Explosive Galactic Cooperative Roguelike Platformer, DIG – Deep in Galaxies, Out Today on PC, Steam Deck

MADRID — March 7, 2023 — DIG – Deep in Galaxies, the action roguelike platformer with open-world progression and tons of guns from developer Molton Studio and publisher Raiser Games, delivers an intergalactic smackdown today on Steam for PC and Steam Deck.

Suit up and ship out for a planet-hopping adventure full of guns, explosions, and platforming for up to four players. Master intuitive controls that allow for precise movement while blasting through enemies and leaping across massive chasms. Dig through procedurally generated planets designed around highly replayable, roguelike-inspired runs where every session brings new and unexpected surprises.

Leave a mark by taking on a variety of missions. Assist in some corporate espionage by sabotaging the Overlord’s tax servers or provide direct aid by carrying a sack of potatoes across a dangerous planet. DIG’s destructible environments and open-ended progression systems where tyrannical rulers exist to be ignored – or overthrown if you’re feeling productive. Rules are made to be broken! Select a character class to create a build from various skills and passive abilities. Equip laser rifles and burn through enemies, smack hostiles with super-powered hammers, or throw caution to the wind and run into battle with nothing more than a broken bottle and a dream. Everyone loves a wildcard, after all. And the best of it all, a grappling hook to zip around and get to work causing chaos throughout the galaxy.

Gather a crew locally, or with Steam Remote Play, for a four-player romp. Double down on skill synergies during multiplayer sessions to shred bosses in the blink of an eye and look good while doing it. Whether alone or with a team, DIG’s polished platforming and vast array of items ensures that there’s never a dull moment in space.

“With so many possible ways to make a mess in outer space, we can’t wait to see how chaotic our audience can get,” said Juan Iscar, Product Marketing Manager, Raiser Games. “Friendships only improve when grappling hooks and high explosives are involved.”

DIG – Deep in Galaxies is available now on Steam for $14,99 with English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Turkish language support.

An intense and fully interactive VR experience will be released on March 28th

São Paulo, Brazil – March, 2023 – Brazilian studio, United Games, reveals the release date for their immersive VR game – Fractured Sanity. Designed to be a short but terrifying experience, the survival horror game will launch on Steam and Oculus App Lab this March 28th.

“When we started this project, we knew it couldn’t be just another jumpscare-infested walking simulator – it had to have mechanics, immersion, atmosphere. That’s how it was with classic horror games we grew up with, so why not bring that to VR?” – Gabriel Marques – the co-creator of Fractured Sanity

Check out Fractured Sanity’s trailer:

Fractured Sanity is a thrilling story surrounding Triton Health Asylum led by a distinguished psychologist, Dr. Matthew Simmons, who has been conducting experiments on how to break someone’s id, ego and superego apart. As a protagonist you wake up in a cell of the psychiatric clinic with no memory of how you got there in the first place. You embark on an intense and heart-wrenching experience to discover what really happened to you and the staff that has been missing. In the game you will have to solve puzzles and fight for your life with ghouls that are chasing you and trying to kill you. The whole VR experience is based on realistic and interactive puzzles and mechanics which fully immerse you in the sinister story with a twist ending.

Gameplay

Explore

Locked up in this facility, you need to find your way out by collecting items, solving puzzles and interacting with everything in a physics-based VR simulation. Keeping a sharp eye for details is very important as the answer might be closer than you think.

Interact

Many secrets are hidden in this facility – you need to find out what’s going on… and how to escape. Realistic interactions make every action immersive. Opening doors, using your flashlight, levers, and more. Every item you find might be useful; read carefully and interact with the environment to solve puzzles.

Survive

Ghouls will be chasing you and trying to kill you. You can survive by shooting them down. From reloading to shooting, the gun interactions are realistic. Mind your ammo – this is not an arcade shooter and ammunition is rare.

First Aussie commander launching in World of Warships!

Launching on March 9th – is the Queen of the Seas campaign in World of Warships.

In this special themed adventure, running for three weeks until April 19th, you will follow the path of an Australian bushranger who is trying to reach the mythical continent of Mu by means of a legendary ship – Brisbane.

