#NACONCONNECT 2022: 17 GAMES SHOWN, 5 ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NEW ACCESSORIES REVEALED
Lesquin, France, July 7, 2022 – NACON is proud to have showcased today its most ambitious line-up of games and accessories ever. With 20 titles and accessories shown at the event this year, NACON’s important role in the video game industry was further emphasized.
Hosted by TPK and Funka, gamers were treated to 1.5 hours of behind-the-scenes reports from NACON and some of its studios along with interviews with well-known ambassadors. Viewers of the show got to see gameplay footage of previously announced games for the first time, new game announcements and release dates. Five new titles will be added to NACON’s growing catalogue, and the Daija Arcade Stick will be available by the end of the year.

The open-world pirate multiplayer game with survival elements will be available with cross-play and cross-progression on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X | S, Stadia as well as Windows PC through the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store. Developed by Ubisoft Singapore in collaboration with other Ubisoft studios**, Skull and BonesTM will invite players to chart their own destiny and rise from an outcast to becoming a pirate kingpin. To do so, they will need to build their Infamy through thrilling naval combat and rewarding expeditions in a treacherous world.
Inspired by the legendary tales around piracy, players will get to experience the authentic pirate life. From accepting contracts, gathering resources, to navigating important trade routes and attacking wealthy merchant ships, each decision will influence their journey, with varying levels of risk and reward. Building on an ambitious, multi-year post-launch plan, the game will be regularly updated with new content, activities, stories and challenges that will be free for all players.

New Update Brings Online Multiplayer Mode, ‘80s Throwback Outfits and More to The Quarry
New ways to experience this summer’s hottest horror entertainment experience
Today, 2K and Supermassive Games released a major new patch for The Quarry, which adds the highly anticipated online multiplayer mode, called Wolf Pack. Since releasing to critical acclaim last month, the all-new teen-horror narrative game has become the must-play, must-see entertainment experience of the summer, currently sitting at an 80 Metacritic score.
Wolf Pack is an invite-only mode where a host can invite up to seven friends with access to the game to watch along. Sydney, Australia – July 8, 2022– 2K today revealed the full roster of cover athletes for NBA® 2K23, the latest iteration of the top-rated and top-selling NBA video game simulation series of the past 21 years*. Phoenix Suns’ shooting guard, three-time NBA All-Star, and 2021-22 Kia All-NBA First Team selection, Devin Booker, is featured on this year’s Standard Edition and cross-gen Digital Deluxe Edition. The iconic Michael Jordan – a six-time NBA Champion and five-time Kia NBA Most Valuable Player and known as one of the greatest basketball players of all time – appears on the NBA 2K23Michael Jordan Edition and the brand-new NBA 2K23Championship Edition.

In just a few short weeks, a new update is coming to GTA Online on all platforms that will expand upon the Criminal Careers of Executive, Biker, Gunrunner, and Nightclub Owner — alongside a set of Contact Missions that presents the opportunity to be sworn in as a special IAA field operative to investigate a budding criminal conspiracy.
This update will also feature some changes that have been long-requested by the community — such as reducing the effectiveness of homing missiles and countermeasures on the Oppressor Mk II, offering a more convenient way to access snacks and armor, and the ability to launch Sell Missions in Invite Only sessions. These are just a few of the experience improvements that will be coming this summer to GTA Online as we continue to incorporate more player feedback and other learnings moving forward.
We’ll also be increasing some of the GTA$ payouts throughout the game to reward players for their time — regardless of what they choose to play. With such a wide range of things to do in GTA Online we believe that increasing these payouts will allow people greater freedom to do what they like and get what they want faster.
Bodyguards, Associates, and MC Members will see payouts increased to encourage and reward cooperative play — along with increased GTA$ payouts across a variety of activities, including greater payouts across Races, Adversary Modes, and select Heist Finales.
