ABOUT COCHISE

Cochise cuts through the distractions of modern life and the chaos of the internet to make music that is playful, organic—and alive. He has an omnivorous appetite for different sounds and styles, and vibrates on the right digital frequencies to connect with fans across the globe with ease. But the 24-year-old rapper and producer from Palm Bay, Florida, is also blessed with the instinct and ability to place his work firmly in a cultural lineage and to stay grounded in relatable human emotions. His recent single “LONG WAY,” and his sophomore album, THE INSPECTION, demonstrate this adaptability and mastery of mood, something that’s been part of his DNA since he was growing up. Born to a mom from Jamaica and a father from Barbados, Cochise’s youth in their Palm Bay home was filled with reggae, gospel, and old-school rap. While he remembers early phases making songs fondly, he didn’t start taking things seriously until high school, when the desire to pursue music “finally attacked” his brain. Once it did, things moved quickly, from 2018’s Pulp and its sibling EP, Hijack, to a series of singles that confirmed him as a gifted stylist. It was his 2021 debut album, Benbow Crescent, which flits from punishing low ends to dazzling falsettos without skipping a single one of Cochise’s rhythmically sophisticated beats. Now with release of his latest album THE INSPECTION, he seems destined to be that rarest of artists: a true innovator who can reach a mass audience.

Rise as a Mass of Bodies in Corpse Keeper On Steam and Epic Early Access 15 February

Maintain an undead army in action-strategy roguelike with fighting game-inspired combat

BEIJING – 18 January 2023 – Corpse Keeper, the medieval gothic action-strategy roguelike from developer Melancholia Studio and publisher Thermite Games, possesses PC via Steam and Epic Games Store in an Early Access launch 15 February 2023.

Summon forth an army of undead warriors to vanquish a demon lording over the city of Lenste. Wield the dark art of necromancy to form a squad of three corpses and ultimately defeat the unholy abomination residing in the holy cathedral.

Manipulate flesh and bone to create more than 30 different characters including Grave Keepers, Knights, Plague Doctors, and Assassins, each with distinct movesets and traits. Full launch will offer 40+ characters. Despite the impressive strength of these reanimated battlers, each one will decay during exploration. Mitigate decay with preservatives, but replenish rotten revenants with new corpses by collecting remnants of defeated enemies.

Corpse Keeper’s dynamic action takes inspiration from 3D fighting games. Slash, parry, and beat down demonic spirits, cursed knights, and sinister jesters to gain experience. Acquire new gear, weapons, and resources along the way to grow ever stronger on the way to the cathedral.

Explore six distinct, delightfully grim environments including a gruesome graveyard and an eerie library. Strategically manage resources while progressing through these unforgiving territories and learn to determine the difference between necessity and sacrifice. Discover helpful facilities and choose the best course of action to avoid dire setbacks.

Corpse Keeper takes what we love about the roguelike genre and adds in strategic RPG elements, 3D fighting game mechanics, and a grungy medieval aesthetic,” said HC Li, producer of Melancholia Studio. “Despite the grim subject matter, we hope that players will agree that it plays like a breath of fresh air.”

Corpse Keeper debuts its Early Access release on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store Wednesday, 15 February 2023, for $19.99 / €19.50 at a 10% discount throughout launch week. English, Simplified Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese languages are supported.

For more information, wishlist it on Steam, follow Melancholia Studio and Thermite Games on Twitter, and join the official Corpse Keeper Discord.

Stranded: Alien Dawn Challenges Players to Tame and Train Alien Wildlife in Latest Early Access Update

The update brings animal taming, dogs, a new survivor, and more to planet survival sim

Cambridge, UK – 17 January 2023. Frontier Foundry, the games label of Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV), and developer Haemimont Games announced today the second major content update for Stranded: Alien Dawn. The Tame and Train Update brings a range of new features to all players on Tuesday 24th January as part of ongoing development. Stranded: Alien Dawn is available to play in early access now on PC via Steam for a suggested retail price of £24.99/$29.99/€29.99.

Early access players can now take their survival strategies even further with the ability to tame, train, and breed a vibrant array of alien wildlife, as well as the introduction of three new dog species. By researching Animal Taming, survivors can unlock the ability to tame animals, but beware; some species may prove hostile if not pacified correctly. Taming wildlife will prove fruitful for any base, with plenty of resulting resources, and some creatures even able to be trained for combat against threats. Keeping tamed animals happy and comfortable is crucial for success – ensuring they are fed daily and housed safely is vital. Survivors can also receive boosts to relaxation and happiness as they play and bond with tamed animals.

Alongside animal-taming mechanics, players can now select Hugo Delano, a new survivor, for their group as part of the update. Hugo’s colourful past as a zookeeper makes him a worthwhile addition, with his ability to train almost any creature and his adept farming skills sure to prove useful for survival.

The Tame and Train Update also introduces a range of additional resources, recipes, and animal statues, as well as five new Steam achievements, which survivors can gain by proving their animal husbandry skills.