The reward for completing adventure tasks will be a temporary resource – pirate tokens. The main rewards of the event will be:

  • Commonwealth naval commander, Matilda Kelly
  • Brisbane, a Commonwealth light cruiser, representing the royal Australian Navy

The story begins in 19th century Australia. Infamous privateer-turned-pirate, Matilda Kelly, has been apprehended following an ambitious yet unsuccessful raid on a Royal Navy man ‘o war and sentenced to life in an Australian penal colony. Join Matilda as she braves her way through the continent in search of a legendary ship which is said to help escaped convicts to reach safe haven. Destination—the mythical continent of Mu.

  • To participate in the adventure, follow Matilda’s path by clicking the different pins on the map
  • Upon clicking the pins, you will be presented with buttons to claim the missions that progress the story
  • The reward for completing the missions is Pirate Tokens, which can be used in the armory to unlock special content, including Brisbane and 19-point commander, Matilda Kelly, with a unique voiceover

Brisbane was a light cruiser project developed after the end of World War II, with more powerful and advanced air defense, and is armed with ten dual-purpose 152-mm main battery guns with a good rate of fire.

The ship is similar to the cruiser Minotaur, but with significant gameplay differences. Brisbane is equipped with HE shells, class-standard AP shells, and enhanced torpedo armament. The ship’s torpedoes are distinguished by a large number in a salvo and a good range.

The ship has weak armour, but low visibility, as well as a “Specialized Repair Teams”, which will allow you to restore a significant part of your HP. In addition to the “Specialized Repair Teams”, the ship’s consumables include “Hydroacoustic Search” and “Surveillance Radar”. In addition, the ship has improved engine performance – Brisbane can quickly pick up speed!

During the event, Brisbane will only be available for Pirate Tokens. In one of the future updates, the ship will be permanently added to the Armory for doubloons.

Check out World of Warships now to play through the Queen of the Seas adventure!

OUT NOW: Halo Infinite Season 3: Echoes Within

Halo Infinite Season 3: Echoes Within is now available, bringing with it the biggest multiplayer update to the game since launch, including – for the first time – a new weapon and equipment item.

Starting today, players can jump into three new maps, slay with the new M392 Bandit Rifle, conceal themselves inside the new Shroud Screen equipment, progress through a 100-tier Battle Pass, and much more (launch trailer).

Here’s a quick overview on what’s added to Halo Infinite multiplayer with Season 3: Echoes Within:

  • New Maps: Three new maps join the rotation, including arena maps Cliffhanger (ONI research site) and Chasm (Zeta Halo substructure), and Big Team Battle map Oasis (rekindled creation engines).
  • New Weapon – Bandit Rifle: Halo Infinite’s first new weapon has arrived! Designed to reward accuracy and precision, the semi-automatic M392 Bandit rifle is perfect for mid-ranged encounters. Touting formidable stopping power fit only for a super-soldier, the Bandit Rifle is at its deadliest with well-timed and well-placed shots.
  • New Equipment – Shroud Screen: The Shroud Screen is the first new equipment item in Halo Infinite, and features a hand-held launcher that enables a player to aim and fire an opaque, spherical shroud. While projectiles can still pierce the shroud, players outside it can’t see through the veil and vice versa. In addition, players inside the shroud are concealed from their opponents’ motion sensors. Tactical positioning, map knowledge and timing will be key to gaining an edge over your enemies with the Shroud Screen.
  • New Mode – Escalation Slayer: Inspired by the beloved classic “gun game” mode, Escalation Slayer comes to Halo Infinite as an all-new arena game mode! Available as both a team-based and FFA variant, Escalation Slayer requires players to eliminate their opponents to progress through a wide range of armaments. With each kill comes a new weapon before culminating in the final challenge to win, eliminating an enemy player with the Oddball.
  • 100-Tier Battle Pass: Purchase the Echoes Within Premium Battle Pass to instantly unlock the Redsteel Splinter Legendary Armor Coating for all available Cores! Featuring over 100 tiers of rewards, including 1,000 Halo Credits, the Echoes Within Premium Battle Pass also offers players a fourth challenge slot and bonus XP throughout Season 3.

Last week, we also announced that Halo Infinite’s Forge Beta surpassed 1 million creations, and 8.5 million custom games played since the launch of Custom Game Browser. And yesterday on Xbox Wire, 343 Industries’ Head of Live Service, Sean Baron, shared more insights on what to expect in Season 3: Echoes Within.
