Free Update for All Owners of Marvel’s Avengers Adds Jane Foster’s Mighty Thor to Growing Hero Roster

London (June 28, 2022) – Today, SQUARE ENIX Ltd. announced that Jane Foster’s Mighty Thor is now available as a playable Hero in Marvel’s Avengers, bringing the game’s roster of Heroes to 10 across all platforms and 11 including the PlayStation-exclusive Spider-Man. 

The Mighty Thor brings a fresh way to experience the Mjolnir-wielding Goddess of Thunder either solo or with friends. Her unique movement and combat abilities are sure to be a great addition to any Strike Team taking on missions in the Avengers Initiative. 

In Marvel’s Avengers, Jane Foster is the Mighty Thor: wielder of the legendary Mjolnir, guided by her strong conscience, determination, and skill as a doctor. In addition to managing her own cancer diagnosis, Jane resolved to fight for Inhumans after the A-Day accident, and Mjolnir called out to her. To her surprise, she lifted it with ease and was transformed into the Mighty Thor! While wielding her power, her cancer was held at bay, and she joined the Avengers when they reassembled to fight AIM.  

Thanks to the Tachyon Storms unleashed by AIM and the Scientist Supreme, Jane soon finds herself in a new, unfamiliar universe. She must now work with the Jane Foster who already exists there, in addition to the Avengers, to investigate the nature of the rifts.

Frontiers is a multi-platform RPG and the studio’s second game. Set in the same universe as their first game, Starborne: Sovereign Space, it combines aspects of auto battlers and squad-based RPGs to offer a more up-close and in-depth view of the complex sci-fi world. Taking up the mantle of Fleet Commander, players will recruit new ships and train their pilots to take on all the dangers – and secrets – that the edge of the galaxy has to offer. London (28 June, 2022) Capcom released two new trailers today revealing “explosive” new details for Monster Hunter™ Rise: Sunbreak, the highly anticipated massive expansion to the renowned publisher’s critically acclaimed Monster Hunter™ Rise. The first trailer reveals the return of the fan-favorite Shagaru Magala, Furious Rajang, and a punishing new variant of the flagship monster from Monster Hunter Rise, Scorned Magnamalo.

The action-packed trailer also includes footage of the returning fan-favorites, Elder Dragons, subspecies and variant monsters revealed to be joining the monster mash (thus far) in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, including a look at the return of Seething Bazelgeuse in the expansion’s first title update. Finally, a second new trailer detailed a new High Rank armor set and weapon trees that can be used to help fledgling hunters forge a path to the exciting new Master Rank content.

Making its Western debut in Monster Hunter™ 4 Ultimate, Shagaru Magala is the adult form of that title’s flagship monster Gore Magala. Time has only allowed this monster to grow even more powerful and ferocious than its juvenile counterpart, imparting it with a relentlessly aggressive disposition. Hunters assigned with confronting this monumental menace must be prepared for anything, or risk becoming part of the feeding frenzy.

Alongside Gore Magala, both Furious Rajang and Seething Bazelgeuse are likely to cause some havoc in the Kingdom, bringing with them their trademark appetites for destruction. Finally, hunters got their first look at Scorned Magnamalo, a new variant to the marquee monster from Monster Hunter Rise. This agile predator boasts an even thicker coat of spiked armor to augment its deadly attacks, making any blow a potential graveyard smash.

Today’s reveals also included the announcement of the “Black Belt S” and High Rank “Defender” weapon tree for players looking to fast track their journey to Master Rank. The “Black Belt S” armor set can be acquired by visiting Senri the Mailman at the start of the game, and offer enough defensive stats to weather attacks from even High Rank monsters. The “Defender” weapons previously introduced in Monster Hunter Rise now have High Rank weapon trees that can be accessed at the Smithy.

These upgraded weapons will provide enough damage to topple any obstacle on the path to Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. These new items are being added as part of Monster Hunter Rise Ver. 10. Note that the update will be available on Nintendo Switch on June 29, 2022, while the PC/Steam update will release alongside Sunbreak on June 30, 2022.

The story of Mega Man Battle Network takes place in the near-future interconnected world of Net Society, which depends upon computer programs known as Network Navigators (or NetNavi for short) to manage everything from their toasters to city power grids. HARVESTELLA is set in a vibrant and colourful world where four giant crystals called “Seaslight” create a stable change between the four seasons. The adventure begins as abnormalities in the Seaslight begin to appear, creating the “Quietus,” a season of death that takes place between the naturally occurring four seasons. During the Quietus the crops wither and people cannot venture outside, and troublingly, these seasons are mysteriously growing longer with each year.

In this life simulation RPG, players will grow and tend to crops, use ingredients to cook and craft items, and venture into the overworld, which vibrantly changes based on the season, to visit different towns, interact with townsfolk, go fishing and more. Players can select from various Jobs, such as Fighter, Shadow Walker, and Mage, and venture into dungeons with their party to discover the origins of the world as well as the truth behind the calamity along the way.

Inadvertently become the Lord of Arsendal in this unique mobile farming sim!

Hamburg, June 28, 2022 – gamigo is announcing its new mobile farming simulation game – Fantasy Town – will launch on iOS and Android on July 18, 2022.

Fantasy Town stars players as the reluctant Lord of Arsendal who are trying their best to get away from being the town’s leader. Players are pulled into a wide variety of tasks that help the town flourish including tending crops, building new structures, making citizens happy, and many more. All the while learning more about Arsendal’s history, including its previous Lord – your father.

In addition to its farming game mechanics, Fantasy Town also features a mixture of RPG, adventure, and exploration. Future Lords can expect to fight troublesome Trolls, level up their townsfolk to be more effective warriors or crafters, expand their town boundaries, explore new and exciting dungeons in search of rare resources, and much more. Special events will also be held regularly in-game that rewards players after taking part in several minigames, including puzzles and runners.

Players can also work together by adding friends and/or creating guilds to help each other take care of their towns while they are away. Put out fires, rescue plants from storm clouds, and defend their towns from a myriad of monsters, including krakens. Teamwork makes the dreamwork, and in Fantasy Town, everyone can get by with a little help from their friends.

Android users can continue pre-registering on the Google Play Store while iOS users are encouraged to sign up for Fantasy Town’s newsletter to keep track of its release and to receive a reward once the game launches on July 18, 2022.
