Alongside the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion releasing September 26th and the free Update 2.0, CD PROJEKT RED has shared a documentary about the creation of 89.7 Growl FM — the new radio station in Night City, created by the studio in collaboration with the Cyberpunk 2077 community.
The documentary shows nearly 45 minutes of behind-the-scenes footage from the creation of the station, including interviews with the talented artists behind the tracks of the dark future. It also includes talks with the representatives from CD PROJEKT RED who were in charge of the Growl FM competition as well as those responsible for choosing the winners, including composers P.T. Adamczyk (Cyberpunk 2077, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners) and Marcin Przybyłowicz (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Cyberpunk 2077). The documentary is in English with subtitles available in a variety of languages and can be found on the official Cyberpunk 2077 YouTube channel.

89.7 Growl FM, presented by DJ Ash (voiced by Sasha Grey), is one of three new stations appearing in Cyberpunk 2077 with Update 2.0. The 14 tracks which will feature on Growl FM have been chosen from nearly 8000 entries submitted by the Cyberpunk 2077 community as part of the competition organized by CD PROJEKT RED. Along with the documentary, all 14 songs are available on the official 89.7 Growl FM playlist created by CD PROJEKT RED on all popular music streaming platforms.
Update 2.0 releases September 21st, 202, and players will be able to discover a selection of new gameplay interactions themed around Growl FM and its songs. In Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged, fun comes in many forms. Whether it is action-packed moments, challenges that test strategy and driving skills, or no-holds-barred battles, the game will feature a variety of modes that allow players to experience new heights of arcade fun.
In addition to fan-favourite modes from the first chapter, five brand-new game modes will expand and diversify the racing experience. In the new Elimination mode, players will need to rely on their survival instincts. Every few seconds, the slowest vehicles will be eliminated from the race, urging players to drive mindfully, considering their position, risks, and when to strive for a better placement. Driftaholics, on the other hand, will love to hear their tires screeching in the Drift Master mode, where players will have to maintain precision and style to amass points and dominate their drifting competition. The unhallowed war to purge the city of Lenste rages on, and three new warriors can now rise from the grave into the unholy horde. Pay eternal penance in battle for the crimes of the Felony Prisoner, enlist the former sword-for-hire Vagrant Knight, or call upon the slain Holy MotherAbbess to vanquish evil from cathedral halls.
Take on new trials and tribulations in the newly added Level 4 Difficulty mode featuring altered decay mechanics. Purify the rotting flesh of the summoned army and restore light to dimming Soul Crystals in the life-giving Fountain hidden in the Counselor’s Chamber. In this wicked high-risk-high-reward zone. enemies gain strength and possess new attack patterns. Stay vigilant and pray the emboldened, unpredictable Crazy Knight roaming the dreaded chamber halls doesn’t ruin risky runs.
Assemble an undead army from more than 30 different punished souls, damned to lend their strength to a war against the demon of Lentse. Cast necromancy spells to control corpses in battle and manage an army with either decay-slowing preservatives or by adding defeated enemies to one’s ranks.
Slash and parry gruesome goblins and sinister spirits, reveling in the spoils of victory with new gear, weapons, and resources dropped from slain foes. Battle through six eerie environments including haunted graveyards, cursed libraries, and bone-chilling dungeons while striking a balance between aggressive tactics and army preservation.
