CRITICAL REFLEX and TALLBOYS give players the opportunity to explore the entire first act before launch next year!
NICOSIA, Cyprus – Oct. 8, 2026 –CRITICAL REFLEX (Buckshot Roulette, No, I’m not a Human) and TALLBOYS were thrilled to surprise fans during today’s Triple-i Initiative showcase with a brand-new Steam demo for the first-person surreal immersive sim Militsioner! Navigate a vast city, speak with its mistrustful residents, and do anything you can to get away. Militsioner launches next year on PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store, XBOX Series X|S, and Game Pass for PC and console.
In the new demo for Militsioner, you’ll get to experience the entire first act of the game as you try to escape the watchful eye of the Colossal Policeman while navigating the strange town around you. Explore every alley of the city in your search for an escape route, all the while doing what you must to survive. Lie, sneak, cheat, steal, and repeat until you find a way out. Each person you come across bears a different reaction to everything you do… especially the Policeman and his volatile moods.
Militsioner will officially release in 2027 and is available to wishlist now on Steam, XBOX, and the Microsoft Store. For more info and updates, follow CRITICAL REFLEX, TALLBOYS, and CR Channel on X/Twitter. Join the CR Channel Discord community for the latest news, engaging discussions and more.
About TALLBOYS
TALLBOYS was founded by developers who came together to create Where The Clouds End, an atmospheric adventure game. Encouraged by the positive feedback from showcases, they shifted their focus to Pandemic Express, a multiplayer survival game that combined asymmetrical mechanics with player-driven action. The team grew during the development of Pandemic Express and, after its release, began working on Militsioner.
