with a plan to find the mystical Chaos Emeralds, he set out to stop the villain and save the animals that have been turned into Badniks.
• Gameplay Tips & Tricks
  • Rings – In-game players will come across rings (not to be confused with coins). If Sonic is holding at least one ring, players can take a hit from enemies or other dangerous obstacles. Once hit, rings will spill out and players will have the ability to retrieve them.
  • Lamppost – Lampposts save players’ progression, so be sure to spin them when spotted in-game.
  • Monitors – In-game, break monitors to gain rings, lives and a powerful shield that will protect Sonic from one hit.
  • Insta-Death – Even if players have rings or a shield, being crushed will result in an insta-death so be careful to always watch your step.
• New Features – In Sonic Origins, players now can dash through the game as Tails and Knuckles. In-game Tails can fly whereas Knuckles can glide and climb. These heroes have the opportunity to use the Spin Dash ability in Classic Mode, while in Anniversary Mode, players will be able to find coins – the new currency in Sonic Origins. Players can also utilise Sonic’s new “Drop Dash” ability, first introduced in Sonic Mania.
• Special Stages & Chaos Emeralds – There are six Chaos Emeralds to collect in Sonic Origins as opposed to the usual seven found in other Sonic titles. While playing, in order to enter a Special Stage, players must reach the goal with 50 rings or more and jump into the giant ring that appears on-screen to play through the non-stop revolving maze.

Following a highly competitive season-long qualification process with a record-number of 84 nations competing, the 24 nations – including the hosting nation Denmark – for the FIFAe Nations Cup 2022™ presented by EA SPORTS™ have been confirmed following the final playoff round.

From 27 to 30 July, the nations will be represented by up to three nominated players and will compete in a 2v2 format for the brand-new trophy and USD 400,000 in prize money.

The FIFAe Nations Cup is the climax of the FIFAe Finals in Copenhagen and the ultimate place for the local and global community as the final day of the event presents an exclusive opportunity for fans to be there in-person. Tickets are available here.

Combining a 2v2 format with the chance to represent an entire nation gives the qualified players the opportunity to play alongside their teammates on the biggest stage of the season for their flag and national pride. Each nation has one substitute, making a total of three players per squad. Four groups of six nations will play each other in a round-robin format. The top four nations of every group qualify for the knockout stage, from the round-of-16 to the final. The draw for the competition’s group stage will take place on 4 July. 

Some of the world’s best players will wave their nation’s flag at the FIFAe Nations Cup 2022. The hosting nation Denmark will compete on home soil with the 16-year-old wonderkid Anders Vejrgang alongside Marcus Jorgensen and Fatih Üstün. Representing Argentina, Matias Bonanno, Nicolas Villalba and Yago Fawaz have dominated the South American Playoffs and will look to lift the trophy after coming in second place at the inaugural event in 2019. The champions of 2019 – France – were on the verge of missing out to qualify for this year’s event, but were able to claim the last ticket in Europe.

With first time participants such as India, Singapore, United Arab Emirates as well established teams like Germany, England and Brazil, the FIFAe Nations Cup 2022 will be the perfect place to write history for all competing nations.

June 22, 2022 — The North Sydney Sentinels and the South Sydney Skorpions have battled their way to a spot at the World of Tanks ANZ Premier League Season Four finals, on June 25 at Fortress Melbourne to compete for a slice of the AUD$25,000 prize pool.

The World of Tanks ANZ Premier League (ANZPL) is a 5v5 competitive World of Tanks mode, featuring state-based teams, a double round robin group stage, a grassroots league in the ANZBL, and an offline LAN final to determine the best team across Australia and New Zealand.

The season four winners will walk away with cash and prizes from the total prize pool of $25,000, including $10,000 prize money, and premium swag from Noble Chairs, PC Case Gear, and HyperX. Second place winners will receive $5,000 and HyperX gear.

Kevin Zhu, World of Tanks ANZ Community Evangelist says the rivalry between the two Sydney teams have intensified across the seasons, and the South Sydney Skorpions will be looking to claim their first Grand Final victory. The team have made the playoffs in previous seasons, but this will be their first official Grand Final.

“The North Sydney Sentinels are the powerhouse of the league, having won two championships in three seasons. Kings of the competition, their dominance reigned supreme throughout season four.

“However, whilst the North Sydney Sentinels took the easier route in the upper bracket of the league; the South Sydney Skorpions traversed the long road in the consolidation final, to clash once again.

“The Sentinels are hungry for the crown, but the Skorpions are determined to topple the kings and show which team is the best in Sydney and across Australia and New Zealand,” said Kevin.

World of Tanks ANZ Premier League Season Four finals will be held at Fortress Melbourne on Saturday 25 June, from 6.30pm – 11.30pm.

Jake Truman, World of Tanks Associate Producer, says this is the first year they are offering paid ticketed events, with the goal of adding to the fundraising efforts for GameOn Cancer.

“We recently held two livestreams to raise funds for cancer research and are getting close to our goal of $10,000. For every paid ticket purchased, we will donate $10 to GameOn Cancer.”

“The finals will be an awesome night of exhibitions, giveaways, celebrations, exclusive menu items and of course some of the best World of Tanks Pro Gaming, this side of the equator,” said Jake.
